Imlie notices Chini sitting in Atharva’s car. Atharva tells her that Chini is accompanying them as Abhishek has already left without Chini. Imlie nods okay and sits beside Atharva. Chini thinks she entered Atharva’s car and soon will enter his life again. She gets out of the car and asks Chini to go and sit behind. Imlie says she did the same till now, it’s time for her to take charge. She says Abhishek is waiting for her and hence she should go with him, there is no place for her here.
Chini enters Abhishek’s car fuming and shows her frustration. Atharva apologizes Imlie for letting Chini in his car and says if she feels uncomfortable seeing Chini, he will try not to.. Imlie says he is misunderstanding, he helped her yesterday and today she saved him from Chini; it’s not in her control he meets Chini, so he himself has to try to move on forgetting about his past. She prays Seeta maiya for help.
Abhishek drops Chini to her home and apologizes to her for yesterday’s event. Chini grins and leaves. Anu meets her, shows her fake concern that she had to spend time in Pagdandiya because of Abhishek, and brainwashes her to snatch back Atharva from Imlie and marry him instead. Chini agrees. Imlie with Atharva returns home and informs Rudra that Chini and Rathore family is coming to invite them to Chini’s wedding.
Rudra reminds me of what Chini did. Imlie says they should let things loose and move on. Rudra praises Imie for her broader thinking and asks if a donation cheque he sent for her charity event reached her. Imlie says no. Rudra says he gave a cheque to Keya. Atharva says they didn’t receive any cheque. Akash and Keya return home after shopping. Rudra asks them if they sent a charity cheque. They say no and they will send it to another charity event.
Rudra gets angry with them and says he is including Imie in his company and she will look after the company’s accounts from hereon. Imlie says she can’t do justice to her intern job and Rudra’s business, hence she wants him to involve Atharva in his business who will surely help Rudra in every step.
Rathores walks in with Abhishek and Chini. Chini welcomes them. Rudra agrees and informs his manager that Atharva would be handling company accounts from hereon and not Akash. Chini hears that and thinks this motivates her even more to marry Atharva. Rudra welcomes guests next. Sundar offers him Chini’s wedding card. Imlie clothes to the kitchen to prepare tea and snacks. Atharva walks in to help her. They both prepare it smiling at each other. Itti Si Kushi, Itti Si Hasi.. song plays in the background.
Imlie then asks Atharva to go and serve tea and snacks to guests like the way he prepared it enthusiastically. Atharva walks out of the kitchen. Chini stops him and asks if he is angry, he doesn’t say anything even in the car, shall she help him. Atharva says thanks, Imlie prepared everything, at least he can help her. Chini fumes noticing him ignoring her. She notices Imlie standing behind and anxiously says she came to take something here. Imlie says there is nothing left for her here, so she should leave. Chini thinks she will take Atharva from chini at any cost.
Atharva serves tea and snacks to guests. Sundar asks where is Imlie. Atharva says she is still inside the kitchen. Akash comments that Imlie turned his brother into a housewife. Rudra says some do financial frauds and get punishment some serve others and get blessings, it’s up to Akash now what he wants. Akash nervously says obviously blessings. Imlie brings other snacks and says she will bring sweets. Atharva says he will bring them and walks to the kitchen. Chini goes behind Atharva and tries to emotionally trap him again.
She notices him melting out and feels good from within. Atharva notices Keya purposefully dropping tea on Imlie, runs, and bears a hot tea on his hand. Chini, Rudra, and Devika get concerned for him. Imlie applies cold water on his hand. Shivani tries to blame Imlie as usual, but Rudra shuts her mouth. Atharva asks Imlie if she is hurt. Imlie says no. Atharva asks Devika to ask Imlie if she is hurt. Chini holds Atharva’s hand and says Imlie is fine, he is hurt instead. Atharva draws his hand away.
Atharva notices Keya purposefully dropping tea on Imlie, runs, and bears a hot tea on his hand. Imlie applies water on his hand and asks if his burning lessened. He says okay. Chini holds Atharva’s hand and says Imlie is fine, he is hurt instead. Atharva draws his hand away. Everyone stands looking at each other’s faces. Abhishek thanks Rudra and Devika for serving him lovely food. Devika says it’s their pleasure. Chini walks towards Atharva who is busy chatting with Sundar and Rajeev.
Atharva ignores her, leaving Chini fuming. Arpita tells Imlie that Atharva saved her from a hot tea and is worried for her. Imlie says Atharva loves Chini. Arpita says a concern will turn into love soon, just like her parents who were at loggerheads and then developed an unbreakable bonding, she should think about it. Chini fumes in front of Anu that Atharva ignores her.
Next morning, Devika serves tea to Rudra and says he must be happy seeing Atharva’s concern for Imlie. Rudra says he will send them for a dinner date today and explains his plan to her. Keya hears their conversation and informs Akash about it. Akash fumes. Keya says it’s time to break down Imlie’s government and kick her out of Rana’s house. She calls Chini and asks her to help her get Imlie out of Rana house, informs that Arto and Imlie are going on a dinner date.
Chini tells Anu that she found a way to get Atharva back in her life, she calls Chini and plans a dinner date with him at the same restaurant. Atharva is Imlie to a restaurant. Imlie asks where other family members are. Atharva says he thought Rudra booked a table for everyone, lets have dinner together at least. Imlie hesitantly agrees. Abhishek with Cheeni walks in there and sees them walk to them. He says why don’t they all have dinner together. Chini says they will meet Imlie and Atharva some time later and sits at a nearby table where she shows her PDA to Abhishek.
Atharva silently watches. Chini thinks Arto is not reacting and wipes Abhishek’s face with Atharva’s gifted scarf. Atharva recalls the event. Chini throws the scarf away saying she doesn’t need this old scarf. Atharva asks Imlie why she is not having food and feeds her with his hand praising her to make Chini jealous. Imlie gets angry sensing his intention and leaves. Chini grins.
Atharva requests Imlie to stay back. Imlie asks if she wants to stay back to help make Chini feel jealous, he is so selfish and worried about himself, her tears are not so cheap that she should waste on him again; she stayed with him to get him out of his sorrows, but he doesn’t want to get out of it. Atharva apologizes and says he doesn’t know what happens to him whenever Chini comes in front of him. Imlie shouts to find out then and returns to the restaurant to pick her purse.
Chini on the mic tries to emotionally trap Atharva by saying I love you, will you spend our life with me. She shows a ring and asks Abhishek if he will marry her. Everyone claps for them. Atharva stands heartbroken. Abhishek accepts Chini’s proposal and hugs her. Chini grins at Atharva. Atharva thinks as Imlie said, he should do whatever his heart says. He kneels down and seeks Imlie’s hand, proposing to her. Chini thinks her plan backfired, Arto is proposing Imlie instead.
Atharva tells Imlie that god gave him a loving family, but he learnt to follow relationships via Imlie. He praises Imlie and asks if she will be his true friend forever as he can live without anyone but can’t without her friendship. Imlie recalls Atharva’s betrayal and says becoming a friend is not easy, one has to support his/her friend in both sorrows and happiness; she follows all her responsibilities towards him, but he disappoints her and hence she rejects his friendship. Atharva gets disheartened. Abhishek feels sad for them. Chini thinks she delayed trying to trap Atharva as Atharva is Imlie’s fan now.
Atharva and Imlie return home. Rudra asks Atharva what happened. Atharva says nothing. Rudra says blood relationships don’t break if their views don’t match, a father can feel a son’s pain. Atharva reveals what happened in the restaurant and says he knows he did wrong to Imlie. Rudra says Imlie did right, it’s everyone’s mistake that they all betrayed Imlie. Atharva asks what shall he do then. Rudra suggests him to continue to correct his mistake and befriend Imlie by gaining her trust; its not easy to gain Imlie’s trust, but he has to at any cost.
