Lakshmi says, “We will do it together.” He says, “Stubborn.” She replies, “Stubborn.” She coughs and feels suffocated, recalling Paro saying she doesn’t have a dad.

Rishi takes Lakshmi out. He says they came out safely and makes her sit. He asks her to speak. Lakshmi asks, “What?” Rishi says, “You are stubborn. You don’t want to listen to me.” Lakshmi asks, “What?” He says, “I’m asking you to speak, but you’re not saying anything.” Lakshmi tells him to speak instead. Rishi says, “You know me. I want to say something, but I end up saying something else, even though there’s something different in my heart.” Lakshmi says she doesn’t know what he’s talking about, says it doesn’t matter, and asks him to say what’s in his heart. He asks if she will come home. Lakshmi says he should have the courage to fulfill what’s in his heart. Rishi asks if she’s a teacher, catching his words, and tells her to think about his feelings.
