BVirat picks up the cylinder. Bhavani says, “If you didn’t come right on time, I don’t know what would have happened. What if something happened to her?” He replies, “Nothing would happen. Don’t worry.” Bhavani says, “Thank you.” He responds, “Please sit. Don’t say thank you. Let me know what to clean. I will clean.” He suggests, “Let’s start with mopping.” She asks, “How will you do it?” He replies, “On one hand, your daughter says I can’t do anything, and now when I am making an effort, you’re stopping me. If your son Harsh was helping you, would you stop him? No, right? Why would you stop me? You don’t let us do anything and then blame us. Your daughter is the biggest villain in all this.” Bhavani asks, “What did she do?” He says, “She keeps daunting.” Virat insists, “Sit now. Let me do it.” He starts cleaning. Amruta looks inside and is shocked. Virat cleans the kitchen. Bhavani advises, “You have to tilt the broom.”
Abhiraj looks outside and sees Amruta. She says, “I don’t get this man. On one hand, he saves and does all this. On the other hand, he is so full of hate. He saved Aai’s life today. Thank you.” Abhiraj sees Virat. He pretends to think loudly. Amruta walks past his room. Abhiraj says, “If gas was cut, the knife must be there too. Virat went to the terrace; he might have done something.” Amruta comes into his room. It shows Virat walking around the kitchen. Amruta says, “Virat came to the terrace.” He responds, “It’s an old video.” Amruta asks, “Please show me the video.” He says, “I don’t know who cut the pipe, but I saw Virat on the terrace.” Amruta leaves.
Virat does the dishes. Bhavani says, “Thank you.” Virat replies, “That poranpohi, we don’t make it in Delhi.” She says, “Let me get you one.” Bhavani gives him poranpohi. Amruta arrives and asks, “How can you do this?” He replies, “What?” She says, “I didn’t steal it. Your mom gave it to me.” Amruta responds, “Can you be so cruel? You’re such a hypocrite. You did it all.” Virat says, “You’re accusing me without any grounds.” She says, “You did the blast. That’s what you said to Shekhar. You want to kill us? My mom could die.” She cries. Virat insists, “I didn’t do anything.” Abhiraj gets happy.
Abhiraj calls his mom, saying, “Come soon, Mom. Things are going well for us.”
Scene 2
Jahan fights over bargaining. Harsh says, “You, Jahan, waste so much time.” Bhavani tells them, “Virat cleaned everything.” Harsh responds, “What? Amruta’s singhada cleaned everything?” Amruta says, “He’s a nobody to me. He’s a cheat. Don’t get fooled by his drama. He’s not as good as he looks. He’s responsible for all this.” She insists, “Virat cut the gas pipe.” Bhavani replies, “He can’t do that. Ishika must have done it.” Amruta says, “He was on the terrace. I saw the video. Why did he run when we came? He came back when the blast happened.” Harsh questions, “Why did he save you then?” Amruta asserts, “It’s all a game for him.” Virat hears everything. She continues, “He had no shame; he could kill someone. He can do anything to satisfy his ego. We will never trust him again. Please be careful of him.” Bhavani tells her, “Relax and go for your interview.” Jahan adds, “Yes, just think about your interview.”
Virat comes and holds Amruta’s arm. He says, “You think such disgusting things about me.” She replies, “Leave my hand.” He insists, “Answer me. Do you think I’d try to take your life?” She retorts, “I don’t think about you.” He says, “Don’t accuse me.” She claims, “Raj was right.” Virat reacts, “Oh, so it’s him.” Amruta insists, “You did it. Your actions did it.” Virat argues, “You only knew him for four days, and you trust him so much?” She counters, “Did you trust me? You sent me to jail without any proof.” Virat exclaims, “Stop it. Just stay away from me.” He leaves. Amruta calls the police station, saying, “My family and I have a threat from Virat.”
Virat thinks about everything happening on the terrace. He wonders, “Who is doing all this one after another? I did nothing, but I need to find out who did it.” He thinks of Ishika, “She went to the terrace. She also locked Amruta on Nimrit’s wedding day. It’s her who always tries to harm Amruta.” Ishika comes in and says, “I came to take the file.” He asks, “When Mom fainted, you went to bring glucose. Why did you come back empty-handed?”
Virat confronts Ishika, “You went to bring glucose, but you didn’t.” She says, “It wasn’t there.” He responds, “You should have gone to the kitchen instead of the terrace. Why?” She asks, “Are you trying to blame me?” He replies, “I am not trying; I am blaming you. Because of your disgusting actions, Amruta or Mom’s family could die. The law doesn’t let go of such crimes, and neither do I. Whatever problem you have with her family…” Babita comes in and interrupts, saying, “You are accusing Ishika. How can you say that? She would never cause us any trouble.” Virat asks, “Are you sure?” She responds, “Okay, then go. If she does anything, I won’t spare her.” Babita tells Ishika to leave. Babita pretends her head is hurting. Virat gives her medicine. He thinks, “Ishika is plotting something. I’ve to be careful.”
Deepika says, “Thank God you’re okay.” Nimrit says, “Don’t worry about her.” Babita adds, “They’re giving me anxiety.” Virat wonders who is causing all that trouble. Abhiraj tells Babita, “Mom is coming.” Everyone gets happy. Dildar comments, “Kavita’s name made her happiest. See, her condition is all good.” The police arrive. The inspector says, “We have a complaint against your family.” They are shocked. He continues, “The complainant has asked us to only write, but if we get a written complaint, we’d have a star investigation.” Babita asks, “What investigation? How dare you? We’re Ahuja’s. Who complained?” The inspector states, “You’re going to harm Jignesh’s family. Everyone heard a blast here.
They think your family did it.” Virat exclaims, “What rubbish?” Amruta says, “It’s not rubbish. What if this happened to your family? Our middle-class lives don’t matter to you.” Virat argues, “So my life is a joke too? Why would I come at the right time and save you and Mom?” Amruta says, “Because you know about the blast. How did you come here on time?” The inspector says, “There was a hole in the pipe.” Amruta thinks, “One of you did it. If anything happens to them, you will go to jail, Virat.” Virat retorts, “Wow, what a way to say thanks.” Babita assures, “We will be careful.” The inspector advises, “Amruta, call us if you have any trouble.” He warns, “This is our last warning for the Ahuja’s.” Babita says, “We can call the commissioner.” The inspector replies, “We are doing our duty for the public. You can call whomever you want.” Abhiraj reassures, “Don’t worry. We will be careful.” Virat gets angry as they leave.
Virat tells Amruta, “How dare you?” She responds, “Stay away. Didn’t you hear what the inspector said? Stay away from me. I can’t tolerate you near me.” He questions, “How can you accuse me of such a thing?” She responds, “At least I didn’t send you to jail without proof. I had proof that you went there, but I didn’t send you to jail.” He says, “Enough.” She insists, “No. You better know how you make me feel. If I am near you, you’d get jailed.” Virat asks, “You think I did that to your mom? How can I do that to her? I know I am impulsive, but I can’t harm someone. If someone accused you of this, I’d never trust them. Why would I come to save your life if I wanted to kill you?” Amruta pleads, “Please go.” He asks, “Can’t I talk?” She responds, “No. You manipulate people. Like you manipulated my mom. She forgot what you did. You can’t fool me anymore.
