Meenu tells Anupama that she missed her so much and explains to the Asha Bhavan people that Mami must not have told them everything she has done for her. She says Mami is not just her Mami, but her Maa. She recounts how Mummy used to go to the office while she would come to Mami after school. Mami would feed her tasty food and then play games with her, where she pretended to be a doctor and made Mami the patient. Anupama recalls that Mami used to ask her to cough, and sometimes she would pretend to operate on her using a spoon.
Anupama would shout, forgetting that the patient is unconscious during the operation. Bala mentions that Sagar went to pick up Meenakshi Thakkar. Anupama asks where she is. Sagar says she told him her name is Meenakshi, and he brought her. Bala says the wrong number is connected. Indra comments that God wanted Anupama to meet Meenu. Meenu adds that only what is thought by God happens. Sagar agrees, saying that’s why she has come.
Anupama receives a call from Meenakshi, who says her flight was missed and she couldn’t come. Meenu asks Anupama to do her aarti to welcome her. Anupama declines, saying Baa must be waiting to do her aarti. Meenu insists, asking her to please do it first. Baa gets upset. Vanraj grows angry. Meenu continues to insist. Anupama begins to do Meenu’s aarti, but Vanraj arrives and makes the aarti plate fall. Anupama asks if he has gone mad. Vanraj tells her to shut up and questions if she has lost her memory or become shameless.
He asks if she couldn’t send Meenu to their house if she came here by mistake and mentions that Baa has been waiting for her for a long time. He accuses Anupama of plotting with Sagar and scolds Meenu for not seeing them. He then warns her not to have a relationship with any of them. He tells Meenu to go to Baa. Meenu tells Baa that she didn’t want to hurt her, and explains that as soon as she got out of the auto, she saw Mami and ran to her. She apologizes to Baa and everyone, asking for Baa’s blessings.
Vanraj suggests going inside to talk. Pakhi invites Meenu to come along. Meenu looks at Anupama and leaves. Vanraj approaches Anupama at her Ashram, calls the auto driver, and gives him money for the fare. He instructs him to take the stuff out of the auto as they will pick it up. Anupama apologizes to Sagar. Sagar insists he will not leave the fare money, takes it, and says he will keep the change. He unloads her things and smiles.Meenu hugs Baa and asks for her blessings. She apologizes to Vanraj, saying she didn’t want to hurt anyone. She hugs Toshu and Pakhi. Toshu remarks that she has grown up. Pakhi says she is pretty too.
Toshu mentions that this year she will tie rakhi to him, asking her not to cry about not receiving money or gifts. She then meets Kinjal, saying that she and Pari have seen each other on social media. She hugs Dimpy and Titu, praising Dimpy for having so many followers and Titu for his dance and vlogs. She gives gifts to the kids, telling them they will play I Spy with them soon. She asks Baa and Vanraj if they will be upset with her, apologizing again. She says if they can’t forgive her, she will go to a hotel. Baa warns her and asks her to let go of her anger. Baa expresses that she has been waiting for her and her eyes were yearning to see her.
Meenu says Baa has become younger and asks what she has been eating. She tells Vanraj that he has become more handsome without a moustache and suggests that girls must still be crazy for him. She admits she didn’t know about his equation with Mami. Vanraj tells her not to go in that direction, warning her that it is the line of control. At the Ashram, everyone discusses Vanraj’s arrogance, noting that Babu ji was upset and left home because of it. Sagar mentions that Titu has taught him some dance steps. Bala asks him to teach them to him.
Nandita inquires about Bala’s age, and Bala insists he is just 20. Indra shares that today he felt pain in his shoulder and asked for warm water for a massage. Sagar prepares to leave. Bala teases him, cautioning him to be careful since she is the enemy’s daughter. Sagar asks what he means. Vanraj instructs Meenu to stay away from Anupama. Titu asks Meenu what to do about his pain. Toshu and Pakhi tease Meenu, while Kinjal reminds them that she is not yet a doctor. They continue to tease her.
Anuj coughs. Anupama offers him water. He extends his hand for her to pour water into, and he drinks. Anupama leaves, and he asks what happened to her foot. Kinjal shares everything with Meenu. Meenu is shocked to learn about Anupama’s miseries, stating that Mummy is closer to Mami than Mama and Baa, but since five years, there has been no contact. Kinjal warns her to stay away from Mummy, or else Papa will vent his anger on her.
Meenu insists she will not break her relationship with Mami. Kinjal mentions that Baa is planning Meenu’s marriage. Meenu speculates that Baa might fix her marriage with a surgeon or doctor, suggesting that romance could happen on medical terms. She describes the type of guy she wants, emphasizing that she wants him to be her friend first. Sagar finds Meenu’s stethoscope and mistakenly thinks it belongs to her. Meenu searches for her stethoscope.
Nandita tries to calm a crying baby. Indra suggests putting the baby in the cradle, but Nandita refuses. Indra insists that Anupama has been doing this work for a long time. Nandita asks Indra to take the baby, saying she will do all the work. Anuj enters, takes the baby in his arms, and the baby stops crying. He scolds Nandita, questioning what kind of mother she is for not being able to calm the baby. He shouts at Nandita and hands the baby back to her, saying that once kids go, they never return. Anupama walks in and hears him. He calls for Aadhya and cries.
