“It turns out Avel works for Cesar and part of the syndicate as Cesar and Red make another attempt on Marissa’s life leaving her in a critical condition”.
Sonya thanks Jake for helping out Hope and Jake said he can do anything for Hope so Sonya asks him if he really l*ves Hope that he’s able to make that kind of sacrifice for her. Jake tells her that he l*ves Hope so he will do everything for her and Sonya said she’s happy that he was able to convince Marissa but Jake said there are some things he will fight till the end as Sonya flashbacks to what Gelo told her back then when Heidi became angry at her and left home to Gelo’s house as Sonya hugs Jake.
At the Ceñidoza Mansion, Ellice tells Belen that Marissa has taken everything away from her but Belen encourages her that Marissa’s victory is temporary so if Hope gets better they will take back everything and they will be on top again in no time.
It turns out Cesar hired Avel to get rid of Marissa but Avel said he needs time for that as Cesar convinced him to do it now. Elsewhere at Ceñidoza, Lucing gives Marissa’s employees rice cakes and Belen tells Lucing that she’s given them cheap food so it’s an office not an eating place for the poor as Ellice comes out.
Lucing said they are diligently doing their job and she came to cheer them up with food she prepared because she’s not someone who looks down on people as Marissa and Cesar arrive out. Belen tells Cesar at his office that she will humiliate Lucing like she did to her and Cesar tells her to relax because he will let Belen get her crown back.
Elsewhere, Avel flashbacks to when Cesar hired him to k!ll Marissa and when he scared Marissa at her office to the many times he saved Marissa’s life. He then soliloquies that if he doesn’t k!ll Marissa then the organization will come after him and if that happens it will ruin his plans looking for the person who k!lled his parents.
At the Ceñidoza mansion, Gabriel becomes angry at Ellice for selling half of her shares to Marissa without informing him and he thought the company was important to her. Ellice reminds him that he’s the one who told her to be fair with Marissa so that’s what she’s doing as she flashbacks to what Marissa told her to keep everything a secret. Later, Cesar calls Avel telling him that he should make sure that everything goes according to their plans else he will regret it.
Gabriel meets up with Helena at a bar, he tells her that there is something fishy going on because Ellice wouldn’t just sell her shares and especially not to Marissa and flashbacks to when Ellice realized that he’s working for her rival company. Helena asks Gabriel of his plans because if he continues doubting Ellice it might lead to a misunderstanding but Gabriel said he will find out himself because Belen is doing something to Ellice he doesn’t like.
At Ceñidoza, Marissa tells Avel to get the car ready so they go home. Lucing becomes worried that Marissa isn’t home yet since it’s late but Jake tells her not to worry because she’s with Avel so she will be fine. A wine glass drops and Lucing becomes more worried.
Avel holds Marissa’s hand towards the car as the car £xplodes. Red spies on them while smiling and calls Cesar that their mission has been accomplished as Cesar becomes happy.
Tutti and the other workers move outside to see what’s happening and they notice Marissa sitting on the floor unconscious so they quickly call an ambulance which takes her to the hospital. At the condo, Blue asks Lucing if Marissa isn’t home yet and she said no as Lucing receives a call telling her to go to the hospital because Marissa at the hospital.
Lucing, Blue and Jake rush to the hospital to see Marissa. They met the doctor who tells them that Marissa is still unconscious but they’re doing their best. Jake calls Gabriel to inform him about the incident so Marissa has been hospitalized as Ellice eavesdrops.
Elsewhere, Belen meets up with Cesar asking if it’s true that Marissa is dead and gone forever. Cesar said she’s dead and can only atta¢k them as a ghost now as they both become happy.
At the hospital, Marissa regains consciousness and sees Lucing and Jake besides her. Marissa tells Lucing that she made a promise that she will never leave her as they hug and Tutti enters. Elsewhere, Red calls Cesar to inform him that Marissa isn’t dead but hospitalized as Cesar becomes angry at him. Red said he witnessed the explosion with his own eyes as Cesar hangs up and called Avel but his phone was switched off.
Avel treats his wounds and flashbacks to when he opens the car and sees a b0mb inside and how he quickly runs with Marissa before the car explodes and when Avel regains his consciousness, he took Marissa to a safe place and calls to report the incident to the authorities. After that he quickly destroyed his phone and ran away. Elsewhere, an angry Cesar orders Red to bring him Avel so he can k!ll him for betraying them.
At the hospital, the police officers ask Marissa to explain what actually happened which Marissa does. She asks the offices if Avel is okay but they tell Marissa that she was the only person they saw when they got to the crime scene and gives Marissa her half locket.
At Ceñidoza, Ellice becomes angry at Cesar because she suspects he is behind the explosion but Cesar denied it asking if she is not happy about what happened. Later, Gabriel visits Marissa at the hospital with fruits. He asks Marissa who is behind what happened and Marissa tells him that she suspects no one but Ellice, Cesar and Belen.
Gabriel said Ellice can never do that to her as Marissa flashbacks to when Jacob died. Gabriel tells her that he won’t believe that false accusations without solid evidence and Marissa soliloquies that when her plans succeed Ellice will confess by herself.
Avel goes to his parents grave with flowers, he soliloquies that he hasn’t found out the person who k!lled them but he rather betrayed the organization and he’s sure they might have lost their trust in him but he only did that to save the woman who’s important to him as he flashbacks to when Marissa slept on his shoulder and continues that he won’t let anything happen to her so his parents should forgive him.
Belen tells Ellice that Marissa is accusing her of being behind the explosion. Ellice said she had no hand in it because she was at the hospital the whole day. Belen tells her that Gabriel visited Marissa shocking Ellice who asks how Belen got to know about it. Belen tells her that she has her sources because she doesn’t trust Gabriel whenever he is with Marissa since she can turn him against her like she did before.
Gabriel arrives and eavesdrops on them as Ellice tells her that her conscience is clear but Belen continues to poison her mind that now Marissa has taken everything away from her and she is capable of much worse and Ellice said she wished Marissa is dead as Gabriel arrives. Gabriel tells Belen to stop poisoning Ellice’s mind but Belen said she’s only speaking the truth. Gabriel continues that things are worse already so she should stop it and Belen leaves.
At the hospital, Lucing flashbacks to when Marissa told her that Ellice is the one who put a hit on her that’s why she disappeared and when the documents were stolen from her as she cries. Lucing asks Marissa if the Ceñidozas are really behind all their sufferings. Marissa said she knows it’s Ellice, Cesar and Belen.
Lucing doesn’t believe Ellice is capable of such a thing but it could rather be Belen and Cesar because she knows Ellice well if not it’s Belen who is manipulating her. Marissa tells Lucing to take over the company but Lucing said she has no idea how to run a company and Marissa said she should just go and keep an eye on Ellice and Belen so they know that she is fighting for what’s rightfully theirs.
Jake calls Hope to inform her that he can’t visit her for now because Marissa is at the hospital and Hope tells him not to worry because Chari will visit her so she will be okay. Later, Ellice and Gabriel argue because Gabriel believes Belen is manipulating her but she refuses to listen to him as Gabriel leaves. Next Episode of The Law of Revenge Tuesday Episode 50
