“Marissa blackmails Ellice to give her 50% of Ceñidoza shares in exchange for Jake’s boπe marrow which Ellice accepts as Marissa makes some changes at Ceñidoza after becoming the major shareholder.
Jake goes to the hospital, Gabriel tells him that Hope’s condition is now critical but they’re not going to give up. Jake tells them that he got himself tested without Marissa’s approval and found out that he is a compatible donor. Gabriel said he will try to convince Marissa but Ellice said she will do it by herself.
At the condo, Lucing begs Marissa to consider Hope’s condition but Marissa becomes angry at her for supporting those who ruined their lives as Jake arrives. Jake tells them that he got himself tested and he’s compatible donor shocking Marissa who asks Jake if Hope’s parents are aware of that fact.
Ellice visits Marissa at the condo. Marissa was so angry to see her but a crying Ellice begs her that she needs her help because Hope is in a critical condition. Marissa tells her that she only pleads when she needs something. Ellice kneels down in front of her begging Marissa to help her because her daughter is dying.
Marissa said she will give her approval on one condition and that’s Ellice should give her back the 50% shares that Jorge stole from her dad which Ellice agrees. Marissa said she will give her approval once Ellice signs the contract.
Marissa tells her that the contract should be between the two of them but if Ellice violates the agreement then the 50% share will turn to 100% shares.
Ellice asks her why she’s so manipulative and agrees to give her what she wants. Marissa tells her that she now feels exactly how her wicked father Jorge tricked her dad to get what he wants as Ellice cries helplessly.
When Ellice arrived at the hospital she told Gabriel that Marissa had finally agreed so Gabriel asked her if Marissa demanded something in return as Ellice flashbacks to Marissa telling her to keep their agreement a secret and said nothing as Gabriel turns happy that Hope is being given a second chance.
At the condo, Marissa finally tells Jake that she’s allowing him to be Hope’s donor because she has thought it through and she can’t abandon the people she l*ves especially he and Lucing. Jake and Lucing thank her for making that decision as they hug.
At college, Alfred said he’s glad that Jake’s mother has agreed that he becomes Hope’s donor and it’s amazing that even though he isn’t Hope’s biological sibling they are still compatible and with this every one will believe they are indeed siblings even though they are not. Jake tells him that what matters the most is that he can finally help Hope.
At La Sierra, Marissa and Ellice with the help of Marissa’s attorney sign the contract. After the signing, Ellice tells Marissa that what goes around comes around but Marissa said it’s the least compensation for what her wicked family did to hers and Ellice is paying for that as Ellice leaves.
Jake donates his bone marrow to Hope after the nurse checks him and tells him he was in good condition for the procedure. Marissa, Ellice and Gabriel wait outside. At Hope’s ward Gabriel tells Ellice that Hope has always been a fighter and he is happy she is still holding on to them and Ellice said Hope has been given another chance to stay with them as Gabriel hugs her.
Later, Gabriel goes to Jake’s ward with a gift as he hugs and thanks Marissa and asks for her permission to speak to Jake as they excuse them. Gabriel thanks Jake for saving Hope’s life and tells him to call him dad as Jake wishes him a merry christmas and they hug as Marissa eavesdrops on them. She soliloquies the dream she had for Jake to feel like he’s part of a family has comes true and cries.
Jake visits Hope in his wheelchair. He becomes glad seeing Hope as she tells him that they are bonded because his part is located in her and she is grateful they are siblings as they both cry.
At Ceñidoza, Cesar tells Belen that Marissa now owns 60% shares of Ceñidoza. Belen believes it’s impossible but Cesar tells her that Ellice sold half of her shares to Marissa.
An angry Belen asks if that makes her the majority shareholder. Later Marissa arrives at Ceñidoza and holds a short meeting with the board, she tells them that she’s the new co owner and a major shareholder of the company.
Marissa said she wants to implement some new rules in the company and firstly she wants to shut down the Jorge foundation as a furious Belen asked who she thinks she is to do that.
Marissa tells her she has the right to do that because she is the major shareholder. Belen then accuses Marissa of forcing Ellice to sell her shares to her. Marissa tells her to stop acting as if she has no skeletons in her closet as Belen leaves and Cesar smiles.
Belen calls Ellice asking why she sold half of her shares to Marissa and Ellice tells her she had no choice since it’s the only way to get Jake to donate his bone marrow to Hope. Belen tells her that Marissa has closed Jorge’s foundation and asks if she wants her father’s hard work and family legacy to be thrown away but a crying Ellice said she only did that to protect Hope.
Elsewhere At Ceñidoza, Avel takes a picture of he and his parents and soliloquies that he will find out who k!lled them and he will definitely let them pay for it as Cesar comes out looking at Avel. At the hospital, Hope thanks Ellice for taking care of her because she knows she is stressed out. Ellice said she will do everything for her since Hope means the world to her.
At the condo,Lucing asks Marissa how she was able to convince Ellice to sell half of her shares. Marissa lied to Lucing that Hope is sick so Ellice needed her help in fixing the company since she is the only one who can as she did back then. Lucing asks her if that’s the only reason she allowed Jake to donate his bone marrow to Hope but Marissa didn’t say a word.
At the hospital, Jake, Chari and Alfred visit Hope with her favorite snack and Jake feeds Hope. Elsewhere, Avel asks Marissa if she l*ves Gabriel because he saw the way he looked at him. Marissa asks him if he’s jealous but Avel tells her that his job is only to protect her. Marissa said he’s so passionate about his job and Avel said those things help him to figure out whom to harm since she has a lot of enemies.
At the hospital, Gabriel, Hope and Jake play cards as Sonya interrupts them. Sonya tells Hope that they will celebrate after she is discharged. Gabriel thanks her for visiting but Sonya said they’re family so she has to.
Ellice visits Ceñidoza and sees that the company’s logo has been changed to
La Sierra by Marissa as she goes to confront her. Ellice asks Marissa how cruel she could be to want to change the name of the company and also cancel her father’s foundation because she will regret it. Marissa tells her that she’s the new co owner so she calls the shots and they have and if one move goes wrong then their agreement is off.
Cesar meets up with Belen. She tells Cesar that now that Marissa is the major shareholder, she will deal with both of them. Cesar said she’s right as Belen said he should start talking to his assistant and take care Marissa. Next Episode of The Law of Revenge Monday Episode 49
