Tupe Gets Frustrated Over The Water Contamination Issue. Fed Up With His Meddling, Olivia Plans To Get Rid Of Him. Hannah Sabotages Kiko. Tupe Becomes Upset With Rita’s Behavior.
The episode begins with Rita staring silently at her husband. After staring back for a while, Peterson asks to use the bathroom if she’s done. Rita leaves the place for him. Tupe is in disbelief after Rita had hanged up on him and he can’t seem to understand whether it was wrong for him to say the things he said.
Once Rita enters the bedroom, she calls Raymond to tell him of how she had lost it with Tupe. Raymond reminds her that she shouldn’t even be talking to him in the first place. Tupe meets with Mr. Velasquez to tell him of how he had been sabotaged.
He shows him the evidence, urging him to take the matter up. Velasquez isn’t surprised but states that he’s already sold the and so won’t waste anymore money on the matter. Mr. Velasquez went to question Olivia about Vela mines and when she learned that Tupe was behind it, she trivialized the matter and made Velasquez believe that the test results from Tupe weren’t reliable.
After concluding their meeting, Olivia got upset over how Tupe was meddling in her affairs. She therefore decided to get rid of him. Speaking of, Tupe wasn’t happy to find out that Velasquez had decided not to pursue the issue any longer.
While Hannah was working with others at the community, Kiko called her over to talk to her. Hannah came to remind him of the rules they had set before leaving. Later, she lashed out at him after he had badmouthed her in front of Miss Pinky. Kiko justified his actions and that leads to another exchange of words.
Tupe was restless as he couldn’t stop thinking about the number of people who had been victims as a result of the water poisoning. On this note, he vowed to pursue the matter and get justice for those who had been victimized. He sent Rita a text message, asking that they should meet tomorrow in her office to discuss the water poisoning.
Rita ignored him. Determined to teach Kiko a lesson, Hannah secretly burned the wooden boxes he had made. The next morning, Rita has an encounter with Tupe when she goes to visit Margaret’s grave. Tupe brings up the water contamination issue and that leads to yet another argument.
Kiko is shocked when he discovers the handiwork of Hannah. As Hannah gloats and blabbers about how she had had her revenge on Kiko, Miss Pinky and her companions confront her with the evidence she had left behind, making her remorseful.
Peterson had Rita and Tupe followed and got a report that they had not been seeing each other. He also got pictures of Tupe with Paulina and concluded that he had a girlfriend. He felt at ease, assured that there was nothing going on between Tupe and Rita.
Peterson prepared a romantic dinner for Rita to assure her that he was happy about the baby and the family they were going to build together. Later at the office, Tupe tried to see Rita to discuss the water problem at Talisay but Maggie stopped him from seeing her with a whole bunch of excuses.
Tupe was upset when he heard Maggie telling a coworker to go and get Rita some fruits she had been craving. Grudgingly, he stated that Rita doesn’t have time for the people but has plenty of time to eat.Read Next Episode of When Love Burns Episode 19
