Ayush, Shalu and Bani are in the car. Shalu asks what is it? Bani says yes, truth serum. Ayush says it is truth serum and says they will give it to someone who knows much. Lakshmi asks Wilson to catch Balwinder.Wilson says Balwinder you said right that she will make me rich. Balwinder asks him to give some money to him. Lakshmi asks him to catch Balwinder. She then asks the Nurse to lock him in the dark room.
She bites Balwinder’s hand and tries to run. Balwinder holds her hand. Doctor asks Lakshmi to go with Wilson and says he is a good man.Lakshmi says he is bad, if he was good then he would have catch Balwinder. Wilson says he will take her very far. She says she wants to go to Minto. Rishi comes there and throws knife at Balwinder’s hand. Lakshmi sees Rishi and runs to him. She hugs him and cries. Rishi looks at the Doctor. He tells Lakshmi that he will not let anything happen to her. Lakshmi says everyone is bad here, that aunty (Nurse) too who told that she will let me go with you.

Lakshmi says beat them more. Balwinder asks the Doctor to catch Lakshmi. Rishi asks Lakshmi to be brave and run from there and says I will see. Lakshmi runs out. The Doctor hits Rishi and runs out. Ayush, Shalu and Bani reach the Asylum and see the guards fallen down.
Ayush says it seems Rishi Bhai reached here. Bani says their condition is bad. Rishi is about to run out, when Balwinder holds Rishi’s leg and makes him fall down. He takes the knige to stab him, when Ayush comes there and injects him injection. Balwinder asks what did you inject me? Ayush says this is magic.
Shalu says so much will come out. Doctor brings Lakshmi there and threatens to kill her. Rishi shouts Doctor. Balwinder asks Doctor not to k!ll her. The Doctor bringing Lakshmi inside the Asylum, keeping knife on her neck. Lakshmi stamps on his foot and pushes him. Rishi appreciates Lakshmi and says very good. Ayush leaves Balwinder and starts beating Doctor. The reporter tells that we got information about the big fraud happening here, we will tell you what is happening here? Lakshmi tells Ayush that she will also beat him and says Minto taught her boxing. Ayush asks her to beat him. Lakshmi hits the Doctor.

He is about to shoot him, when Inspector comes there and shoots at his gun. Rishi asks Inspector to arrest them and says they were doing human trafficking here. Ayush finds his phone off. He throws water on Balwinder and asks him to say who is involved with her. Inspector says we will interrogate him and says a big scam came is exposed because of you all. Balwinder says I am innocent, take me from here. Inspector takes Wilson, Balwinder and Doctor.Rishi asks Lakshmi if she is fine. Lakshmi says yes and asks if he is fine? Rishi says yes. Lakshmi says how you come on time always and says you are hero, my superhero and hugs him. Malishka calls Balwinder and thinks he is not giving any update, if Wilson took Lakshmi from there.

The Reporter says Wilson is taken in one van, and Doctor and Balwinder in the other van. Sonia asks why did Rishi Bhai go there. Dadi says we gave same values to you all, but. Karishma and Neelam feel proud of Rishi.Rishi is riding on the bike with Lakshmi. Lakshmi tells Rishi that they were bad and tells that he has rescued her. Rishi thinks thank god, I came to know everything at the right time else Lakshmi would have been sent somewhere, and I couldn’t have done anything.Shalu, Ayush and Bani are in the car. Ayush tells that Rishi Bhai came on time and saved Bhabhi. He says he will go home and check the proof in the phone. She says she helped him for Lakshmi’s betterment, but he tried to sell Lakshmi and betrayed me. Neha says if something had happened to Lakshmi then she wouldn’t have live. Rano says people will misunderstand me if they know the truth and says she will murder him. Neha asks her not to do anything else they will know that she is involved and asks her to relax. Rishi tells Lakshmi that they will stay with each other for forever, and nobody can separate us, and says if we go then we will go from this world together.Dadiu thanking God for saving Lakshmi and giving a new lease of life. She asks him to keep his blessings bestowed on the family always.
Malishka gets angry and tells Sonal that she had made a good plan, Rishi saved Lakshmi again. She asks why he doesn’t become my savior and why he don’t save me, and says he doesn’t help me and instead he traps me. She says it was good plan to make Lakshmi go from my way, but Rishi saved her. Rishi tells that if Lakshmi was not there, then he wouldn’t have gone there. Karishma says you are giving credit to her, though you have risked your life and saved her. Rishi says if Lakshmi had not saved me then I would have died. Neelam says don’t say this.
Lakshmi tells Dadi about the shock which Doctor gave her. Dadi asks her not to remember such things. Lakshmi says Minto is a superhero, and says he has beaten the goons. She says even I have beaten them. Neelam asks Lakshmi if she is fine. Neelam says yes, and says Minto saved her and then Police came. Rishi tells her that she might be thinking that Lakshmi can’t stay here. Neelam says Lakshmi needs medical treatment and shall not stay here. Rishi says she needs us and if she stays with us, then she will be fine.. He shows the certificate that she is fine. Karishma says everything will be ruined till then.
Rishi tells that very soon Lakshmi will be fine. Karishma says if she harms herself then. Rishi says he will be with her always, and says she has become more understanding. Neelam says I don’t want to argue, and says lakshmi can’t stay here. She says let her be here today, but you shall think where to send her. Lakshmi comes to her and touches her feet, and says don’t get angry, if you don’t want then I will not stay here. Malishka comes there with Sonal. Malishka asks if you are fine. Lakshmi goes to Rishi. Malishka asks if anyone is troubling you? She says it seems Lakshmi is getting fine.
Karishma says she is acting to be normal like child actors and says we shall not interfere. Neelam tries to say. Dadi tells Neelam that her birthday is coming and she wants all the family to celebrate. Neelam is worried. Dadi says I take her responsibility. Malishka asks Neelam to agree and let Lakshmi stay here. Lakshmi gets happy and asks if cake will be brought. Sonia asks Rishi to get the cake now itself, and feed her. Dadi asks Neelam to agree. Neelam agrees and tells Rishi that he will give her the best gift of her life, on her birthday. Lakshmi comes to her room and tells Toy Rishi that she missed him so much, and says if you would have told Minto then he would have brought you to me.
Lakshmi tells Minto saved her like her superhero and beaten them up. She tells everything and says we will make Aunty happy on her birthday. She asks Rishi if he want to arrange the birthday. He says yes and thinks she is so good and people calls her inauspicious. He thinks what about Mom’s birthday.Malishka tells Sonal that Doctor can do anything to save himself and might take my name that I asked him to make Lakshmi mad.
