Kusum and Kumari are discussing how Saras surprised Kumud with a birthday party. Kumud, appearing tense, joins them. Kusum asks her what happened, but Kumud remains quiet. Kumud arrives, offering to help as he struggles to reach the wounds on his back.
Saras refuses, insisting on doing it himself, but Kumud insists, saying it’s her fault he got hurt. Saras assures her it wasn’t her fault but rather due to the man who misbehaved with her. He admits he cannot tolerate anyone disrespecting her. Kumud asks why it bothers him so much, and as she tends to his wounds, their feelings surface. Saras finally admits he can no longer suppress his emotions for her. Shy and overjoyed, Kumud runs outside into the rain, dancing with happiness while Saras watches her from the balcony, smiling.
Scene shifts to Vidyachatur and his wife:
Kumud’s mother is upset about her spoiled spices due to the rain. Yash’s mother arrives, taunting them about Kumud dancing in the rain. She insinuates that Kumud is affected by Saras’s rejection and suggests they marry her off quickly. Yash’s mother hints at following Ghuman’s instructions before leaving.
Scene shifts to Kumari:
Kumari finds some old photos while cleaning the storeroom and quickly hides them as Badimaa enters. Badimaa leaves, unaware of the hidden photos.
Scene shifts to Sunny:
Sunny asks Badimaa for food and shares that he lost his parents early in life. Badimaa sympathizes and comments on Saras’s newfound happiness. Sunny remarks that Kumud and Badimaa have solved Saras’s two major problems.
