Jane Finally Agrees To Be Noah’s Girlfriend. Carmen Is Excited To Meet Elijah’s Brother. Rose Opposes Her Daughter’s Relationship.
Elijah joins his brother and they do a little catching up. Noah asks of his leg and Elijah says it’s okay. Noah apologizes for not getting in touch and his brother shrugs it off and asks how he’s been doing here. Noah says he’s still here and coping which makes Elijah glad.
Elijah is glad to know that his brother has been sober for a while now. He apologizes for not getting in touch too and Noah says it’s no big deal since he’s been busy with his own life. On his brother’s request, Noah asks for the menu. Elijah is still amazed that Noah has traded alcoholic drinks for juice.
While they dine together, Elijah brings up his engagement with Carmen. He makes note of her good qualities and how he can’t wait to settle down with her. Apparently, Carmen is the perfect woman for him. Noah reveals his fondness for Jane and his brother has him show a photo of her on his phone.
Elijah asks who the mystery lady is and Noah says she’s MJ, the one who and helped him to get cleaned up. He is amazed and happy for his brother and hopes to meet MJ soon. On that note, Elijah urges him to invite and come along with her to his wedding with Carmen.
Meanwhile, Tania has a talk with her best friend about Noah on their way home. She’s glad that Noah has been sober for months now because of Jane.Tania hints that it might be the right time for Jane to get into a relationship with Noah, and Jane tries to trivialize the matter.
Mrs. Ortega overhears them talking about Noah excitedly and she isn’t the least bit pleased. She lectures her daughter not to keep joking around with such things. When she leaves, Tania apologizes to her best friend for getting scolded because of her. During dinner, Rose brings up the issue with Noah regarding his drüg äbũse.
Jane tries to convince her mother that Noah has already changed. She narrates to him how Noah had been lost and depressed after his fiancée’s dëāth, which had led to him getting addicted to painkillers.
Still, Rose reminds her of what had happened with Alfred and urges her to make sure that she doesn’t start something with him. Elijah has dinner with Carmen and his mother and brings up how he had invited Noah to his wedding.
Mrs. Borromeo isn’t pleased with that, even as Elijah points out that they’re family. Mrs. Borromeo grumbles about how Noah had almost k!lled him (Elijah) because of his recklessness. She believes Noah isn’t capable of changing his bad habits.
And with that, she apologizes to Carmen and leaves the table, saying that she’s lost his appetite. Carmen consoles her fiancé and urges him not to worry because she believes things would eventually work out. Meanwhile, Jane walks the beach with her bike, reflecting on her conversation with her mother.
Jane runs into Noah who surprises her by telling her that he’s planning on resuming his profession as an architect. He plans to open his own resort and Jane expresses her happiness for him. Jane congratulates Noah when she learns that it’s the third month of him being sober.
Noah accredits his improvement to her and also professes his lövê for her. When he tries to ki$$ her, Jane comes up with an excuse to get away. She meets up with her best friend who teases her over her situation. Carmen brings Mrs. Borromeo to her spa and with the promise of giving her a massage, she manages to convince her to let Noah attend the wedding.
Mrs. Ortega and Pinky, an acquaintance of hers, show up at Carmen’s spa to promote their product. Chichi the receptionist takes a sample along to show it to the madam. Carmen is having someone massage her mother-in-law so she asks Chichi to just get the call cards of the owners of the product. Anyway, Jane is mesmerized by some romantic displays of Noah.
Noah persists in his pursuit of Jane and asks if there’s a chance that she can lövê him too. Jane breaks down and apologizes, saying that she can’t answer that question. She laments over her past scars and the shameful things she had done but Noah doesn’t care about that. He points out that she had still accepted him even though he has also done some things he isn’t proud. Eventually, Jane agrees to give him a chance and they begin making out.
After leaving La Belleza Salon, Carmen and Mrs. Borromeo meet up with Elijah at a restaurant. Elijah begins complimenting his mother’s fresh look, and she shrugs it off and reluctantly agrees to let Noah attend the wedding for Carmen’s benefit. Elijah is grateful to his wife-to-be. Later, Chichi gives her madam the Pinky Rose sample Rose had left behind at the spa to check out. Carmen can’t help but to make fun of the simple packaging.
Tania is delighted and excited that Jane is finally in a relationship with Noah. As they have a hearty discussion on the matter, someone pulls up in a car nearby and Tania begins squealing excitedly when she realizes that it’s Noah. Noah comes over and offers to give Jane a ride home so he could meet her mother.
Meanwhile, Pinky receives a phone call from La Belleza Salon and excitedly informs Rose that they’ve been given a contract to supply their product to the spa for a whole month. Rose is delighted. Jane arrives home to share in her mother’s joy. However, as soon as she sets eyes on Noah, her demeanor drops. Jane introduces Noah to her mother as her boyfriend.
Evidently upset, Mrs. Ortega takes offense with everything Noah says and even makes it a point to find fault with him. Jane suggests that Noah should just leave so they could meet up tomorrow to talk. Nevertheless, Noah assures Rose of his lövê for her daughter and promises to never hurt her. Jane turns to face her mother as Noah leaves.
