Shakti’s family is preparing for the engagement, Shakti comes there after all dressed up. Shiv smiles at her and she kisses his cheek, she says you look handsome. Rimjhim tells them to calm down.Manorama’s family arrives at Shiv’s house. Ragunath welcomes them, Shakti does Dharam’s aarti.
Chacha hugs Kamal who apologizes to him on Mandira’s behalf. Manorama says we don’t trust her. Kamal says I understand that’s why I told her to not be a part of this ceremony.Mandira comes to meet with Keertan and says even Kamal is against me now, you have to come to come out of jail to me help me now. Keertan asks how? Mandira says we still have ways around, we can still get people on our side with money.
Scene 2
The family celebrates Dharam and Koyal’s engagement, they all dance around. Manorama asks where is our Dil? Shakti brings Koyal there and all smile at her. Dharam blushes at her, Manorama blesses her and says just keep my Dharam happy. Shiv says we we will play a game to see who is stronger. They all play tug of war. Manorama asks Shakti and Rimjhim to be on their side. Mandira is angry seeing them all happy.
Mandira talks to Padma and says you should be on my side. Padma says I am always on the stronger side and I always knew you would win but Shakti brought you down, I was on your side because I thought you are stronger but Shakti proved that wrong. Mandira says how dare you, I will not spare you. Nandu comes there and says leave my mother alone before I forget you are a woman, I am telling you to stop torturing my mother, stop threatening her from now on, he takes Pamda away. Mandira is angry.
Dharam and Koyal exchange rings, all clap for them. Dadi congratulates and blesses them. Manorama tells Koyal to be ready to her daughter-in-law. Shiv says she won’t let her easy.
Manorama arrives at Shiv’s house with her family for the engagement. Shiv calls her Mogambo like he did before. Shakti tells her that it shows he is getting his memory back. Shiv dirities his shirt so Nandu takes him to clean it up.
Chacha tells the dates and says there is a good time after 15 days for the wedding. They all agree. Another priest comes there and tells Ragunath that he should have at least called him. Ragunath says Dharam’s father is a good priest so we didn’t call you. The priest says I know him, he is a great priest, I came here to talk about something. He says Gayatri died many days ago and you people still haven’t done her asthi vesarjan. Dadi says we didn’t get time because of the issues but we will do it tomorrow.
The priest says this is a big sin, you want to get your daughter married but doing sins like those. Shakti says I am sorry, Gayatri wouldn’t be angry if Koyal gets married. Chacha says he is right, we did a mistake. Shiv comes there so the priest blesses him. He says Shiv is in danger, his fate doesn’t look good and there might be Gayatri’s ghost around him and she isn’t happy. Shakti says I don’t believe in all these, I believe in prayers but not in ghosts. We will do her rituals so don’t worry. The priest says I hope you listen to me.
At night time, Shiv wakes up and finds a shadow moving around, he goes to check in the corridor but doesn’t find anyone there. He finds some smoke and goes to the lounge, its all dark so he is scared. He looks around and finds Gayatri’s ashes pot moving around, he says someone was here. He looks around and suddenly a shadow says its me.. I am back. Shiv sees the shadow resembling Gayatri and says why are you standing in the dark? He holds her hands and they are filled with blood. He says are you hurt? she says I am bleeding because of you. Suddenly she is gone, Shiv panics and faints.
Shakti wakes up and doesn’t find Shiv in the bed, she goes to look around and wakes up all family members. They all rush to Shiv who is lying in the lounge.Manorama and Chacha are sleeping when she wakes up and hears a noise. She goes to check in the lounge and finds a shadow sitting there. She is about to hit him but its Dharam and Koyal there.
Manorama asks Koyal what is she doing here? Dharam says we were just spending time together, sorry. Koyal says we don’t need to apologize, we are engaged now so I can come anytime to meet with you. She hugs him but he is scared and apologizes to Manorama. She says you don’t need to apologize, its good to meet with your fiance before marriage. She asks Dharam to go and make tea for them. He nods and leaves.
Shakti checks Shiv’s pulse, he wakes up so she asks what happened? he says I met Maa. I saw her and even talked to her but then.. her hands were filled with blood, I asked what happened but she said she is bleeding because of me. He cries and says I want Maa.She consoles him and says it was a bad dream. He says it was Maa only. Shakti says it was just a nightmare. Shiv says I am not lying, he shows his hands and says see blood on them.
