Shivani informs Imlie that Atharva is marrying Chini. Intoxicated Atharva tells Imlie that when everyone is being selfish, why shouldn’t he be selfish and think of himself; Imlie can stay here till his and Chini’s wedding and then leave from here. Rupali says decisions taken in anger are never right, so they can calmly talk in the morning. Atharva says his decision is right and final; Chini broke his heart into pieces, Imlie joined those pieces with her love and then broke it more hard, now his wounds are deeper, thank you Imlie for that. He walks away from there leaving Imlie crying.
At home, Keya offers drinks to Akash and asks when will Imlie go from here. Akash says he doesn’t want Imlie to go and Rudra pays attention towards Imlie to avoid him from inquiring about the money fraud which he spent on Keya. Rudra passes by. Keya stops him and says Akash wants to talk about money fraud. Rudra says Imlie’s life is in trouble and Akash wants to talk about money, they will talk about it later.
Chini burns a cake in the oven and thinks Imlie’s heart must be burning like this. Rupali walks to her and says she always trusted Imlie more over Chini, but now she trusts Chini more after today’s incident. She asks how Atharva agreed to marry Chini suddenly, maybe he took that decision in anger. Chini says he took it after much thought and really wants to marry her. Rupali leaves. Chini takes a burnt cake for Imlie and taunts her that since it is not a Rana now, she can be called Imlie akeli/alone. She leaves.
Imlie thinks if she really fell alone. Atharva comes out of the balcony and says not until he is with his amigo/friend Imlie. He recalls reading Imlie’s letter that she is acting as losing her memory loss to expose Chini’s lies and her fake suicide attempt drama. He further recalls how he acted as intoxicated and fooled Chini to believe that he wants to marry her. He discussed how Imlie planned all this with him.
Imlie says now a third person joined him. Atharva asks who it is. Rudra walks in and says to his father. He praises Imlie for her plan and tells Atharva that he is proud of him for supporting Imlie. Atharva says to me too. Rudra laughs. Imlie explains her next plan. After some time, Akash offers divorce papers to Atharva and says it as per his wish. Keya says she wll get Imlie’s signatures. Rudra asks her to wait till Atharva and Chini’s marriage and says they will have marriage at home in a simple way.
Shivani always said that Imlie is not a good choice for Atharva. Devika says as if Chini is best for Atharva. Rudra stops Shivani and sauys he doesn’t want any issue again. Atharva takes Chini for shopping. Chini buys dresses of her choice and seeks Atharva’s opinion. Atharva without looking at them says they are nice. An old couple watch that and tell Chini that he didn’t like them and is just approving for her sake. Chini insults them. Atharva apologizes to them on Chini’s behalf. Chini continues her arrogance and says they are Imlie’s older version.
Keya takes divorce papers to Imlie and asks her to sing them. Imlie starts her drama expressing how much pain she is feeling and signs papers. Keya walks away thinking Imlie’s story ends here. She sees Atharva coming and informs him that Imlie signed divorce papers. Atharva is shocked, walks to Imlie and asks if she really signed papers. She smiles.
Atharva asks Imlie why she signed divorce papers. Imile says what can he do when he decides to marry Chini. Athara says that’s a drama. Imlie this even though this is a drama and says she appears with a disapearing ink and shows him papers. Atharva says he thought she is really leaving him and was stressed out, she has to go but can’t before her plan finishes. Imlie says she has to, a few days of support looks real to her, she is a fool to think so, anyways it’s a battle for truth. Atharva says he will not marry Chini at any cost.
Imlie says today is his mehandi ritual and tomorrow marriage, what if he feels guilty and really marries Chini. Atharva hugs her and says his life’s biggest guilt is he lied when he performed these rituals with his best friend Imlie; they are fighting for truth and shouldn'[t back off. She asks him to go in front and let her come later as someone may see them. He leaves. She prays Seeta Maiya to help her.
Chini bumps on Imlie and asks how she is looking, isn’t she looking pretty, after all she is Arto’s choice. She asks Imlie to not cry around and leave before her and Arto’s wedding. Imlie spreads a mattress on floor as per her plan and tells Atharva that she has hired a hacker who will retrieve Chini’s fake suicide video and send her. Hacker calls her and informs that he is helping her as her reason is valid and will delete the video from his database after sending it to her.
Imlie thanks to him. She watches a video where Chini falls on a mattress with the help of Anu and hides mattresses. She calls Atharva and says she got video evidence against Chini, now they will expose her in front of the whole family. Atharva rejoices and dances with his cousins. Rudra seeing him thinks he and Imlie must have got evidence against Chini.
Chini snatches Imlie’s phone and says he will not let her expose her. She reveals how she saw she and Arto spread matress on the floor, heard their conversation, and informed Anu about it already. Anu burns mattresses. Imlie fails to snatch her phone. Chini pushes her from the balcony with mobile. Atharva noticing burning mattresses runs towards them and catches Imlie on time. The whole family gathers. Imlie tries to pick her phone. Sundar pulls her away. The family asks how she fell from the balcony. Chini lies that Imlie couldn’t see her marrying Atharva and hence attempted suicide.
Imlie says that’s not true. Police walk in and inform that they came to arrest Imlie for her attempt to suicide. Imlie tries her best to explain, but the inspector refuses to listen to her. Rupali asks Chini why she called the police without informing them. Chini says just like she was in a mental healthcare center, even Imlie needs mental health treatment. Keya and Shivani back Chini. Police arrests Imlie and takes her away. Imlie determines to expose Chini at any cost.
At police station, Imlie pleads inspector to free her as she didn’t attempt suicide. The inspector says she can’t until the lawyer comes. Chini tells Keya that Arto doesn’t know that we know about Arto and Imlie’s plan, now she will make sure Arto marries her at any cost. The media gathers at Rana house and humiliates Atharva for trying to marry Chini while he is already married to Imlie and accuse him of destroying women’s lives. Atharva says he will not marry Chini. Chini walks out and announces that they will see Arto marrying her tomorrow and invites them for marriage. Atharva stands shocked.
Imlie recalls Chini’s words. She thinks she crossed all lines now what will she do next? She hears the news where Chini is giving an interview about her wedding with Arto. Imlie feels disgusted seeing her drama. Arto leaves for the police station and Kia tells Chini he already left. Chini says Arto has no option but to marry him. As they both will trend in news channels tomorrow. Rudra talks to the cop with his lawyer. They say that they don’t have proof if she really attempted suicide. The cop says without getting the report of the psychologist they can’t get Imlie released.
Arto looks at Imlie being sad. He goes near her and asks how she is? He asks how did she fall? Imlie reveals how Chini pushed her from the balcony. Arto loses his calm saying he won’t spare Chini for stooping so low. Imlie stops him from leaving saying Sita Maiya won’t let her stay in lock up for long. Everything will be alright in the end. Arto says they don’t have proof against Chini too. Imlie assures him to keep faith. Sundar tells Imlie that the psychologist is coming to ask her questions. She gets prepared. Arto says if she doesn’t arrive before the wedding then what. She says he will still sit in the mandap.
Imlie tells the psychologist that she didn’t attempt suicide and the latter asks if she is tortured by her in laws or her husband. Imlie says she feels happy whenever he is around her. The doctor says if she will be able to stay without him. She says it will be like living without taking a breath. She is about to say she loves Arto a lot but then she controls her emotions. Imlie waits for her report to come else she can’t get out of the lock up. Arto waits for her to arrive and Rudra advises him to stop the wedding drama if Imlie doesn’t return back on time. Arto feels though Imlie is not here but still she sent Sita Maiya to help him.
Arto tells Chini that he can’t marry her. He has lots of doubts and he can’t marry with all these doubts. He says he is angry with Imlie and Chini also ditched him and was about to marry Abhishek. Then how will he believe that Chini will put efforts for him. Chini thinks she even executed suicide drama to win him. She tells Arto that she loves him and she can do anything to make him happy.
Arto waits for Imlie in the mandap and Chini arrives with a happy face. She sits next to Arto. Arto feels anxious and Anu tries to tie the wedding knot. Imlie returns and says she is still Arto’s wife and Chini can’t marry a married man. Reporters surround Imlie. Chini says Imlie even signed the divorce papers. Arto shows her the papers and Chini gets shocked no sign there.
