Shiv holds up Gayatri’s ashes to confront Mandira. Meanwhile, Koyal calls Nandu to find out what’s happening. Mandira asks Shiv, “What does this mean?” Just then, Kamal brings a man into the room. Shakti remarks that Mandira seems shocked to see him. The man introduces himself as a jeweler.Shiv displays the diamond found in the ashes. The jeweler examines it and confirms, “This is our diamond.
Mandira bought it from us but lost it a month ago and then purchased another one from me.” He presents the invoice to support his claim.Shakti declares, “I came to this house to find proof against her, and I found it.” Mandira dismisses the evidence, insisting it doesn’t prove anything. The jeweler counters, “I can recognize my diamonds anywhere.” Shakti continues, “She lost her diamond and then bought a replacement.”
Keertan interjects, arguing that this information doesn’t relate to the murder. Shiv asserts, “This diamond was in Gayatri’s ash pot.” Mandira retorts that even that doesn’t prove anything. Shakti adds, “CCTV footage will show that it came from the ashes pot. When you killed her, she swallowed the diamond from your ring, and it was burned with her body, but the diamond never gets burned. It was found in the postmortem too.”
Mandira laughs mockingly, asking, “Did Gayatri tell you all this? Is she living there fine?” Dadi, infuriated, slaps her hard and says, “Don’t make fun of a dead person. We are all with Shiv and Shakti.”
Keertan insists this doesn’t prove anything. Mandira tells the commissioner that they are trying to brainwash him, claiming, “Shiv killed her.” Shakti asks Mandira if she is willing to write that she didn’t kill Gayatri. Mandira agrees, writing on a piece of paper that she didn’t kill Gayatri.
Shakti tells the commissioner, “She wrote with her left hand, but no one else uses it except her in this house. The postmortem report shows that Gayatri was stabbed with a left hand.” Mandira argues, “That doesn’t mean it was my hand. You have no proof.” Shiv interjects, “I have proof.” He shows his call details, stating, “I wasn’t with Gayatri when she was killed. I received an emergency call from the hospital and went there just when Gayatri was killed. The nurse can testify to my presence in the hospital.”
Shakti adds, “Gayatri was killed even before Shiv went to her room. Shiv was in the hospital, but where was Mandira at that time?” Mandira replies defiantly, “I was in Keertan’s room.” Shakti counters, “He wasn’t even home at that time. What were you doing there?” Mandira retorts, “I don’t need to answer you.”Shakti presses on, suggesting, “It means you did attack Gayatri, and she died immediately.” Mandira insists, “No, she died after some struggle.” Shakti asks, “How do you know that?” Mandira looks on, visibly rattled.
