Anirudh expresses his frustration, stating he won’t tolerate being insulted. Tanuja questions if Bipasha said something wrong, and Shubh interjects, explaining that their troubles stem from her actions. He shares that people often taunt him about his son being in love with a maid. Anirudh asserts that he brought Jhanak into their lives and feels responsible for her well-being.
He emphasizes that if anything happens to her, they would all be blamed. He understands his obligations to Arshi and feels saddened for Jhanak, who left after being insulted. Determined, he states he will continue searching for her. Shubh, however, believes they’ve finally found peace in the family and accuses Anirudh of being irrational.
At a different location, a man informs Jhanak that rehearsals will take place there and asks if cleaning is completed. Jhanak confirms it is, and the man assures her that the kitchen is open if she needs anything. He instructs her to follow Guru ji’s orders closely, and she agrees. As he leaves, the other girls begin to tease Jhanak. Despite their taunts, she stands her ground and walks away.
Choton arrives to meet Mrinalini, who calls for Ramlal, asking why he let Choton inside. Ramlal jokes about the situation, and Choton pleads with Mrinalini, stating he needs her help because he is about to be forced into an alliance. Mrinalini is initially dismissive, but Choton explains he must take Sanyas as he loves someone else who threatens to commit suicide if he doesn’t marry her. Mrinalini, intrigued, presses for more details.
Guru ji arrives, scolding the man for frightening the children and asking for Jhanak. Sukesh, the man, calls for her and scolds her when she arrives. After a brief exchange, Guru ji instructs Jhanak to fetch him warm water and orders tea. Sukesh warns Jhanak that this is her first and last warning regarding her job. Meanwhile, Choton continues his plea to Mrinalini, who remains uninterested in marrying him. He tries to convince her that she doesn’t want him to die and mentions the beauty of the girl he loves, only to make her angry.
As students begin to dance, Jhanak serves tea to Guru ji, who critiques it but notes that it could be better. Jhanak promises to improve, but as she watches the students, Guru ji instructs her to leave and to ask for permission before returning. When the students tease her, Guru ji reprimands her for disrupting the class, which causes her to apologize and exit. Coming back into focus, Jhanak recalls Anirudh’s encouraging words. Determined, she puts on her ghungroos and prepares to perform. Anirudh unexpectedly arrives, and they are both surprised to see each other.
