Simon Confesses To K!lling His Father. Pedro Manipulates Tadeo. Deborah Confronts Dante. Juan Remains Confused With Dante’s Lies. Mateo & Lucas Cook Up The Perfect Plan To Expose Julieta.
Simón describes everything that happened on the day of the accident and he assures his brothers that he is to blame for everything. Juan gets furious and tells him to explain how he k!lled their dad. Simon cries and explains that he feels so much guilt because he was arguing with Severiano before the accident and had cursed him, saying he’d better be dead than be him because of his infidelities and the pain he caused their mom that led to her death. We see Severiano apologizing to Simon telling him to forgive him.
After the accident Simon managed to open the door on his end and he opened it on Severiano’s end too and helped him out though reluctantly but then when he had helped him out he tried to find his phone to call an ambulance but never found it. He therefore got confused and tried to run to find help but then that was the point where Severiano told him not to leave him to die alone. I guess this is where Agustin saw it.
Anyway he cries some more and tells them that it was his fault; if he had called an ambulance his dad would have been saved. Juan offers his undying support saying it wasn’t his fault. All his siblings too support the idea. We also come to learn that Severiano showed løve to Simon and apologized to him with his last breath and they forgave each other and the I løve you,I løve you too followed.
Then Severiano went to his maker so basically Simon was confused so he ran to search for help but then came back and talked to Severiano that’s why when Juan and Pedro arrived at the scene, Simon was holding a lifeless Severiano in his arms. Juan apologizes for not knowing what Simon was going through and they all hug him. Sarah too offers her support and tries to make peace with Simon.
They hope he’ll stop hating her soon. They all pat Simon on the head like a dog. Alondra talks to Jessica. She tells her that she’s worried about Julieta because she tried to k!ll Sara. Jessica being stupid doesn’t want to even think about that. She keeps on objecting to the idea until Alondra decides to leave. Later Juan goes to see Simon who confesses that a huge burden has been lifted off his chest and shoulders.
Juan tells him to relax his father may have been involved in extracurricular activities but he never failed them as his sons. He was always a perfect father. Simon remembers a childhood scene when he confronted their dad in front of the workers for hurting their mom. Severiano told him that he shouldn’t talk to him like that because he is his father. Simon told him that if he ever sees Deborah come to the house he will throw her out himself just to protect his mom.
His dad also told him that the issue involved him and his mom not Simon. Pedro corrupts Tadeo morally; he tells the young boy that he will inherit all these that he sees at Santa Catalina and he should never let anyone try to corrupt him especially his mother. Tadeo agrees and tells him that he likes to play with him more and likes to be with him. He tells him that he somehow confessed their small secret about Henry to Sarah.
The boy wants to know what to say because he wants him to be proud of him. Pedro smiles knowing that he’s grooming another small snake just like him.After Beatriz comes with Tadeo from the ranch, Cornelio tries to check up on them and Tadeo is here telling him that he’s not his father, they are not related. Pedro Del Monte is the only father he has and am like hahaha I saw this coming but then I feel sorry for Cornelio.
Déborah visits Próspero to try to find out if he was the one who pøisoñed her. She asks him if he’s shocked to see her alive blah blah. She likes the knew version of Prospero, somehow patronising not like the weak fool he always was. Prospero tells her to get out of his house, she isn’t welcome here, he will see her in court. Deborah adds that she will see him in jail. The brothers agree that Simon needs professional help.
Pedro isn’t left behind he has to give his opinion. He tells his brothers that Simon should be thrown into a mental asylum instead of prison. He also reveals to his brothers that Sarah is pregnant and Juan will be a father of two children. Déborah confronts Dante who is packing his stuff ready to leave for supposedly poisoning her. She slaps him and tells him that Pedro already knows that Sarah is not Severiano’s daughter but theirs because of him and Sarah is in danger.
Dante is sure that Juan will take care of her. She begs him to stay, he can’t leave her now because Pedro wants Sarah to have a miscarriage and it’s really risky. He should stay for their daughter’s sake. Juan snubs Julieta at his father’s mass and picks Sarah to bless Severiano’s urn. In turn Sarah picks Juan yet again and both Pedro and Julieta feel bad about this. Now Juan has to explain to Julieta that Sarah is the only blood relative Severiano has.
Julieta just got married to the family recently. Before the baby shower Juan and Mateo have a chat. They talk about Sarah and Mateo tells him that Sarah is a good woman. Juan acknowledges that because Sarah put her baby ahead of anything else including the inheritance and decided to go raise it far away despite his plea for her to raise the kid around him.
Juan also adds that Sarah is the love of his life and Mateo says that maybe life is about to give them something good. Chavita tells Próspero that he suspects that Cornelio may have been the one who poisøned Déborah because he took the bottle and replaced it and to add to that Cornelio is not a wine drinker.
Adela cannot find the chest with Rosa’s letters no matter how she searches for it. Déborah tries to give pøisoñed tea to Sarah so as to get rid of her pregnancy as per Pedro’s order, but then she regrets it at the last minute. She snatches it from her before she drinks it and tells her that it may not be good for the baby and our dummy is like yes mom thank you for taking care of me and am like hahaha.
Sarah talks about going to the hacienda to clarify some things and Cornelio thought that Amado’s shooting was meant for him also there’s Henry’s stuff with Tadeo and etc plus Simon was feeling guilty over Severiano’s death. They talk about if Simon might be the poisoning culprit but wait mom where did the wine come from; is it from Dante? Deborah is like no she is remembering it slowly. Sarah wants them to deal with the issue once and for all.
Back to the exposers and and exposees that’s at the baby shower party at the Hacienda – Mateo, Lucas and the absent new Julieta execute their juicy plan. What’s the plan? The plan is for Julieta to confess the truth, just wait and see. In another scene, Sarah asks Deborah about her and Dante and Deborah says that you know men ooh sorry married men are my weakness blah blah blah.
Sarah asks her another straight question – was she løvers with Dante when she was smashing Severiano. We are denied the answer here but I guess Sara is now asking meaningful questions. Everyone is at the party including Simon and at this time Mateo and Lucas trade a sharp eye contact then Mateo turns on the video recorder on his phone and places it on his shirt pocket. He tells Julieta that he has to talk to her about something very important.
As Mateo makes Julieta follow him to the kitchen to talk, Lucas confuses everyone at the party into dancing.Lucas appears with a big screen and tells everyone that he would like to transmit a live feed to them via his channel. Instead it’s a connection between Mateo and Lucas’s phones. It shows when Mateo is telling Julieta that the results of the DNA were false ones, she fooled them all.
He shows her the real ones to prove that the baby she’s expecting is his not Juan’s. They all hear her throw a tantrum, saying that the baby will continue to be his nephew and Juan will continue to believe that the child is his. She then walks back into the living room, never expecting the shock that awaited her. Everyone stares at her in silence. She sees herself on the screen and that’s when she knew she fûcked up.
Dante talks to Juan and reveals to him that the owner of Campo Verde is Pedro and Juan is a little bit shocked but anyway, Dante presents the papers to Juan proving that Pedro is really the owner of Campo Verde and Juan tells him that he already knew it. Pedro enters just then and asks what he knows and he says that he knew Dante wasn’t going on vacation anymore. He gives the paperwork back to Dante.
