Alejandra Tries To Make Peace With Lourdes & Kristine In Order To Avoid A Scandal. Ronaldo Strikes A Deal. Joyce Ends Up Living On The Street. Kristine Has The Shock Of Her Life.
Ronaldo apologized to Kristine after Lawrence had left, promising to make things work out so that he could be able to support her freely.Later, he went to see Lawrence and told him that his mother already knew about Kristine but she did not know he had started supporting her again. Lawrence told him that he had been on his case about disrespecting Hannah while he did not respect his mother.
Ronaldo asked him to keep quiet about Kristine but Alejandra overheard and Ronaldo came clean and clarified that he was only supporting his daughter and not Lourdes. The next day, Kristine went to her aunt’s house to see her mother but she decided to let Lourdes get some time to herself before she forgave her and returned home.
Alejandra talked to her mother about Kristine and Lourdes and what he had done to them before. Since she was intending to run for public office, her mother advised her to go and talk to Kristine and her mother and apologize for what she had done to them so that there would be no scandal when she decided to run. In no time, Alejandra and Ronaldo went to Kristine’s house and asked if they could speak with her. Lesley saw them and went to get Lourdes from the place she was staying.
Lourdes and Lesley arrived as Alejandra was asking for forgiveness from Kristine and Lourdes ended up slapping Alejandra.Alejandra tried to slap her back but Kristine caught her arm mid air to stop her. Ronaldo ultimately had to escort his wife out of the house before things turned too ugly.
Once in the car, Ronaldo told Alejandra that he would make sure Kristine and Lourdes would not slander her during her campaign because it was the reason she had actually asked for their forgiveness. In exchange, he wanted Alejandra to let him support Kristine because she was his daughter.
Alejandra did not like it but accepted the deal. Ronaldo returned to Kristine’s house later and told her that he had managed to fix everything with his wife and wanted to support her.Lourdes also accepted it because it was what Kristine wanted; to have her father back in her life. Levi was also laid to rest with Imelda, Jason, Noel and his father in attendance.
Noel talked to his father later and told him he almost committed süiçide. He had stopped because he had been reminded of the people he still needed to care for and look out for. On this note, he had resigned himself to accept that Joyce was gone and he had to move on.
Meanwhile, Joyce ran away from the hospital she had been confined in. She started roaming around the streets with flashes of memories coming back to her. She did not seem in control of her mind and now looked like she was crazy.Joyce became a beggar and started eating out of dust bins and stealing dolls from children.
She ran into her mother and brother once but they did not recognize her because she had her back turned. Jason left her a bag of food and left with his mother. It was then that another beggar met Joyce and started following her because she left the bag of food behind and he wanted to give it back to her.
He managed to give Joyce the food without much incident because both of them are not normal. Joyce shared the food with him and they became friends. A time lapse, two years later, Noel still left flowers for Joyce and their child because he was yet to get over her.
Joyce was still roaming the streets and the children kept bullying her around. She was trying to get away from some of them when Kristine drove up and almost hit her. Kristine got out of the car to see if Joyce was okay and Joyce’s friend came to her defense. Kristine gave them some food and then left with her friend too.
She was going on a date with one of the doctors who had been courting her. She was excited for her first date as she went to the restaurant. Unfortunately, the guy’s pregnant wife appeared at the restaurant just as Kristine took her seat. She told her she was flirting around with a married man.
