Virender asks if she is understanding as she would have felt she was not able to make any of the family member feel loved by her and she would have felt as if she loved the wrong people, she was already emotionally broke but Neelam today completely broke her, Neelam asks him to wait for a moment since he wanted her to reveal the truth and what did he desire.
Virender replies not like this since she is a living human being who has emotional, Neelam asks what about her feelings, he is fighting her for Lakshmi knowing what happened to her in that house and how she got insulted, she asks Karishma to tell him revealing she was begging her in that house, Virender starts smiling mentioning she was the one who was begging, he knows how she begs, Sonia tries to interfere when he warns her to not interfere.
Virender mentions he knows how does she beg since she acts as if she is giving her the beggary, he knows her style and is glad that she refused to come back to their house since Neelam would have proved her greedy, Neelam questions if he knows what he is talking about when Virender he knows her and Lakshmi as well since she is his daughter, Virender says that she asked him to get her married to Rishi after she saw the Kundali but he would have begged her to marry his son, Neelam exclaims he doesnot deserve her since he cannot see anyone else other than Lakshmi.
Malishka’s mother explains he will not see anything else since he loves her a lot, Virender asks what does she know about his relation with Lakshmi as it is not necessary that she should have been born in their house for him to call her as his daughter, they have a relation of heart and will remain his daughter till his last breath, she lives in his every vein and whenever she is hurt then he also feels the pain, Virender exclaims what sort of a father is he since he is not able to end the pain of his daughter.
Neelam questions he is not feeling this for his son and is not longing for him, Virender getting angry questions when is she raising questions on him being a father as he never raised on her mother hood, Neelam asks what is he doing to save their son, Virender informs the Markeshdosh has inflicted the pain and nothing else can be done now, she must pray that their son gets healthy after which he promises he is going to find a solution.
Neelam questions why did he not show her any way before, Virender says if he tells the truth then he did not take this seriously since he thought these kind of situations happen because he wanted to see them both as a husband and wife, he after seeing her Kundali thought she would win her heart but he was wrong, Neelam mentions that he was wrong and she cannot hear Lakshmi anymore, she brings Malishka mentioning that she is the choice of Rishi and would be the wife of Rishi, she would be the wife of Rishi as he loves her.
Virender asks what is new in this when Neelum says he must know she is going to make sure Malishka marries Rishi. Rishi starts dreaming about the incident when he got shot and starts shivering, the nurse sees his condition so starts running calling the doctor.
Neelam reveals when Malishka gets married to Rishi then Lakshmi’s relation will end with Rishi as she will no longer be his wife, Virender questions when she considered her as his wife, and must know that they are not going to make any decisions for Rishi, he would be the one to decide everything.
The nurse rushes calling the doctor revealing that his condition is getting worse, they all rush into the room when Malishka tries to wake him, the doctor questions what are they doing here and all of them must go out of the room, he calls the nurse to come fast. Dadi asks if Rishi will get fine when Virender assures nothing wrong will happen, Malishka starts crying and hugs Neelam.
The doctor after performing the check-up comes out when they all question what happened, the doctor says he cannot even give them false hope since the condition has gotten a lot worse, Dadi asks him to do anything and if he is not able to do it then should call some other person, the doctor reveals he is not Bhagwan and would see it for another hour and if his condition doesnot improve then they would have to place him on a Ventilator.
Lakshmi lying on the bed is recalling her dream in which she saw Malishka taking him away from her, she thinks how she could have thought that her dreams would be true when she was not able to accept what was going on in front of her..The entire family is praying for the health of Rishi, Neelam along with Malishka and her mother is praying in front of the Mandir meanwhile Virender is standing outside the room. Rishi starts breathing heavily while Lakshmi suddenly calls his name and walks out of the bed.
Neelam is standing outside the room, the nurse come asking for a way when Neelam questions about the condition of Rishi, she replies she is going to perform a last check up as it is necessary otherwise it would ruin everything. Malishka explains she is glad that Lakshmi refused to come since now she would not come back in the life of Rishi and now she is tensed about Rishi, her mother replies even she is tensed but she was not able to understand the stunt of Lakshmi, Karishma replies she also could not since she thought Lakshmi would come back, Malishka exclaims she is glad Lakshmi doesnot love her to the extent that she can come back for Rishi.
Neelam explains she never asked anyone for anything and the first time wanted something from Lakshmi for her son but she refused, Virender asks her to let it go, asking if they would have sent Sonia with anyone who was suffering from Markeshdosh, Neelam explains Malishka herself wants to stay with him when Virender explains that she is not fighting it and nor are they, Neelam explains the one who can fight it will not come, Virender explains he feels whatever she did was not wrong.
Neelam mentions he did not go with her since she was begging her to come back, Virender explains he knows his daughter who has a very high self esteem and she went to buy her honour, he is proud that Lakshmi did not come back. Neelam explains he is being the father of Lakshmi more then her husband, she went with the offer but after today Lakshmi will not be allowed to come back into the life of Rishi, she walks to the room with the Partition.Neelam suddenly feels dizzy, they find out she is getting cold and take her away.
Lakshmi is standing in the room while Rishi is lying there unconscious, she walks beside him while the nurse is standing there. She questions who is she Lakshmi reveal she is his wife. The nurse mentions she hopes he regains consciousness since it is really important, Lakshmi questions if he heard since it is important for him to regain his consciousness, he wants to give her more pain as she said he is really bad and this is what she came to tell him that she doesn’t have any concern, she herself is really bad since she says these bad things.
That she doesn’t love him, and never wants to see his face but it is all a lie, the truth is that he means a lot to her rather everything and even more then herself, she likes him even today when he has wronged her a lot, she even then doesn’t hate him and keeps thinking about him, her eyes search for him everywhere and want to see him, she is really bad and he should also be bad like her, then would have loved her, she exclaims he should not love her but cannot break her heart like this, he says she never lets him speak but now can say whatever he desires since she will remain quiet, he must just wake up since she wants to fight with him like a wife, she said to the nurse that she is his wife, he would be angry since she sometimes says that she doesn’t have any relation with him but in fact their relation is for seven generations, she asks him if it is the truth requesting him to wake up since he has a lot other things to tell him, he has hurt her so much but even then she loves him a lot, her heart doesn’t listen to herself since it doesn’t belong to her anymore, he has her heart. she is crying sitting beside Rishi.
Lakshmi reveals her mind tells that she wants to stay away from him but her heart always tends to tell her that she needs to stay beside him Lakshmi exclaims she loves him a lot, and doesn’t know the extent of it herself, she is just aware that she is lost in him but he doesn’t love her eve when she loves him, she questions how can it work like this, mentioning he never thought about her and what was the need to be a hero, if anything happened to him then what, Rishi is necessary for her to be alive since without him she cannot stay awake and he must wake up for her, so she can breathe and she regain the consciousness, she tries to wake him but he doesn’t move.
Lakshmi informs that the entire family is in the hospital and is tensed, he must wake up for his parents and her, he doesn’t listen to anything but must accept this one requests, she pleads and tries to touch his hand when she suffers a shock, Rishi suddenly starts to regain consciousness breathing heavily, Lakshmi calls Rishi asking him to wake up and he finally slowly opens his eyes, seeing her smiling while looking at him.
Lakshmi’s eyes are filled with tears, he calls her name hearing which she starts smiling, he recalls how she tried to save him when they were shot outside the bank. Lakshmi assures she is going to stay with him but he must not close his eyes, she explains that everyone is really worried about him especially his mother, he should not close his eyes for them.
Neelam is lying on the bed, Karishma questions when the doctor explains she suffered a panic attack which might be a problem, she will feel better after resting, Mummi jee hugs her, Neelam questions if Rishi would be fine when Mummi jee mentions he would have to since he has all their prayers, Neelam requests someone to wake up her son when Virender tries to inform but Malishka explains that she is going to be the one to wake him since he would listen to her since he loves her, Malishka rushes away to the room of Rishi.
Lakshmi is with Rishi when she requests him to not close her eyes since she is going to call Mummi jee, Lakshmi turns back when she recalls how she heard Neelam revealing she hates Lakshmi and will not even see her face, Lakshmi asks him to stay awake, the nurse enters the room informing she has called the doctor who was performing an operation, she reveals Rishi loves her a lot since everyone tried their best to make him open his eyes but he did not respond, yet Lakshmi managed to do it, she is also a women and can see how much they love each other. Lakshmi hears Malishka arguing with the doctor who stops her from entering the room when she insists on entering since she needs to wake Rishi.
Malishka enters when the nurse reveals that Rishi has woken up and it is because of this girl, she is shocked since Lakshmi is not in the room. The doctor asks Malishka to go and call the family informing them that Rishi is out of danger, he starts checking Rishi asking for his previous reports, but the nurse is still wondering where she could have gone.
Lakshmi is walking in the hall, she recalls how Rishi came to her support when she was being arrested in the hotel, he even stayed with her to protect her in each and every matter, Lakshmi thinks how the nurse said that no one can believe that the extent of love which they have for each other.
Lakshmi sees the Mandir and starts praying in front of Mata rani how she knows what Rishi means to the entire family and so she must keep him healthy along with the entire family, they all love him a lot and he is their life, especially mummi jee for whom Rishi is her lifeline, she was really worried and tensed so she must get the peace of mind, Mata Rani must always stay by her side.
Malishka running into the room revealing that Rishi has regained consciounses, hearing this the entire family prays to Bhagwan, Neelam is not able to control herself so rushes to him, Malishka reveals the doctor refused to allow her and when she went to talk with him Rishi listened and woke up, Karishma is delighted to think that he woke up because of her, Malishka rushes to meet him.
The doctor reveal he had lost all hope but Rishi is now out of danger, he asks the nurse to go and bring his prescription, she bumps into Neelam who informs her son has regained consciousness, the nurse replies it is a miracle which happened because of the one he loves since she called him and he woke up.
Malishka comes revealing how they were stopping her but he woke up, the nurse says not her but their daughter in law, Neelam inform she is about to be their daughter in law. They all head inside, Rishi is glad to see them all when Neelam explains how they got really scared, he asks about Lakshmi calling her name and even she turns feeling he called her but sees Aayush.
Lakshmi tries to walk away when Aayush stops her from behind calling her Bhabhi, she requests him to not tell anyone that she came, Rishi asks about Lakshmi when Neelam replies she did not come but he informs she was present with him.
Lakshmi requests Aayush to not tell Rishi since he was not awake and would not remember, Lakshmi tries to turn away when Aayush apologizes to her revealing that they all lied to her and did not tell the truth, no one was honest so caused a lot of pain. Lakshmi replies they did indeed hurt her a lot, she was angry and wanted to question them about the reason they hid the truth, why they did not tell her about Rishi and Malishka or the Markesh dosh but the relations would not be the same since she would have met Rishi but knew she never had any right over him, nor on Aayush or Mummi jee or anyone else, she would have just come to their house as someone who would spend her life but not be able to built any relation, the thing with Bhagya is that she got the relations however they were filled with pain and cause her even more pain however in that case she would not have any relations, even if her heart is filled with pain there is someone who made her realize the love, it is him and everyone else, if she knew the truth even then she would have made the relations but they would not be so strong.
Rishi assures that she was with him hearing which Neelam and Virender are shocked, Rishi reveals she held his hand, and he felt the shock after which she woke him up and was with him, but she left.
Lakshmi reveals she said a lot of things but there is one thing which she knows for sure since she loves them all a lot and they are nice people, but the situations is not good, she requests Aayush to not tell anyone about her feelings however Aayush agrees to not hide these things since he would yell infront of everyone revealing how nice she is when Lakshmi questions if he considers her as his own, he agrees but then she makes him promise to not say anything.
He questions if he said something by accident when Lakshmi replies she is sure he would not say anything, she turns to leave but Aayush is not able to control himself, he is restless.
