Alejandra’s Reputation Is Damaged Beyond Repair. Lawrence Comes To His Mother’s Aid. Joyce Cuts Ties With Lawrence. Gani Is Treated While Noel Turns Himself In.
The episode began with Kristine and Noel at the hospital where Gani had been admitted after getting shot. Kristine was attending to him with tears in her eyes while Noel waited outside. His father, Nester arrived at the hospital and asked him to go home and rest but Noel said that he wanted to stay at the hospital and support Gani.
Another doctor arrived and relieved Kristine. She went outside to cry to Noel as she blamed herself for what had happened to Gani. Ronaldo arrived at the hospital later to check on Kristine. Joyce complained to Shakira and Jason about Lawrence comparing her with Alejandra. She expected them to support her but they did not. Shakira said that she had had to change who she was to seek revenge so Lawrence was right.
Noel called Joyce later to tell her that Alejandra had escaped and Gani had been shot.He asked how Lawrence had taken the news about Alejandra after seeing the footage and Joyce told him that Lawrence had taken his mother’s side. Alejandra and Salve had gone to their mansion and watched Lawrence as he frantically tried to call Alejandra. Alejandra did not answer because she was not sure if Lawrence wanted to turn her in or not.
She was almost sure that Lawrence would support her but just then, Ronaldo arrived at the mansion with policemen and it looked like Lawrence was in league with them. The police were only there to question Lawrence about Alejandra’s whereabouts but he told them that he had been trying to call her but she was not answering.
After the police left, Ronaldo told Lawrence that he had given the police a list of their properties so that they could look for Alejandra. He suggested that they split some of them between them in order to find her but Lawrence told him that he did not want his mother to go to jail because she was the only one who had løved and supported him while Ronaldo had not.
Alejandra and Salve went to one of their properties and hid there together with their goons. They saw on the news that the people who had sponsored Alejandra’s campaign had withdrawn their support for her because of all the charges that had been filed against her.
Joyce and Gani had both filed frustrated mürder charges against Alejandra and the video of Alejandra hitting Joyce had been leaked online and to the press. Alejandra tried to call people to ask for help but none of them wanted to get involved with them.
Madam Salve therefore decided that they would fly overseas as they waited for things to cool down. Since they could not travel with their documents, they called Hannah to get them forged documents and threatened to name her as their accomplice if she did not help them. Meanwhile, Gani had to undergo an operation because his lungs had been filled with fluid.
Before he went into surgery, Kristine apologized to him for getting him involved in her problems but Gani told her that he would do it all over again because he løved her. Noel was right outside listening to this. Gani’s mother arrived as he was being wheeled into surgery and she told Kristine not to worry about Gani because he always went all the way for the ones he løved.
After Gani got out of surgery, Noel went to see him but he was arrested there at the hospital. He said that he was the one who had called the police because they had been looking for him for a while and he did not want to run anymore. Gani called one of his lawyers to help Noel with his case. Hannah decided to tell Mike about Alejandra’s threats and Mike called Ronaldo.
Ronaldo saw this as the perfect opportunity to catch Alejandra so he got the police involved. Madam Salve and Alejandra drove to the meeting place to see Hannah and get their travel documents. Salve asked Alejandra to wait in the car while she went to get the papers. She got the papers from Hannah but Hannah looked nervous and asked her where Alejandra was.
Madama Salve realized that it was a trap and she tried to run. A güñ was fired as the police appeared and caught Salve. Alejandra’s driver sped off when he realized what was happening. Alejandra tried to get him to go back so that they could get her mother. Madam Salve was q to the police station where she ran into Joyce and Kristine who had been there to see Noel.
She refused to talk to the police or tell them where Alejandra had gone.Alejandra seemed lost without her mother. She met up with Lawrence who helped her out. She was awry at first because she did not know if Lawrence would turn her in as well but Lawrence hugged her and told her that he did not want her to go to jail.
He handed her an envelope and told her to run. Alejandra begged him to go with her but Lawrence did not. Lawrence went to Joyce’s house and was in tears because he felt torn between her and his mother. Joyce walked outside her house and found him there.
The two ran into each others’ arms and cried. Lawrence told Joyce that he løved her and everything would be okay. Joyce apologized to Lawrence for not having told him the truth because he was her husband. Lawrence made the mistake of saying that she was glad Kristine and Joyce were fine and Joyce realized that Lawrence had met with his mother and let her go.
All the lovely words turned into screaming as Joyce told Lawrence that it was over between them because Lawrence had let his mother go even after knowing what Alejandra had done to her. Imelda and Jason joined in the scuffle and they asked Lawrence to leave their house. Alejandra had only one guard with her but things turned sour when she blamed him for everything that had happened to them.
He got upset and asked Alejandra to pay him so that they could go their separate ways. He was even hurting her but Alejandra broke free and took his güñ.
