Cardo & Task Force Agila Are Shocked To Discover Mendoza’s Dead Body. Lily Plots The Downfall Of Her Enemies, Ultimately Manipulating Oscar To Appoint Arturo Into Office.
The episode begins with Diana running into Lily and the doctor. When she asks if the president is okay, Lily grudgingly declares that her dear husband is fine. She then shuts up Diana from asking anymore questions and carries on with the doctor.
Diana can’t help but to look on in absolute disbelief. Alyana prepares breakfast for Letlet and urges her to stay behind at home so she could rest and play with Pacquito and the rest of the kids. At camp Crame, Cardo and his comrades reminisce about their one-day vacation.
Basco notifies them that they have a problem since Mendoza has been missing for 24 hours. Billy hands over the last update the lieutenant had sent before disappearing, containing a photo of Mei Lin in the company of the international drug dealer known as Mr. Wells.
Cardo observes the report, evidently troubled. Lily has a talk with Mei Lin about her plans after they finish business with Wells.Delfin informs Diana about what had transpired between him and the president earlier and Diana notes that Oscar had only started acting strange after Lily had moved into the Palace.
Speaking of, the jezebel gloats over how her plan to kick Diana and Delfin out of the mansion is already in motion and bound to succeed. Major Basco receives a call from a precinct regarding a body that had been found under a bridge matching that of their missing comrade’s.
The team head over to the crime scene to confirm the identity of the body before having it taken to the morgue for autopsy. With such sick pleasure, Mei Lin reflects on how she had finished off Mendoza for good. She worries about how their enemies are getting bigger but Lily isn’t that bothered since the president is still under her control.
She vows to get rid of Diana and Delfin along with the members of Task Force Agila. In the meantime, Helen and Clarice attend to matters at the family’s gambling den.At the Palace, Diana and Delfin discuss Oscar’s strange, secret meetings with the ombudsman and they both express their misgivings.
Later, Diana calls the doctor on phone to ask him about the president’s condition and the scumbag insists that Oscar has just been having mild headaches due to stress. Lily calls Arturo on phone and asks him to come and meet her at the Palace. Captain Alyana deals with an issue involving a gambler and someone he had borrowed money from.
A moment later, the former lackeys of Bart are summoned and when questioned, they profess that they’ve all changed for good and have nothing to do with gambling dens anymore. Domeng sees right through their facade. Arturo dresses up to head over to the Palace and Helen gets all excited and can’t wait to finally live like a queen once her husband attains a position of power.
Cardo and his team plan to find evidence to expose Mei Lin as Mendoza’s k!ller so they can take her down for good.As Letlet plays with the other kids outside, she almost gets run over by Arturo’s son who had been driving like a madman. The incident causes a commotion and an outcry from witnesses.
Grandma Flora confronts the scumbag and scolds him for driving so recklessly. When the guy whines and tries to throw some money at them, Flora lashes out at him some more. In the meantime, Diana is taken by surprise when she sees Arturo going to see the first lady. She informs Delfin and they begin to wonder what could be going on.
Lily offers Arturo a position at the Palace and charges him to use his excellent judge skills to clean up what needs to be cleaned so she doesn’t get exposed. After Letlet’s wounds have been treated, Flora calls Alyana on phone to notify her and in no time, she goes to check up on the little girl before proceeding to confront the creep. After an exchange of words, Helen comes to back up her miserable son.
Meanwhile, Lily introduces Arturo to President Hidalgo and manipulates him into agreeing to give him a position in the government. Arturo is delighted to have the opportunity to work alongside the most powerful person in the country.
