Anupama apologizes to the judges and assures them she will speak in English. She begins explaining that Mohan Thaal is Kanha ji’s favorite sweet. Anuj offers to help by translating for her, as she isn’t fluent in English. The judges agree, and Anupama continues, with Anuj translating her words. Keith, unimpressed, says he won’t taste it, calling it nasty. Sally insists they have to taste all the dishes. Hitachi decides to taste it first, followed by Sally and Keith.
Sally comments that the taste is good but the presentation is lacking. Hitachi notes that the texture isn’t right. Anupama admits it’s her fault, explaining that the texture comes from ghee, which she accidentally spilled. Keith mocks her, mentioning her limited ingredients and broken hand, and questions how she failed to make her God’s favorite dish. He tells her to step back and await the final decision.
Meanwhile, Toshu returns home feeling dejected. He tells Dimpy that despite attending interviews at four places, he didn’t secure a job. Frustrated, he says he’s highly educated and experienced, yet unsure of what employers are looking for. Babu ji shares a story from Toshu’s childhood, reminding him that the younger Toshu never gave up, and he shouldn’t either.
Toshu feels motivated by this, while Baa suggests they return to India, where Toshu wouldn’t have to pay such high rent and could have the family’s support in his job search.Back at the competition, the judges ask the contestants to step forward one by one. They explain that an orange light indicates safety, while red means danger.
Anupama and another contestant find themselves in the danger zone. Sally announces that no one will be eliminated this week, but warns that the next round will be a do-or-die situation for those in danger. Hitachi emphasizes that the next round will be extremely difficult, with one contestant being eliminated. Keith agrees, saying one of them will have to say goodbye.
Anuj calls Hitachi Wang and introduces himself as Anuj Kapadia, mentioning that his client wants to meet him regarding a big FMV event. Hitachi acknowledges seeing Anuj translating for Anupama during the competition and asks if they are related. Anuj replies that they’re not, but he couldn’t resist helping her. Hitachi says he has work and will meet Anuj another time. Anuj then looks for Anupama, who is walking down the road, berating herself for failing in the competition. She vows to focus only on the competition moving forward.
At home, Pari, Ansh, and Ishani refuse Dimpy’s offer of chocolate. Pari asks if they can’t all stay together, echoing Baa’s sentiment. Babu ji encourages them to follow their hearts. Toshu tells Babu ji that after speaking with Vanraj, he’s decided to return to India with Kinjal and Pari. Baa urges Toshu to discuss the decision with Kinjal first. Toshu goes to talk to Kinjal, while Baa expresses her wish for Anupama to come back with them. Babu ji disagrees, saying Anupama should stay and pursue her dreams.
Anuj eventually finds Anupama and apologizes, admitting that he didn’t open the ghee can properly. Anupama insists it wasn’t his fault but hers, wondering how it slipped from her hand. Anuj tries to take responsibility, but Anupama asks him to let her own her mistakes.
Meanwhile, Pakhi tells Aarush that she wants to start a business to keep Adhik away from Ishani. Aarush promises to help her achieve her dreams, offering her wine, which she refuses. He tries to get close to her, but Pakhi decides to leave. Aarush becomes aggressive, insisting that no girl can reject him and trying to convince her to stay.
Pakhi, upset, tells Aarush to back off, but he threatens to lie to Toshu and Vanraj, claiming they were intimate, even though they both know nothing happened. He says only the two of them know the truth, and he’ll lie to make her look bad. Pakhi, desperate, tries calling Toshu and Vanraj, but neither answers. She then calls Anupama, who answers, and Pakhi reveals her location, pleading with Aarush to let her go.
Anupama immediately tells Anuj to take her to the Jersey restaurant, where Pakhi is in trouble. They get in the car, and Anupama uses Anuj’s phone to try and call Vanraj, but his phone is switched off. Anuj assures her they’ll reach Pakhi first.
