Roshni comes home, and Tejas pampers her. She asks if he booked the tickets. He plays dumb and asks which tickets. She reminds him that she told him about it. He says he went to the agency and booked their tickets for next week to the Andamans. She thanks him and hugs him. He hands her money and says it’s his salary. He spent money on tickets, and this is for her.
She smiles, feeling happy, and says she’s earned a lot, but this money makes her feel different. She feels proud of him for working hard, and she thought he would leave this job too. He assures her he will earn a good name because he’s talented. He thinks she shouldn’t know he stole the money from his mum’s cupboard.
Renu looks for the money and asks Paresh if he took it. He denies it. She says it’s missing; she kept it in the cupboard. Renu thinks for a moment and calls Tejas, asking if he saw the 1 lakh. He claims he doesn’t know. Roshni asks what’s going on. Renu explains the money isn’t there and asks Akash about it. He says he doesn’t need money.
Sachin and Sayali arrive. Sachin asks what’s wrong. Akash tells him Renu’s money is missing. Sachin suggests asking Tejas. Paresh then reveals he got 1 lakh from Joy, and it’s gone. Sachin is shocked and scolds Paresh for giving it to anyone. Renu asks Sayali if she saw it, and she says no. Renu wonders where the money went and grows increasingly worried.
Renu blames Dilip and argues with Sachin and Sayali. Tejas backs up his mum. They all argue, and Sayali defends her brother. Sachin accuses Tejas of stealing the money. Roshni stops him, defending Tejas and saying he’ll return the money because he earns now. Renu insists Sayali’s brother is a thief and demands he give back her money. Sayali tells Renu to stop; she won’t listen to anything against her family. Renu threatens to call the police to get Dilip arrested. Sachin jokes that they can see if someone else gets hurt.
Sayali says she’s not scared and believes her brother is innocent. Renu claims her entire family should go to jail. Sayali challenges Renu, saying if she can’t prove Dilip is guilty, Renu has to apologize to her and her family publicly. Sachin supports her. He reminds them that if the police come, they’ll find out who the real thief is—Tejas. He jokes and invites Sayali and Akash for breakfast. Akash says he’s not hungry. Sachin brushes it off and tells them to leave for work. Akash walks away.
Renu calls Shubha, claiming Dilip stole 1 lakh from her house. Shubha refuses to believe it, telling Renu to have her son return the money. Shubha lashes out at Dilip, crying as she tells him what Renu said. Dilip insists he didn’t steal anything and gets angry, saying he’ll go see what’s happening. Shubha argues with him, saying he can’t go. They head over to Renu’s house. Juhi states it’s not their fault and they won’t stay quiet. Renu starts insulting them.
Sayali spots her family and tells them to leave. Renu insists she called them to get her money back. Dilip maintains his innocence. Renu scolds him. Paresh and Sachin walk in and ask what they’re doing there. Renu demands the money back and explains she called them. Dilip continues to claim he didn’t steal anything. Sachin tells him not to worry; everyone knows who stole the money. Sayali stands up for her brother, saying they lost their dad because of his mistake, and he’s grown up now.
Renu retorts that thieves always claim to have changed. Paresh confronts Renu about insulting them. Renu insists she can’t help it since they chose to associate with a family of thieves, and Paresh is covering for them. Sayali interrupts, asking Renu for proof of Dilip’s theft. Renu says Sayali didn’t raise Dilip well. Sachin tells Renu to cut it out. Roshni demands the return of Paresh’s hard-earned money. Sayali shoots back, asking Roshni to tell her husband to return 27 lakhs.
