The doctors is inspecting the child, Abhimanyu turns assuring he will go the Mandir for her daughter, Niyati explains they both will go for their daughter, Manaroma questions how can she go since she is not well and the Yatra is really difficult, Niyati explains that she will go since she will take up and problem because of her child, Niyati looks to the room when the ward boy calls Angad informing that the child is really not well. Angad smiles after ending the call.
The Yatra is progressing while all of them are chanting Jai Mata di, Abhimanyu and Niyati also reach the Yatra, she is feeling tremendous pain and not able to walk properly, Niyati takes the support of a tree when Abhimanyu brings water for her, he advises that she should wear her shoes since the path has a lot of stones, Niyati refuses explaining that Maa has called them here and she will give them both strength to win this fight, the nurse informs the doctor that he child is having difficulty in breathing.
Abhimanyu and Niyati are still in the Yatra, she is sitting on the tree because of the pain while Abhimanyu is walking and doesnot notice that she is not with him, when he realizes that he is alone, he yells her name and requests that she rest since she has not recovered from the surgery, Niyati informs she cannot stop because of her own pain and will go to the door of Mata for her daughter,
The nurse comes out questioning where are the parents, Gajender questions what has happened, when the nurse explains she needs them to sign the consent papers, Mr Panday offers to sign them, Manaroma questions what has happened to the child, the nurse reveals they need to perform the surgery since she is collapsing, hearing this everyone gets tensed.
Abhimanyu is walking with Niyati when she suddenly exclaims that she is feeling tensed for her daughter, she asks him if Guria would be fine, Abhimanyu replies why would she not be fine and if anything had happened then they would have received the call, Abhimanyu is performing the yatra when he steps on a spike which injures his ankle, he however doesnot stop walking.
Manaroma is with the family when she receives a call from Angad, he questions where is she, Manaroma explains that the child of Abhimanyu got unwell at the last moment so they all are still in the hospital, Angad replies that she should stay there as she sometimes is caring for Munna when the other times she is worried about the child, the only person for whom she has no care is him, Manaroma assures that she is there to care for him and if he says she can come back, Angad replies she only has five minutes, Manaroma goes to inform Mr Panday, who questions why is she even bothering to ask him, she should pretend it in front of Abhimanyu since he is no longer moved by her words, she can go anywhere she desires, Manaroma doesnot leave but he after sometime questions why is she still standing here, Manaroma leaves.
Abhimanyu and Niyati finally reach the Mandir, they are walking the steps of the Mandir when they witness a woman leaving with her child and so pray that the desire with which they performed the yatra be fulfilled. Mr Panday is worried since the operation has been going on for quite some time but still the doctor has not come out.
Manaroma enters the house calling Angad, she asks why did he call her when he replies that he just wanted to see her but she doesnot have any time for him, Manaroma replies that it is not like this and the child of Munna is ill, Angad replies that last night he asked her Munna to pick a thing which he did not do, Manaroma replies that both of them went to the mandir. Angad informs her that he ordered a gift for his daughter, but she should not tell him, he explains this why he wants Abhimanyu to go and pick it but she should not tell him, she assures she will not tell him but can someone else go and pick it. Angad starts getting frustrated.
Abhimanyu and Niyati are performing the pooja, they both are ringing the bell with all their might while also praying, Pandit even allows them to perform the pooja, his hands are shaking, meanwhile the doctor asks the nurse to bring the injection since the child is in serious condition. Niyati while performing the pooja sits down because she can no longer stand, Abhimanyu is also crying and so they both keep praying to Mata rani.
The nurse finally exclaims she is glad that the child is out of danger, she walks out when Mr Panday asks how she is, the doctor reveals the good news hearing which everyone is excited, Rupali exclaims that the Yatra of both Abhimanyu and Niyati bore fruit since their child is safe.
Abhimanyu is praying while Niyati is sitting outside the mandir, Abhimanyu goes to her but she doesnot respond when Abhimanyu gets a call from Mr Panday, he asks if Guria is fine when Mr Panday informs that she is out of danger, Abhimanyu turns to Niyati with excitement revealing the good news, both of them hug each other and he exclaims they need to rush to the hospital.
Mr Panday informs the doctor informed they can take the child back home tomorrow, Devi explains not like this since a child is coming to this house after a long and they are going to celebrate, Mr Panday informs that he also wants to celebrate like that everyone in Lucknow would now that his Granddaughter is coming into their house. He ask karan to take care of the preparations.
Karan explains that he wanted Abhimanyu to pick it but she can do whatever she desires, she assures it is not like that and she cares a lot for him, Manaroma calls Abhimanyu who asks her how is the condition of Guria, she is relieved to know that the child is fine and informs that Angad asked him to do something, he can do it, Abhimanyu assures he would do it before going to the hospital, he ends the call but Niyati insists on first going to the hospital, he manages to convince her saying that Maa would not like it.
Manaroma informs Angad that she has done what he asked so can she go to the hospital now, Angad standing explains he thought she will make something nice for him but she can leave as he will order, Manaroma replies that he doesnot have to order, she will make something for him.
The Panday family is outside the room when Angad calls his men instructing that the work should be completed today, he throws the doll family explaining they can celebrate all they want today since no child would come into this house and they will only mourn.
Abhimanyu and Niyati are in the car when he gets out of it, he is standing there and exclaims Maa gave the address of this shop but it is closed, Niyati also says the shop is closed, Abhimanyu decides to call the shop owner when the person reveals that he got late in opening the shop, and is coming in five minutes, Niyati questions what is he saying since he should have been present here and he is going to come within five minutes, Niyati starts panicking when he requests her to calm down since they are going to the hospital.
Mr Panday reveals that today is the sixth day and the doctor said they can take the child home today, he asks Karan to go back with the family in order to prepare for the event, Amma jee advises how she feels they can even give her the name during that function, Amma jee stands to leave when Karan informs Mr Panday they have to fill some formalities and also need to fill the form, Mr Panday assures he will complete all the formalities, karan leaves with the family and Mr Panday walks to fill them, the Ward boy comes to the room advising the nurse that she needs to prepare the room since the doctor said they have to shift the child, he taking the opportunity leaves with the child.
Abhimanyu is standing with Niyati when she exclaims, they have been waiting for over ten minutes and still the person has not come, they both are still waiting when he finally arrives and gives them a a pendant, Niyati starts shouting at Abhimanyu who assures that they are going to reach the hospital very soon.
Mr Panday is filling the form at the hospital reception, he turning gives the ward boy some money to buy sweets for everyone at the hospital and even pray for her granddaughter when the person replies he seems to be really happy, Mr Panday replies that he would know this love when he himself becomes a Grandfather, Mr Panday is serving everyone the sweets on the birth of his Granddaughter, the kidnappers also see him, but they manage to hid the child, Mr Panday asks if it is a boy or girl but they take the sweets, before rushing away. Mr Panday enters the maternity room where the doctor is qeustion9ing how was the child kidnapped, she instructs them to set off the emergency alarm, Mr Panday reaches the room, he starts shouting at them instructing that if his Grand daughter is not found then he would ruin their hospital. The entire staff starts searching for the child.
The robbers hurry and sit in the car as the doors are closing, Abhimanyu and Niyati also step out of the car, when she feels as if she heard her daughter crying, Abhimanyu questions what happened when she informs him, he says their child is inside so how can she hear her cries outside, they both head inside, Angad is exercising when he receives the text that the child has been kidnapped, he exclaims finally the good days of Abhimanyu and Niyati have ended.
Mr Panday questions why did they turn off the alarm the doctor responds that they have searched the entire hospital but are not able to find the child, and no one has seen her which is why they opened the hospital since the other patients were getting troubled, Mr Panday reveals he has called the police and now the problem which the hospital is going to face cannot be understood.
Abhimanyu reaches to ask Mr Panday what is going on, Niyati reveals he said she is fine, Abhimanyu insists when Mr Panday reveals that they are not able to find Guria and the staff is saying that someone stole her, Abhimanyu is not able to believe his ears, Niyati rushes to the nurse questioning where is her child, She is a nurse, and it is her duty to take care of the child, the nurse reveals that she went to prepare the room for the child and only left for five minutes, Niyati replies the child should not be left for even a single minute, Niyati is crying when Abhimanyu consoles her, she realizes that she heard her child crying outside, she informs Abhimanyu that it was their child.
The doctor says this means the child is not in the hospital, Mr Panday reveals this is their hospital as no one noticed that their child is missing, Abhimanyu exclaims there would be footage of the CCTV camera, the doctor replies she ahs already asked the security head to find out the entire footage, Abhimanyu is standing when the security head comes revealing someone turned off the security system, and there is no footage from today. Abhimanyu pushes the person against the wall questioning why there is no footage, MR Panday pulls him away.
Niyati rushes into the room and she along with Abhimanyu start searching for some clue, Mr Panday questions what she is doing, she reveals the kidnapper might have left behind some clue, however they are not able to find anything, Niyati starts crying holding the pillows from the bed, Niyati is crying when Mr Panday assures, they will find their Guria since he has hired the best police inspectors of Lucknow.
In the Panday Mansion, Niyati is crying when Angad walks down the stairs, he questions where is niece, Niyati gets mad seeing his face, she goes to him in anger and slaps him, Manaroma gets tensed questioning what is she doing, Abhimanyu also asks her when Niyati reveals that she knows he is the one behind the kidnapping since he did not like her daughter, she reveals that he was the only one sitting in the hall when she fell and there was even water beside the stairs, Niyati is constantly blaming Angad for kidnapping their daughter, Abhimanyu gets angry questioning if he did it but Angad assures he is innocent and was foolish to consider them as his own family, Niyati exclaims he never thought them as his family, Abhimanyu in anger starts beating Angad when Manaroma stops him, assuring Angad has not done anything like this, they are mistaken but Niyati is sure he is behind it all.
The entire family is standing when the phone rings, Niyati answers it, she can only hear the cries of her daughter, Niyati yells when Abhimanyu quickly puts the phone on loudspeaker, the kidnapper demand 50 million rupees from them within twenty-four hours, threatening to k!ll their daughter if they do not deliver. Abhimanyu throws the phone in anger. Angad thinks this is his master stroke as now he is going to snatch everything from them both with just a single stroke.
