Reeva returns home. Swati sings “Happy Birthday” to Reeva and presents a cake for her. Reeva feels happy and says she brings cake on her every birthday exactly at 12 p.m. She then asks where Daddy is. Swati replies that he has gone out of station for some important work and adds that soon there will be only happiness in her life. Reeva suggests cutting the cake.
Ishaan calls Reeva and says he met with an accident. Reeva, in shock, asks where he is. He says he is outside her house. Reeva rushes down, worried, and stands speechless seeing two boys dancing. Ishaan joins them and dances to “I Wish You Happy Happy Birthday.” Reeva feels very happy watching that. Ishaan wishes her a happy birthday, brings a cake for her, calls Swati to join them, and asks Reeva to cut the cake.
Reeva notices his car’s windshield is broken and asks how it happened. Ishaan replies that they shouldn’t discuss it. Reeva inquires if Savi did it. Ishaan asks why she took Savi’s name and spoilt his mood. Reeva apologizes and says it’s her birthday. Ishaan smiles. She blows out the candles, but one candle doesn’t go out. Reeva tries in vain, and Swati throws it away. Reeva cuts the cake and asks for her gift. Ishaan says she will get her gift tomorrow on Akshaya Tritiya.
The next morning, Savi prays to God at her shop and says today is Akshaya Tritiya, but she doesn’t have money to buy gold, so she is offering yellow cloth to Him. Shukla informs her that the reporter has printed her news with her picture in the newspaper; now everyone will know about the Bhosale family’s atrocities toward her.
Reeva visits the Bhosales. Surekha blesses her and offers her a 100-gram gold biscuit, saying she gifted the same to her other two DILs and now is gifting it to her to make jewelry of her choice. Reeva asks what the need for that is. Surekha replies that it’s her right.
Chinmay walks in with the newspaper and says there is one more person than him who can openly oppose Yashwant. Yashwant asks him what he means. Chinmay reads the article headline: “Bhosale Family’s Atrocities Toward Their DIL.” Nishi asks who printed this fake news. Chinmay continues to read how Ishaan trapped Savi in a fake question paper leak scandal and how Yashwant kicked her out of the house, etc.
The Bhosales are shocked to hear that. Savi reads the article in shock. Shukla’s wife curses the reporter for printing fake news. Students discuss that Savi went overboard; earlier, they used to hear positive news about their college, now only negative news.Chinmay taunts Yashwant, saying he is paying for his heinous acts. Yashwant angrily holds Chinmay’s collar and blames him.
Chinmay tells Ishaan that he knows Savi can’t do this and walks away singing, “Papa Kehte Hain Bada Naam Karega.” Nishi says they need to give a befitting reply to Savi. Ishaan replies that they will not do anything.Reeva says Savi has developed a sense of enmity toward her and will continue to attack him and his family. Yashwant insists it’s a question of his reputation and wants Ishaan to take action.
