Another Misfortune Occurs When Noel & Levi Try To Find Joyce. The Witness & Alleged Culprit In Joyce’s “Mürdër” Is Found Dead. Joyce Recuperates At The Hospital. Ronaldo Is Burdened With Guilt.
Noel and Levi headed out to search for Joyce after Imelda started going on a hunger strike because she was worried sick. They went to Ronaldo Realty where they found the guard in a hurry to leave and showed him a picture of Joyce. They asked him if he had seen her and the guard said that the girl was dead.
He dropped the photo and hurried off on his motor bike. Noel reversed his car to pursue the guard so that he could explain what he had said. The guard was actually running away because Rigor had been sent by Rinaldo to get him. He had lied to Rigor that he was going to pick up his things and that was when he ran off.
Rigor realized this when the guard had already ran off and when he got to the gate, he picked up the picture of Joyce and he too went in pursuit of the guard. Unfortunately, Noel’s car lost it’s brakes and Levi jumped out of the car trying to save himself from the impending accident and suffered a very serious fall.
Noel was able to stop the car but he hit his head in the steering wheel and passed out. Noel woke up at the hospital hallucinating about Joyce and he ended up ki$$ing Kristine who was attending to him. He soon regained his senses and frantically started asking about Levi. Unfortunately, Levi died some time later, leaving Noel, Imelda and her son devastated.
Rigor was able to catch up with the guard at his house when he went to pick up some things so that he could flee. He mercilessly hanged the guard and left a süçide note claiming that he was the one who had k!lled Joyce. Noel left the hospital still with injuries and against Kristine’s consent to continue looking for Joyce.
He and the police went to the guard’s house only to find him hanged. They were able to retrieve the süiçide note along with Joyce’s things. Imelda and her son were informed that Joyce was also dead. Rigor went to tell Ronaldo that he had k!lled the guard and Ronaldo punched him because he had only wanted to talk to the guard.
Alejandra interceded and said that Rigor had done good to rid Ronaldo of the blame. Ronaldo felt guilty however and gave some money to the guard’s wife to help her take care of her daughter. Kristine’s troubles started when her mother and cousin saw the video of Ronaldo on Kristine’s phone. Lourdes went to the hospital to confront her only to find her with Ronaldo.
She told him that he would never forgive him and went out of the hospital. Kristine followed her home and had to admit that her father was the ‘sponsor’ that had given her the house and new phone. Lourdes left the house and went to stay with her friend. She refused to return with Kristine even when she went to see her.
Joyce who was still at the hospital was visited by her supposed family but the women who went to see her said they did not know her then left. Lawrence got into trouble with father and his father’s partner when they found him getting cosy with the partner’s daughter Hannah. He was asked to steer clear of her if he was not serious with her.
At Levi’s wake, Noel promised Imelda that he would take care of her and her son because he had promised Joyce.Later, Kristine called Ronaldo to tell him that things were not well with her mother and Ronaldo said he would take care of things. He was very affectionate on the phone and Lawrence overheard him.
When Ronaldo went to meet with Kristine, Lawrence followed him. On the way there, it was raining hard and Kristine ran into Noel standing in the rain. She asked him whether he wanted to k!ll himself and they got to talking as Kristine took shelter in Noel’s car.
Noel was still getting drenched as he remembered Joyce and Kristine told him to take care of himself because of the people who still løvëd him. Kristine headed out to see Ronaldo and he tried to wipe away the water from her face. Lawrence walked up to them and told them to get a room.
Kristine told Ronaldo that she would leave and referred to him as ‘dad’. Lawrence laughed the title off and continued to insult his father until Ronaldo came clean and said that Kristine was actually his daughter and hence her sister.
