Deborah Falls Into A Coma; Tension Arises With Simón Being The Prime Suspect. Sarah Becomes Distressed. Julieta Plots Against Mateo While Pedro Swears Against Sarah’s Pregnancy.
Salvador complains of a lost expensive bottle of wine. It is no longer at its usual place. Cornelio arrives and informs Salvador that the talk with Pedro didn’t go so well but anyway Jessica shows up and starts yelling at Brayan for cheating on her with the bar maid. Brayan is shocked with her behaviour and so is Cornelio who even calls her immature.
Brayan decides to tell Paloma to divorce them. Brandon arrives with the news that Deborah was pøisoñed and Paloma thinks that it is Simon.Prospero and Rosa are happy because Juan loaned them some money. Prospero thinks Juan is under some kind of pressure so they should pay him back soon.
Rosa doesn’t think so, she would rather focus on her surprise. Sarah visits her mother in the hospital. She is shocked that someone tried to k!ll her. Anyway she asks her to fight because her baby and her need her by their side. Déborah goes into cardiac arrest and Sarah calls the doctors who tells her to get out.
Juan tries to calm her down. Juan tells the cop to investigate about the bottle that was found in that room and so does Pedro. After the cop leaves, Juan has a suspicious face and Pedro tells him that “it wasn’t me”. Juan tells him to relax, he’s thinking that maybe it’s Simon. Mateo and new Julieta have lunch together and they talk about the DNA test.
How is it possible that Pedro had it? Anyway new Julieta gets a little jealous and tells Mateo to let this whole issue slide because he’s hurting himself and is proving that he løves old dusty Julieta. Mateo tells her that he doesn’t want to just sit there and see his brother being fooled. He gets a call from Lucas. Juan wants to see them all and also Deborah got pøisoñed.
Sarah believes that Simón is to blame for what happened to Déborah because he tried to run her over the other day. Juan remembers Simon telling him about it. Pedro didn’t know about this but anyway, Juan asks Sarah to let him speak to Simon first. The doctor tells them that Deborah is in a coma. Sarah cries and Juan gives her a shoulder to cry on.
Back to the Cantina, Brandon tells Salvador that he found his dad online. Everyone is busy on Deborah’s stuff especially Cornelio. Paloma is trying to call Simon to ask about the same but he isn’t picking. Julieta is at home waiting for Juan because she was really traumatized by what she saw. She never imagined it would be like that.
Deborah must have been in so much pain. Alondra and Adela look puzzled by those words. Lucas talks to Simon about what happened to Deborah being news already but Simon doesn’t care; if it were up to him she should just rot in hell. He doesn’t care. He notices the missed calls from Paloma. Lucas is worried about Sarah. Rosa celebrates Deborah’s fate. Oh she deserved it.
Anyway Prospero thinks it’s just one of the many Del Monte problems. Bertha arrives from the market and Rosa takes her to the kitchen to talk. She asks about the letters but no she didn’t get them but she saw a receipt there. Rosa thinks that God is punishing Deborah. We get a split screen of all the possible culprits : Dante, Pedro, Julieta, Cornelio, Simon, Prospero and Rosa.
Dante gets to the hospital and hugs Sarah. He will handle this investigation. He will go pick the analysis results and has already investigated the delivery service that made the delivery.Pedro thinks that the one who did that planned it for a while but Dante is sure that finding the culprit would be tough because Deborah had a lot of enemies.
Paloma goes to the company to see Simon and he tells her that he isn’t involved in Deborah’s ordeal in any way. Paloma is worried that people might suspect him because of the car accident but she trusts him. Juan comes in and asks to speak to Simon alone. Simon wants Paloma to be there if it’s about Deborah.
Honestly he didn’t do it and he would have been happy to do it himself because he doesn’t care about Deborah; the same Deborah deserves death and hell because she made their mom suffer – her death would be a blessing. Juan is worried because it happened at Santa Catalina.Rosa is at the ranch with Julieta she is here to stay with her for a while because of what happened with Deborah.
Bertha talks to Rosa about the letters and where Deborah could have hidden them. She adds that what happened to Deborah made her realize that life is short. She asks Modesto if he wants to marry her and Modesto gets a little nervous and starts bluffing. Adela comes in and ruins the moment asking if they need a drink and therefore Modesto gets a chance to escape that question.
Sarah, Pedro and Lucas get home and Sarah wants to go back to the hospital. Pedro tells her to rest and Lucas adds that if she insists he can go with her. Rosa and Julieta come to ask about Deborah and she tells them to drop the act and stop being hypocrites, they wouldn’t care about whatever happens to her mom.
Rosa makes a bad comment about Déborah, calling her a drunk in front of Sarah. She is kicked out of Santa Catalina. Julieta tries to tell Juan about it but he tells Rosa to leave the ranch. At the hospital, Dante talks to an unresponsive Deborah about her being the most ambitious being he used to løve but then she turned him into a despicable person.
He affirms that he warned her that he is the worst enemy she can ever have and all he can wish now is that she never wakes up again because she has even ruined the life of Sarah who is a good person. However, he’ll take care of her. A nurse interrupts to ask if he’s the one staying for the night. Lucas gets upset because Rosa and Julieta always attack Sarah.
On the other hand Pedro is upset because Lucas is always protecting Sarah. He tells him that he doesn’t want to see him near Sarah again and he pushes a shocked Lucas to his bed.Juan visits Agustín to talk about the suspicions he had about Simón after his father’s death but Agustin tells him that he talked to Simon and he was wrong because he was sick that day and he got confused.
He’s sure that Simon is a good man. Adela goes to see Sarah and Sarah is really upset because she will feel so guilty if her mom dies because she doesn’t know about her pregnancy. Julieta overhears this and loses control. She can’t believe that Sarah has Juan’s baby. Mateo arrives to help her, and she pushes Mateo away and screams for help.
Everyone rushes to where the screams of help are coming from and Pedro pushes Mateo out despite him saying he didn’t do anything. Julieta tells Lucas that he wanted to ki$$ her, he might even get into her bed, he scares her. Lucas tells her to shut up because it won’t be the first time, he already knows that they slept together before Juan’s engagement.
Julieta talks about Mateo lying and being a drunk and still being in løve with her. Lucas doesn’t like hearing this. Pedro tells Mateo to keep off Julieta. Mateo asks about the DNA results and he tells him that he wanted the lab information because he wanted to do the same with Tadeo.
Mateo tells him that he isn’t stupid. Pedro tells him that the court needs a DNA analysis for the custody case and by the way he should leave town, nobody cares about him. Rosa gets home complaining about Sarah throwing her out of the ranch. Alondra adds that she doesn’t like how Lucas likes being around her.
Prospero tells them to shut up, he doesn’t want Rosa to put stupid ideas into Alondra’s head. Bertha comes in with coffee and smears some french words on it. Alondra understands but Rosa is clearly in the blue.Brayan is ready to leave the Millán house. He asks Jessica if he’s coming or not and gives her an ultimatum. Juan gets home and sees Adela taking a tray to Julieta.
She had a bad moment earlier. Juan wants to know if she fought with Sarah but no Adela doesn’t want to talk about that. Juan wants to know who found Deborah and it was Julieta and also Simon wasn’t at the house at that moment. Agustin picks Brandon’s bag laying randomly on a chair and feels bad because this kid isn’t keeping his stuff in a good way. Anyway he picks it for him and a package that Brandon has been carrying falls.
Mateo feels bad remembering all the sad moments in his life; Severiano’s funeral, his mom’s funeral and Pedro’s words. He misses his parents so much. Pedro is in his room imagining that Mateo kept the DNA test results.
