Akshay coughs and kicks Veer suddenly, he takes off his eye mask and says who are you? Veer is wearing a mask so Akshay can’t see him. Akshay grabs him and says who are you? They both fight. Chhavi enters the house and thinks Veer must be here to take care of Akshay. Akshay grabs Veer and is about to take off his mask but Veer hits him on the head so Akshay screams in pain. Chhavi hears that and starts to run but trips and falls down. She limps to his room. Veer is about to hit Akshay but hears Chhavi coming there so he runs from there. Chhavi screams papa.. Aparajita brings the doctor home and hears Chhavi screaming for Akshay. She rushes to Akshay and sees him unconscious. Aparajita hugs him tightly while the doctor checks him.
Disha and Asha enter Mohini’s house. They start looking for the safe key. Niya asks Mohini how did you meet dad 20 years ago? what happened between you both? don’t lie to me. You said there was nothing between dad and Aparajita aunty but I heard you talking to Manish that they loved each other but you trapped dad, you lured him. Disha hears that outside their room. Mohini tells Niya that you are a kid so you won’t understand. Niya says you can’t lie to me anymore. Mohini says fine, I tried luring him because I liked him, I made him fall in love with me because I liked him. The biggest truth is if Akshay and Aparajita loved each other then he wouldn’t have come close to me.
My mistake was that I fell in love with him and I did what a girl in love would do. You might not understand it today but when you fall in love then you will realise. Disha and Asha start leaving. Disha’s phone rings so she starts running from there but Mohini comes out of the room and asks what are you doing here? What is this box you are stealing? Disha says this is Dadi’s box so we are taking it. Mohini says you are stealing and showing ego too? I will call the police. Niya stops her and says its their house too so they can’t be stealing anything.
The doctor checks Akshay. Aparajita asks Chhavi where were you and how did this happen? Chhavi cries and calls Asha. She tells them so Asha asks what happened to him? Mohini looks on.
The doctor checks Akshay and says his pulse is normal but we have to get his CT scan done. Mohini and others come there too. Mohini is worried and asks how did this happen? she glares at Aparajita and says this is how you are taking care of him? She cries and asks Akshay to wake up. The doctor asks everyone to leave the room and except Aparajita. He asks Mohini to leave but she says I am his wife so I will stay here, she can’t even take care of him. Aparajita enough, she pulls her back from Akshay and throws her out of the room, she says I told you to not do anything that will harm his health. She locks the door on her face. Akshay murmurs Aparajita’s name and wakes up. She asks what happened to you? Akshay says there was a robber in the house, he attacked me, I tried beating him but I don’t remember. The doctor asks him to rest and leaves. Aparajita thinks I know Veer might have come to attack Akshay.
Chhavi thinks how did papa faint? where did Veer go. Aparajita comes there and asks if Veer came here? Chhavi thinks I can’t tell her that Veer was here and couldn’t take care of papa. Disha asks why are you asking about him? Aparajita says someone attacked Akshay. Chhavi says then why are you asking about Veer? Aparajita thinks I can’t blame Veer in front of Chhavi without proof. She asks where were you all? Mohini says they came to my house to steal. Aparajita is shocked and says what rubbish? Mohini says they were stealing a box. She sees Dadi holding it and takes it.
Aparajita takes it back and asks what is going on? She asks Chhavi why did you not stay with Akshay? I can’t trust you all like this. Mohini says where were you? you should have been taking care of him. Aparajita asks her to shut up as he is sleeping, your forced him to remember things and it was harming him so I went to the doctor. This is not a game but about someone’s life. Mohini says you are playing a game, you all want to throw me out of Akshay’s life. Your daughters steal from my house and their mother is ready to steal my husband.
Aparajita says I don’t want your husband and what does this box have? She tries to open it but Dadi stops her. Dadi gives the red box to her, Aparajita is about to open it but Mohini snatches it and finds a ring in it. Dadi says don’t you dare touch this ring. Akshay bought this ring for Aparajita 20 years for their anniversary. The flashback shows how Akshay gave the ring to Dadi and said he will gift it to Aparajita on their anniversary, the flashback ends. Dadi says Akshay was never able to give it to her. Asha says how did he remember this ring suddenly? Dadi says because tomorrow is their wedding anniversary. Niya says why didn’t he give this ring to aunty 20 years ago? he bought it 2 days before the anniversary so what happened that he couldn’t give it to her? Aparajita is hurt and the flashback shows how Aparajita got ready and waited on their anniversary for Akshay. Dadi told her that he must be busy with work.
Aparajita kept waiting for him. Akshay came back home and said you didn’t sleep till now? Aparajita says you were out of the house the whole night. Akshay looked away and says I am setting a business with Manish and his sister so I have a lot of work. Aparajita found a lipstick mark on his shirt and is shocked. Akshay left from there while Aparajita recalled their moments and was in shock, the flashback ends. Niya asks Dadi what happened 20 years ago? Mohini says it doesn’t matter what happened 20 years ago, today’s reality is that this ring and this anniversary has no value. Its a closed chapter now and you all should remember it. Niya tries to talk but Mohini drags her from there. Asha asks Dadi why didn’t he give the ring to her? Dadi says Akshay didn’t come home that night, this ring was never mentioned again after that. I kept this ring safe and saw Akshay lying and having excuses every anniversary after that.. soon after he left with Mohini forever.
Aparajita says lets not talk about this anymore. Her daughters hug her, Aparajita thinks that anniversary night was the most painful night for me. Akshay comes there and says you all are hugging her like Aparajita is your mother, you might be missing your mother. Akshay sees the red box and tells Dadi that it was Aparajita’s surprise. He tells Aparajita that tomorrow is our anniversary but I will show it to you tomorrow, I want to make our anniversary special this time. Aparajita looks away and says lets go to the hospital for the scan. Akshay says you are giving me orders in front of the girls, what will they think? I know you are strict from outside but its because of your love for me. He kisses her hand while all look on. He goes with her.
Aparajita and Akshay are in the hospital. Aparajita comes out and calls Disha. She says I am sure Veer might have attacked Akshay. Disha says I will look for proof. Disha asks if she is okay after the anniversary discussion? Aparajita says I am okay. She asks her to make some kheer for Akshay as he might be hungry. Disha says okay and leaves. The doctor comes to Aparajita and says Akshay’s scan is okay but we shouldn’t take this incident lightly, he might hurt his brain badly so be careful, she nods and leaves. Aparajita turns aorund to find Mohini there.
She says you couldn’t celebrate your anniversary 20 years ago that’s why you are desperate to celebrate it now? you want to wear rings right? she makes her wear a ring necklace and says these are all gold so you can keep them but don’t think about celebrating anniversary with Akshay. I will bring his memory back at any cost. Aparajita says you are blinded by your insecurity that you don’t even care about his life? you are falling so low because of your weakness. Mohini says stop with your lecture, you couldn’t get love for 20 years so you might be living with lectures only. Aparajita says if you really want Akshay back then be his wife, show dedication to him.
Mohini laughs and says your husband didn’t come back on your anniversary day 20 years ago right? you know why? because he was with me that night and I dedicated myself to him fully that night. Aparajita glares at her. Akshay comes there and says wow.. he calls Mohini sister and says you are here too? are you planning to steal me or something? Aparajita glares at him. He says I am just joking. Aparajita starts taking him from there but Akshay says whenever Manish’s sister is around, you grab my hand tightly, that’s so romantic. Aparajita leaves his hand but says no no, keep holding my hand. He says I don’t want this woman around our anniversary day. Mohini thinks I will create a scene on their anniversary now.
Chhavi calls Veer and asks where were you? someone attacked papa but you were not here, I trusted you but you were not there when we needed you. Veer cries and says Maa fell down the stairs so I had to take her to the hospital. I should have been there for you, I am sorry. Chhavi says no, I am sorry, I should have asked you first but I was worried about papa.. someone attacked him. Veer says I will find the person who attacked him. He smirks and thinks I will take care of him soon.
Disha tells Asha that I am sure Veer attacked Akshay. Chhavi comes there and slaps Disha. She says you never liked Veer but how can you allege him like this? she is about to slap her again but Aparajita comes there and stops her. Chhavi says do you know what Disha is saying? Aparajita says she is right, Veer is behind the attack but we don’t have proof. Chhavi says you both don’t like him so make up some fake proof against him. You think you are protecting me by keeping me away from Veer? you are taking away my life by projecting your own fear on me. She starts leaving from there while Aparajita looks on, she tells her that we got to know about his ex and her sister told us about Veer abusing her. Chhavi asks where is proof? Disha says we had the video of Ritika confessing against Veer and it was in Aparajita’s phone but it got damaged so Akshay went to get it repaired but someone attacked him before he could get it repaired. Do you know he wouldn’t be behind the attack? Chhavi says you keep blaming Veer but have no proof. She tells Aparajita that like you don’t trust Veer, same way I don’t trust you. Asha says why would Maa lie? Chhavi says because it will benefit her thoughts, she trusts some strangers instead of me or Veer but I trust my love because I know Veer cares for me and papa as well. You can’t see that because you don’t want to.
She tells Aparajita that I know papa left you but that doesn’t mean you will stop trusting every men in the world. Today papa has gone back 20 years and loves you but you don’t want to reciprocate because you are scared that he might realize about his mistake and stay back with us but no you don’t want to do that because you are scared of love and relationship. Aparajita says why would I want him to leave his wife and his kid to live with us? Chhavi says you let her love go but I will fight for my love. She leaves from there. Niya hides and hears all that, she thinks how can Chhavi think of separating from us. Disha tries to go behind Chhavi but Aparajita says leave her, she is blinded by Veer’s love. They hear a noise so Aparajita rushes from there.
Aparajita rushes to Akshay’s room and finds the vase broken on the floor. She looks around for Akshay, he comes there so she asks if the attacker came back? Akshay says I just wanted my Appu to come to me. Aparajita tries to pick up the glass piece and gets her hand cut. Akshay gets worried and says its bleeding, she says its okay. Akshay panics and brings first-aid box, he applies ointment to her and panics more than her so Aparajita smiles. Akshay says I am sorry, this happened because of me, I would never want to do anything to hurt you as it will hurt me more. Aparajita looks at him and recalls Chhavi’s words, she thinks Chhavi might be naive but I know the truth which will never change. She tries to leave but Akshay stops her and says I am excited about our anniversary, I will make it memorable for you. Aparajita looks on.
Scene 2
Mohini is planning for the anniversary. Manish comes there and says you won’t be able to see Akshay celebrating anniversary with Aparajita so you should leave for a day or two. Mohini looks at Aparajita’s photo and says I am not runnin away, I will shock Aparajita tomorrow in a way that will remind that Akshay is mine only.
Aparajita is sitting alone and recalls Akshay’s words about their anniversary. Disha brings food for her, Aparajita asks if Chhavi ate anything? Disha says no, she is not talking to me. She asks her to eat something. Aparajita says I am not hungry anymore, there is so much going on. Disha says we can’t hide the truth from Chhavi for long, we will find proof soon. Aparajita says how to tell Chhavi that it hurts too much when the trust is broken. I got my trust broken 20 years when Akshay didn’t come for our anniversary and when he came back then he had lipstick mark on his shirt so I asked him.
The flashback shows how Aparajita asked Akshay about the lipstick on his shirt and Akshay stuttered that he went to a party and hugged people but how can you doubt me? I work hard for your family. Aparajita trusted his words but he kept his affair with Mohini and kept lying to Aparajita. The flashback ends. Aparajita tells Disha that he kept fooling me and I kept trusting him because we become blind in love. I kept faith that our family would be okay once Asha would be born but then he left us all. She cries and Disha hugs her.
Chhavi calls Veer and says are you sure? She says I trust you completely and will do as you want. Aparajita tells Disha that Akshay wants to make me wear that ring and celebrate the anniversary but he has already lost that right so I won’t do it. Disha looks on.
