The episode begins in Kumud’s house, where everyone celebrates the arrival of a new cow. Saras stands silently amidst the celebration. Kumud approaches him and says she wants to talk. Saras responds that he also has something to say, and they both go inside.
Meanwhile, a car arrives in the village, and a lady steps out, her face still unrevealed. Inside the house, Kumud tells Saras that she almost caught Yash but he managed to escape. She promises to prove Saras’s innocence. Saras, however, says there is no need, as the matter is resolved.
Elsewhere, Ghuman enters an empty house and recalls it as the place where she used to dance. She angrily declares that Vidyachatur will now have to repay double the debts. Ghuman remembers how Vidyachatur once told Laxminandan that Ghuman could never take Saraswati’s place. Her anger intensifies.
Back at the house, Saras tells Kumud he has done everything to ensure peace in her home. He believes their duty to compensate Ilaben is complete and says he is now free. With a heavy heart, Saras hands Kumud her return ticket, telling her there is no reason for him to stay anymore. Tears fill Kumud’s eyes as Saras says he is leaving for good and this time, there is no hope she will stop him.
As Saras begins to leave, Kumud stops him and asks why he rejected her love. Before he can answer, they hear the police outside. Vidyachatur and his family are shocked as the police arrive to arrest Saras, accusing him of a legal crime. Kumud asks who filed the complaint, and the police reveal it was an anonymous call. Ilaben tries to defend Saras, stating that he has already repented, but the police insist on taking him for questioning.
Saras calmly tells Kumud to let the police do their job, but Kumud refuses to let him face this alone. Vidyachatur, Badimaa, and others form a protective barrier around Saras, but Saras insists on going alone, saying he would be saddened if they accompanied him. He leaves with the police, leaving everyone devastated.
Kumud, visibly shaken, vows to bring Saras back without tarnishing his reputation. Badimaa consoles her, apologizing for misunderstanding Saras. She recalls his pain as a child when he longed for his mother and admits that Saras’s sacrifice for the family is immeasurable. Badimaa expresses pride in both Saras and Kumud, feeling ashamed for not trusting him earlier.
Meanwhile, Ghuman celebrates Saras’s arrest, plotting to embarrass Vidyachatur further. At the police station, Kumari is seen but avoids Saras. Behind bars, Saras reflects on his decision, saying he is ready to face jail for the family’s peace but warns Kumud not to get involved, fearing it could lead to bigger problems.
