At the office Ellice tells pinky that Marissa thinks she’s attacking her but Pinky said Ellice made a good point since Marissa’s design was made by Tutti and she’s wouldn’t be surprised that’s Marissa’s inspiration for those designs.
Pinky then asks of her plans now that Gabriel is aware she knows their secret and if she is going to confront Marissa. Ellice said what she wants is to make noise and $lap all the evidence in front of her face to humiliate her.
Gabriel’s friend ask him if Ellice kicked her out but Gabriel tells him that she didn’t break up with him and he really messed up and has no idea how to make up with Ellice. His friend said maybe he can start by avoiding Marissa otherwise his wife will be more suspicious of him.

Back to the celebration, Marissa confronts Ellice for taking the credit for her work since she is the one who reached out to the client but Ellice stole the spotlight from her as Gabriel interrupts them that people are staring so this isn’t the right time and place as Ellice excuses herself.

The Next day, Blue and Marissa arrive at the work place. The workers gossip about Marissa when Tutti arrives signalling Marissa who rushes to her office only to see an envelope on her table when she reads the letter inside it’s her sack letter, Marissa angrily crumbles the paper.
Ellice in her office flashbacks to when she presented all the evidence about Gabriel and Marissa’s affairs to the board and how shocked they all were.
A crying Marissa confronts Ellice outside her office in front of the workers about her resignation and asks her what the letter means because she won’t acknowledge it and she needs to stay there.
Ellice tells her to leave quietly and not make a scene but a crying Marissa said she is robbing her of her future for the second time so she won’t take it quietly sitting down and she is so ungrateful.

Tutti helps Marissa to pack her up belongings, Marissa flashbacks to when she saved Ellice from being imprisoned, how she was maltreated in prison, her first day at the work place and how she lifted the company from bankruptcy. Gabriel and Ellice came to see Marissa in front of the elevator as Marissa left.
Cesar calls his boss Adaline to inform her that her proud daughter Marissa has been fired from the company because she sedu¢ed the husband of the owner so she missed her chance and he will handle things. Adelina tells him to make sure that the operation runs smoothly until Marissa returns to the company.
Cesar tells his boss that Marissa is not coming back for sure but Adelina said he shouldn’t underestimate what Marissa can do. Cesar said he’s so curious about how much faith she has in Marissa. Adelina tells him to not question her again or he is going to regret it. Cesar apologizes and hangs up.

One of the workers said she now believe that Ellice and Marissa can’t be in together in one building. One also said Marissa betrayed her that why and another said she deserved it.
Gabriel also goes to Marissa’s office, he flashbacks to what she told Marissa that he’s going to make a paternity acknowledgment for Jacob, when they both were working together in the company. Elsewhere, Marissa arrives home, Lucing asks why she is back early and with her belongings as Marissa becomes sad and cries.
At the Villarosa mansion, Gabriel tells Carmelita that it’s been a long time since he hid the truth from Ellice but she found out the truth at the end. Carmelita reminds him that no matter how huge or small the damage is, it can still be fixed so Ellice will eventually forgive him. Gabriel said anytime Ellice sees him, she complains of how he betrayed her and he wonders if all the pain will go away one day.
Carmelita encourages him that his father did the same thing but for the sake of the children she managed to forgive him so he shouldn’t worry because when the healing finally happens then he will see his family whole and happy.
Sonya and Marissa meet at a restaurant, Marissa tells Sonya that she has nowhere to go and doesn’t know what will happen to her and Jacob now. Back to Marissa and Sonya, Marissa thanks Sonya for her offer but she really needs to go back to Ceñidoza because she won’t let Ellice bring her down so easily and Sonya supported her fully. Elsewhere, Ellice thanks Cristina for her support.
