Babu ji asks Anupama to blow the conch for the puja. Baa comments that she is going into a new battle. Anupama plays the conch, and Baa tells everyone to pack their bags, reminding them not to say they forgot something once they reach Ahmedabad. She notices Anupama reading a book while eating and advises her not to multitask during meals.
Pakhi is about to leave, and Anupama asks where she’s headed. Pakhi, annoyed, says she’s going to the parlor and asks why Anupama called from behind. Vanraj suggests Toshu drop her off, but Pakhi explains that she’s going to Kinjal’s friend’s parlor. Just then, Ishani arrives and greets Pakhi, who remarks that someone is calling her from behind again. Pakhi insists she needs to look presentable, while Dimpy points out that she just woke up. Kavya warns not to make kids overly conscious of their appearance.
Ishani tells Pakhi she feels cold, and Anupama checks her temperature, realizing she has a fever. Pakhi instructs Ishani to take medicine from Dimpy and rest, telling her not to be a bother. Anupama reflects, saying if she had treated Pakhi the same way when she was young, Pakhi wouldn’t have appreciated it. She recalls how Vanraj would call a doctor for even the slightest cold, and she would stay awake all night caring for Pakhi. Pakhi, dismissive, says she’s not like her parents.
Anupama advises that a mother should be there for her child when they are sick, speaking kind words. She asserts that a mother who doesn’t do so is failing in her role, especially when she’s kept the child from their father.Vanraj chimes in, saying that Adhik shows more emotions than Pakhi. Pakhi retorts that Aarush was right, claiming families hold people back when they try to do something with their lives. Babu ji encourages Anupama to leave, and Kavya, Dimpy, and others wish her luck.
Anuj is elsewhere, and Aadhya approaches him, apologizing with her ears held. Anuj doesn’t respond. She and Shruti sing “Papa Mere Papa” to express their regret, with Shruti explaining that Aadhya feels genuinely sorry and sometimes acts out due to insecurity. Anuj asks them to trust him to handle his sorrows and not to force anything on him. He adds that if they feel he’s asking for too much, they should just let it be.
At the cooking competition, the judges welcome the contestants for the second round. Keith announces that this round will be tougher, with two contestants entering the danger zone. Hitachi reveals they will have fewer ingredients, and Sally informs them they only have 15 minutes to cook. Anuj, anxious, hopes someone saves their spices and chutney. Sally then announces a twist: the contestants can ask for audience help once. Anuj receives a message asking him to meet Hitachi Wang at MG Studio.
The contestants are given their ingredients, and Keith asks if they’re surprised. Sally urges them to stay calm and confident. Keith hands Anupama a tissue, sarcastically telling her that the challenge is too tough for her and suggesting she quit before he eliminates her.
Anuj arrives at the studio and notices a Superstar Chef shoot happening. He worries if Anupama will see him, but before he can think further, Hitachi’s manager escorts him in. He overhears Keith taunting Anupama about quitting and becomes concerned. He sneaks into the audience, hoping to help.
Anupama struggles to open a ghee can with one hand but remembers Baa’s advice: if there’s no ghee, she can substitute with almond paste for a greasy texture. She grabs a grinder, crushes the almonds, and begins preparing sweets. Anuj watches as a contestant seeks audience help, and he contemplates helping Anupama.
Keith reminds the contestants that a half-cooked dish will lead to elimination, and Hitachi insists they maintain cleanliness in their workstations. Sally stresses the importance of focus and organization. Keith adds that presentation is key, as it’s the first impression of the dish.
Anupama realizes she needs ghee for the final presentation and rushes to ask the audience for help. Anuj signals to her, offering to open the ghee can. She hurries to him, retrieves the opened can, and races back to her station. But just as she’s about to pour the ghee, the can slips from her hand. The judges declare the time up, and Anupama is shocked, realizing she didn’t complete the final touches.
Keith scolds her for attempting to pick up the ghee can, but Anupama argues that leaving it on the floor is disrespectful to Maa Annapurna. The judges allow her to clean up before they ask everyone to present their dishes.
Meanwhile, Pakhi meets Aarush at a hotel. Aarush explains that he booked the room for privacy, adding that his parents are in India, and he’s feeling lonely. He asks Pakhi if she brought the money, but Pakhi, having given him all her money, instead offers jewelry. Aarush promises she’ll get a loan and suggests they celebrate with champagne.
Back at the competition, the contestants present their dishes. When Anupama’s turn comes, she offers Mohan Thaal, explaining that it’s a favorite sweet of Lord Krishna, also known as Mohan, which is how the dish got its name. Keith interrupts, reminding her that this isn’t an Indian show and instructs her to explain the dish in English. Anupama stands silently, unsure of what to say next.
