The Moonchasers extend their condolences to Tristan and Toni (Malia) bids goodbye to Tristan before parting ways for their meet up the next day. Meanwhile, Samantha discusses with Jethro Tristan’s significance in the prophecy of the new Chosen One.
Jethro mentions that he’s told only Veruska about it during their captivity and Samantha urges him to keep everything a secret until they’re able to determine Tristan’s actual role in the life of the new Chosen One.
She then professes that they make sure to protect him and keep him safe. Catleya goes against the traitorous Omar in her wolf form. She overpowers and pins him down but a momentarily hesitation on her part to finish him off gives the rebel vampires the chance to subdue and capture her.
At the LLU base, Baristo asks of Catleya and Jethro reveals that Omar had left with her last night. As they begin wondering why she still hasn’t returned yet, Omar delivers her to Supremo and in no time, they have her chained up. Some masked scumbag begins to torture her while a CCTV camera records.
Gilbert (Supremo) compels the head of the Central Intelligence Unit to help have the charges against Senator Paglinauan dropped. A moment later, Jacinta comes to see him in his office. She shows him a newspaper which Paglinauan has headlined, all thanks to Mrs. Mallari, telling him that it’s not good for him. While Dory’s casket is being carried away to the hearse, Tristan silently slips away from his group.
Mrs. Mallari faces off with Paglinauan in the holding room, vowing to make him and his boss pay for what they did to her husband. Paglinaun plays dumb and Zeny indulges him.Taking his wretchedness to the next level, Gilbert deliberately shows Jacinta the video of Catleya being tortured with the sole purpose of trapping her.
The evil vampire lord looks forward to compelling Jacinta to recognize the LLU member, thereby confirming that she indeed is Lia. As Jacinta watches the video woefully, Gilbert adds flames to the fire by prompting that they rescue the poor woman if she’s still alive. A tear falls from Jacinta’s eye and Supremo concludes that she’s Lia.
“This kind of violence shouldn’t be happening in our country,” Jacinta breathes, throwing off Gilbert’s resolve. “But then, it’s the Philippines’s brutal reality these days. So are we going to include this in your platform? Do you mean to say that you can put an end to violence?”
Gilbert (Supremo) stares, dumbfounded.
“Because if we’re going to include it, you have to stand by it. Can you do that?”
Tristan meets up with Toni (Malia) who reluctantly exposes Gilbert Imperial as Supremo and charges him to be careful of him. Toni mentions that Gilbert is preparing to run for president in the coming elections and Tristan urges that they unite against him and k!ll him for good. Toni argues that it’s not that easy, adding that he has no idea how powerful Supremo is.
“So what then?” Tristan grumbles. “We just let him do it?”
“It’ll be süiçide if you insist on facing him,” Toni points out. “Many have tried before. But even the most powerful vampires and werewolves were no match for him.”
“Prof T has to know about this.”
“Then I’ll go with you.”
“You don’t have to come with me,” Tristan says.
“But I can’t let you do this alone,” Toni declares. “I’m not going to leave you.”
“I thought you didn’t want to join our group.”
“If I told you I’m willing to join, would you take me with you?”
Gilbert stares at Jacinta intently as she rambles on about ways to boost his public image. Instead of being a good boy and listening to her, he decides to be transfixed with her seductive eyes and red rosy lips. You can’t blame him for that, that’s for sure. Jacinta notices this in no time.
“Mr. Imperial, are you attracted to me?”
