Abhimanyu takes his medicine with water, beforing going towards the door but his head starts aching, he wonders why is it acheing and holds his head with the hands exclaims his head would blow with pain.
Amma asks Gajender to see how she feels today would be the day when the GrehPerwash of Niyati will be performed as she brought back Abhimanyu from all the storms, she just prays that even gets healthy just as he has regained his memory, Niyati comes to them, seeking her blessing when Amma jee blesses her to remain happy just like this but asks about her husband, Manaroma informs he is taking his medicine so they should start the pooja, Amma jee asks everyone to sit down, she advises Niyati to light the Diya, Pandit jee starts the pooja.
Abhimanyu in the room trembles with the pain, he sits between the couch screaming with pain, the entire Panday family gets really tensed hearing his scream, Niyati along with everyone rush to his room, Kamna helps Amma je sit down otherwise she will fall. Niyati runs to the room where she sees him in pain so questions what is going on with him, Gajender asks Niyati to give him some sort of injection, Niyati asks if he took his medicine when Abhimanyu requests her to help him otherwise he would die because of the pain, Abhimanyu is not able to control himself and suffers an attack, Niyati realizes the signs so requests everyone to stay back away from Abhimanyu since he has suffered an attack, Niyati doesn’t know what to do so goes to the medicine box, Abhimanyu in pain starts hitting his head against the wall to end the pain, Manaroma exclaims that his head would get injured however Kinkar is pushed away when he tries to stop Abhimanyu, he goes to the other side of wall hitting his head with the decoration that is against the wall.
Abhimanyu doesn’t let Niyati inject him with the medicine, and he pushes her away, she falls hitting the side of the bed while causing the medical box to tip over. Abhimanyu gets unconscious which worries everyone, Nyati sees the medicine and gets really worried wondering what it is doing with the medicines of Abhimanyu.
Dr Aanad steps out of the cab, Niyati is shocked to see that he is coming back, she is really tensed, he assures there is no need to be worried since he has informed everything to Mr Panday, he asks why is she looking at him like this, Niyati shows the medicine from her hand, Dr Aanad is tensed seeing the medicine, she reveals they found this with his medicines and he suffered an attack like none other, she questions when did he prescribe this medicine, Aanad replies that he will never prescribe this medicine since he knows that it would have the opposite effect, he blames it all on Shugun mentioning that she might have gone into the room of Abhimanyu when they were not in the house, she would be behind it all, Niyati thinks what Shugun said that someone from their family is helping her.
Niyati enters the house with Aanad, Kamna asks her about the health of Abhimanyu, Niyati assures he will be fine but asks if she saw anyone going into the room of Abhimanyu, Kamna asks why is she asking such questions, Niyati mentions that someone switched the medicine which caused the attack, Kamna reveals she saw Dr Aanad in the room and he was even checking the medicine box, however Aanad questions what is she saying, he tries to plead his innocence mentioning he is the doctor of Abhimanyu so why would he do anything as he went to check Saira in the guest room, he even thought about checking the medicine of Abhimanyu since he did not know in which condition would Abhimanyu be, Kamna reveals she wants to inform Niyati about a truth, she reveals that Dr Aanad wants to separate Niyati and Abhimanyu, Dr Aanad looks at Kamna with anger, she stops talking but Niyati bars him from doing anything allowing Kamna to speak, she reveals that she head him talking with Abhimanyu and he instigated him to leave this house after which he ran away and that he also talked with Abhimanyu on the call when she went with Karan bhai to the house of Shugun, Aanad turning to Niyati mentions he did not change the medicines since he is the doctor of Abhimanyu, Niyati questions what about all the other things which Kamna revealed just now.
Aanad accepts that he has done it all since Niyati forgot her friend but he was not able to do it because of the love which he has for her, Kinkar exclaims it has been enough as Aanad is a doctor and yet he tried to create fire in their house, they considers doctors as Bhagwan. Kinkar pulls Aanad out of the house, Mr Panday and Manaroma coming question why is he hitting Aanad, Kinkar replies that after what he has done this is a small punishment, Kinkar reveals the entire truth about what he has done, Mr Panday asks him to take Aanad to the police station where he must make sure he doesn’t leave it, they both are pulling Aanad when Abhimanyu stops them, he coming Infront of Aanad mentions they can do anything for the sake of love but he has wronged his profession because of which he betrayed his entire family, Abhimanyu exclaims Niyati considered him to be her role model but is now not even able to raise her sight because of him, Abhimanyu asks Aanad to leave lucknow as soon as possible, which would be best for him, he warns if Aanad ever tries to harm his relationship with Niyati then he would do a lot to him, Abhimanyu mentions he is letting Aanad go since he is the friend of Niyati and she still considers him as one, Niyati warns him to not make up any other story in front of her parents as then she would have to tell the truth, Niyati rushes to her room while Abhimanyu signals Aanad to leave.
Niyati is crying in her room, Abhimanyu standing at the door is smiling looking towards her, Niyati however turns her face to the other side, Abhimanyu realizing she is still angry with him goes to sit in front of her and smiles.
Abhimanyu entersing the room goes to sit infornt of Niyati but she rushes to the bed in anger, he realizing what is going oin once again goes to sit in front of her however she turns to the other side when he once again comes to sit in front of her, she questions what happened, he says that it is day when the night will come really soon. She asks why is he teasing her, he mentions he just came to be with her when she is crying and give her the tissue to wipe off the tears, he asks her to cry a lot since he needs to test the quality of the tissue, he says that she would have to do the duty of the wife from tomorrow onward since then there would not be any time for crying, she questions if someone calms anyone like this, he turns away saying that he did not come to calm her down but just to see how she is crying, she tries to apologize when he exclaims that such small things happen in love, he exclaims that she is a really great women since her lover desired to kill her husband, she stops him from saying anything.
Niyati standing asks if he has said all the stupid things, he exclaims he still has a lot of stupid things left. Niyati assure she doesnot want to make the same mistake which she did, as he accidentally had the wrong medicine so she is now going to personally monitor all the doses, he gets close to her, when she hits him on the neck, he acts as if is really hurt when she questions what happened, he asks why does she have to be so rude while she is injecting him, she asks then what about when he pushed her, Abhimanyu refuses to accept that he can even push her, she says he should ask anyone since he actually pushed her, he asks how did he actually push her, she pushes him so they both land on the bed. Abhimanyu and Niyati look into the eyes of each other when he exclaims if this is how he pushed her then she can push him a lot to make up for all the wrong doings, Niyati stands exclaiming he has gotten really mischievous so she should rest, Abhimanyu says he has made a surprise for her in the night, Niyati is not able to resist so asks him about the surprise when he says she must stand back a little and leaving the room explains if he told her then there would no point for the surprise. She while laughing calls him as a joker.
After a while Niyati comes out of the bathroom after getting fresh, she even changes her clothes. Niyati picking up the frame of Abhimanyu starts thinking how he once again hugged her after regaining his memory, she is not able to wait any longer, she wonders what would he be planning, after some thought she thinks she needs to know and so opens the door, Kamna is standing in the front, Niyati greets her when Kamna says that Bhai has told her to make sure Niyati doesnot come out of the room, Niyati requests Kamna but she refuses, Niyati closes the door exclaims he has made the room a jail.
She is sitting down on the bed and starts smiling, closing her eyes she relives all the special moments spent with her husband. She slowly walks to the room and opening it peeks to see that Kamna has left, she thinks he is in the terrace so she will go to see him, Niyati tries to go but both Mami and bua jee are sitting on the stairs, they say that she cannot go upstairs. Niyati exclaims that she got bored when they suggest her to go and do something in her room, Diya says she can even cook in the kitchen when Mami jee hits her, she explains that she meant Niyati can make something for herself.
Niyati walks down to the main hall when she sees Manaroma coming who asks why is she so sad, Niyati explains Abhimanyu is planning a surprise but is not telling her, she requests Maa to tell her however she says this is between her husband so she cannot be a part of it, Manaroma leaves without telling her anything, Niyati then sees Kinkar coming with Mr Panday who mentions she should not even think of asking him since he always gets to know of Abhimanyu’s plans at the last moment, she is standing when he leaves. Niyati gets really worried so after a while walks back upstairs in anger.
Abhimanyu is decorating the entire roof with immense excitement, he is stepping down the chair and thinks how Niyati treated him really well when he was admitted in the hospital, he once again starts decorating the roof with immense excitement.
Niyati entering her room wonders what Abhimanyu might be planning since she cannot wait any longer, she thinks of calling him when suddenly her phone rings, the person explains he wants to tell her about the secret of Abhimanyu, she says that she doesn’t want to know anything since she knew he was working with Shugun, Niyati ends the call, he once again calling her says that she needs to know who is trying to ruin the life of Abhimanyu as it was neither Shugun nor Aanad, Niyati ends the call when she is shocked to see the medicine, Niyati once again receives a call from the person who says the medicine was changed once again so she must find out the truth about the person who is trying to ruin the health of Abhimanyu even now. Niyati wonders what she should do now.
Abhimanyu walks down the stairs when both Mami and Bua jee desire to see the decoration, he says that he would show it to his mother first and then Niyati, his wife after which they will be allowed to see it, he calls Manaroma who comes running and they all rush to the terrace, Mami and Bua je are worried.
Niyati asks the auto driver to stop, she gets out but is really tensed to see the location, she wonders if she has made the right choice by coming to this location as it is empty. She wonders if she has made the right choice by coming here. Niyati reaches the road, she looks around with fear after seeing the emptiness of the street, she wonders if she has made a mistake by coming here, Niyati starts walking ahead when someone starts walking to her slowly with a rod in his hand.
Abhimanyu asks Manaroma to walk slowly, he says she must not open her eyes before he can show her it all, she is left excited after seeing it when he inquires how did she like it all, because if she likes it then Niyati would also love it, Manaroma mentions everything shows his love in it, she advises him to also go and get ready, he however exclaims he is fine like this but she insists he change, Abhimanyu stops her explaining he doesnot know what would have happened to him if she was not with him, he assures he is going to come as soon as possible.
Niyati is walking on the road, she feels as if someone is behind her then sees the shadow of a man holding the rod, Niyati manages to duck before he is able to hit her, she questions why he is trying to k!ll her but the person just tries to fight with her.Abhimanyu enters the room in excitement thinking he would show Niyati the surprise, he enters the room calling Niyati but she doesnot answer his calls o he is left shocked wondering where she might be.
Niyati starts shouting when the person keeps on forcing her, she starts yelling for help, and then is saved by some boys who manage to chase the person away, Niyati questions why he is trying to kill her if he was going to reveal the truth, she follows him into a compound.
Abhimanyu is constantly calling Niyati but she doesnot respond, he even goes down to the main hall asking Bittoo if he came from the farmhouse, but Bittoo says that he is just about to go there when everyone has already left, he wonders where she has gone to.
Niyati enters the compound after the man, she hears something in the room and so peeps through the hole but is really shocked after what she sees in it so she runs away but the person stops her before she can run away, Niyati falls on the ground requesting him to let her go but he doesnot respond when she turns Manaroma is standing Infront of her, Niyati is shocked after seeing her so questions what is going on here, Manaroma orders Govind to go as his work was completed and there is no need for him now, Niyati questions that she needs the answers about why did she ty to get her killed, Manaroma replies she cannot answer all of these questions since sometimes the answers are really deep, she pulls Niyati with her to the compound mentioning that she needs to inform Niyati about the truth.
Abhimanyu is trying to call Niyati but she doesnot answer and so he tries to question why did she not come to him even when he has prepared such a surprise for her, Kamna brings the mobile of Niyati informing that she left it in the house and so he will not be able to reach her, Kamna mentions he should enjoy with Niyati since they all are going to the farm house. Abhimanyu thinks Niyati has misunderstood her husband so he is going to find her, Abhimanyu checks the private number which worries him so he thinks who might be calling her.
Manaroma takes Niyati into the room, she asks Niyati to get dressed as today is a really important day for her with Abhimanyu, Niyati throws the dress on the bed exclaiming she cannot take these until Manaroma reveals the truth because she cannot understand why she tried to have her killed but is now giving her these clothes, Niyati thinks when she looked through the hole, Manaroma was telling Govind that Niyati is ruining her plan so she must be thrown out of the way.
Niyati questions what the truth is, Manaroma mentions she is the mother of Abhimanyu and is the reason for his poor mental condition, she even wants him to remain like this forever, Niyati cannot understand even a single word that she is saying so questions what she means, Manaroma informs that she might be the mother of Abhimanyu for everyone else but is actually like a Bhagwan for him.
Abhimanyu walks down the stairs of the house when he sees that the photo frame of Manaroma is about to fall, he manages to prevent it from falling even when he hurt his own forehead, Abhimanyu standing Infront of the Mandir, exclaims that she is his mother so he cannot let anything wrong happen to her.
Niyati mentions every mother is like a Bhagwan but what is this sort of love, because of which she tried to get Niyati killed, Manaroma questions why is Niyati creating a big scene out of such a small thing as today is a really special day for her and she should get dressed, Manaroma asks her to get dressed when Niyati pulling away her hands questions what does Manaroma desire, she replies she wants her to get dressed properly since today is a really special day for her so she must look really nice, Niyati is still really tensed.
Manaroma walking away calls Abhimanyu, he inquires if she reached the farmhouse safely when she replies that they have come to the resort and she even brought Niyati along with her. hearing this Abhimanyu stops smiling wondering why did Niyati not wait for his surprise, meanwhile Niyati is really tensed.
