Savi and Rajat agree that they will marry only for Sai’s sake, and there won’t be anything like a usual marriage. Bhagyashree and her children refuse to visit the Bhosale house to discuss Rajat and Savi’s marriage arrangements while Rajendra tries his best to convince them. Isha also refuses to visit the Thakkar house, and Harini supports her while Shantanu tries to convince them. Both Shantanu and Rajendra come out of their flats.
Shantanu says he already told them that their families will not agree. Raju says they will and finds an idea. Rajat, seeing his family’s drama, thinks the drama started just after discussing marriage with Savi. He messages Savi to meet him in the parking lot. Savi walks to the parking lot and asks why he called her. Rajat criticizes her for not greeting him. Their not-so-funny nok-jhok starts.
He asks her to get into the car and starts driving. Their verbal tussle continues. She asks him to stop the car. He stops. She asks if he will ask a girl to get out of the car in the middle of the road. He says their destination has arrived and shows the family court to have a court marriage. They both walk in and ask the officer to perform their marriage right now.
The officer asks if they are uneducated. They both say they are well educated. The officer says they need to submit a notice 30 days before the marriage. Their verbal tussle starts again. The officer asks them to stop fighting like a couple before marriage itself and come back after 30 days. They both walk out.
Rajendra and Shantanu arrange tables and chairs in the common area of their apartment floor and bring their families. Bhagyashree and Isha refuse to sit. They both convince their families to sit. Bhagyashree demands that the wedding should happen in Gujarati style, while Isha demands that the wedding should happen in Marathi style. Their argument starts.
Bhagyashree says they will have a garba competition and whoever wins, the marriage will happen according to their tradition. Isha refuses and says Bhagyashree is a garba queen and she will easily win, so they will have a lezim competition. Bhagyashree disagrees and says they will play cards. Her children think that she is a gambling queen and will easily win. Isha agrees and asks Milind to bring cards from their house. Bhagyashree says Isha will lose.
Savi and Rajat get out of the family court. Rajat continues his verbal tussle with Savi, trying to degrade her and praising himself. He touches his hand on raw paint and describes how handsome he is, touching his face. Savi smirks. He asks her to stop smirking. Savi says he is so handsome that she wants to take a selfie with him and shows his paint-smeared face on her phone. He wipes his face with her sari pallu.
Their not-so-funny argument continues. Ashika meets her lawyer in the same court premises and says their case will get stronger if they inform the judge that Rajat is getting married. The lawyer says it will get weaker instead as Sai will get a complete family, and the judge will give a verdict in Rajat’s favour; the only option is to keep Savi on her side.
Ashika says Savi is already on her side. She notices Savi with Rajat outside the premises and calls Savi. Rajat asks her not to inform Ashika about them. She says she knows and picks up the call. Ashika asks where she is and says she wants to meet her. Savi says she is busy and will call her once she is free, then disconnects the call. Rajat insists on dropping her at school. She gets in, seeing that she is getting late.
The lawyer tells Ashika that Rajat is trying to get Savi on her side; she should be careful. Ashika says she will find out what is going on. Isha and Bhagyashree’s card game starts. Both families cheer for their players. Bhagyashree cheats first by looking at Isha’s cards on Shantanu’s specs. Isha cheats by looking at Bhagyashree’s card on the maid’s steel tray. Both families blame each other again. Shantanu and Rajendra ask them to stop and think about why the marriage is happening.
