“Ellice sabotages Marissa’s proposals while she finally confronts Gabriel about his infidelity and Jacob’s paternity”.

Elsewhere, Marissa also tells Jacob that Ellice is trying to rob him of his rights but Jacob also deserves to have a father and Ellice wants to make sure that his dad doesn’t provide for him but she will fight for his rights.
Cesar tells Red that he has been loyal to the organization but once Marissa came into the picture they’ve forgotten about his contributions. Red asks what his next plans are and he can even get rid of Marissa if he wants.

Gabriel sets up the dining table for Ellice but she tells him that he can go ahead because she needs to hurry to work and it’s going to be a busy day as she leaves and Gabriel becomes sad.
At Villarosa mansion, Sonya tells the family that Ellice has accused Marissa of lauπdering money using her company in front of the board but at the end she made a f00l out of herself because the documents she presented wasn’t authentic. At the office, Ellice entered the elevator but before it closed Marissa arrived and held the door as she entered too. Marissa greets her and asks if she managed to sleep last night. Ellice asks why not and Marissa said after what happened yesterday she was quite worried that her conscience wouldn’t let her sleep all night.
Ellice said she knows Marissa is up to something so she needs to be careful before her secret gets exposed and Marissa said that’s if she finds anything because maybe it all in her head and this has happened before when she accused everyone she laid her eyes on.

Pinky goes to Ellice’s office to inform her that the meeting of their expansion project will start today. Ellice said she’ll attend because she owns the company and she is going to show Marissa who the real boss is.
Cesar goes to Marissa’s office telling her that he heard enough about the rumors in the office and all the attention is on her and Ellice but what makes her think she’s going to win for sure. Marissa said she always wins and ever since she joined the organization he has always played second fiddle to her as Cesar leaves.
At home, Heidi helps Gelo prepare for his upcoming interview by asking him why she should hire him. Gelo said he’s hardworking, persistent, loyal and Heidi added generous and honest. She also asks about his strengths and weaknesses, Gelo said his strength is her Heidi.
At the meeting, Marissa made a presentation about exporting their jewellery to the East Asia market and they can collaborate their designs with jewelry shops and designer stores in those countries. Ellice interrupted her saying she doesn’t think her proposal will succeed in the East so Marissa asked her why.
Ellice said even though she likes the designs what she just presented is a great risk because if their company collaborates with far away countries it’s going to affect their profits and even though she’s not saying it’s impossible but what she’s suggesting is that they expand their company with close countries and then they can strengthen their brand so they can take the competition by force.
However, she believes that in the meantime they should scrub off Marissa’s proposal as the meeting ends. Cesar tells Marissa that she has lost. Later, Gabriel confronts Ellice about humiliating Marissa like that. Marissa looks at them from afar as Ellice ki$$es Gabriel and she leaves.
At home, Gabriel ask Ellice what she’s hiding from him since she took her pillow to go sleep in a different room. Ellice throws the pillow at Gabriel and asks him if he really has no idea about what he did. Gabriel tells her that she is innocent of her accusations of having an affair.
Ellice then asks him if he’s sure. Gabriel then promised her that he’s not having an affair with anyone so Ellice $laps him. She then tells him that she knows the truth that he’s having affair with Marissa and he is the father of Jacob shocking Gabriel.
Ellice tells him that she is aware of his secret all this time and she just can’t believe how he could do that to her. Gabriel tells her to believe him because he’s not having an affair with Marissa and it was just one night so what he and Marissa are doing is for the sake of Jacob as Ellice $laps him again.
Ellice tells him that his parents are aware and they all lied to her making her look like a f00l. Gabriel knelt down and apologized to her but Ellice refused his apology as she left.
At night, Gabriel is sad while drinking, he flashbacks to when he $lept with Marissa, when his father told him to make a paternity acknowledgment for Jacob, when Lucing confronted him that she knew he’s the father of Jacob, when Ellice had an accident and looks at his locket crying.
The Next day, when Marissa was leaving for work Lucing tells her that now that Ellice knows the truth wouldn’t it be best if she just leaves the company but Marissa tells her that she’s not Gabriel’s mistress. Lucing reminds her that she has a son with Gabriel and she has made a mistake so she should lower her pride.
Marissa then said she’s not tearing them apart and whatever she’s doing it’s for her son since she needs to fight for her son’s right and Lucing too because he’s her grandson as she leaves.
Gabriel came to meet Ellice in Hope’s room, Ellice tells him that she’s not going to kick him out because there’s no way she’ll let Hope grow up in broken home. Gabriel said he will do everything to gain her l*ve and trust back.
Ellice tells him that he shouldn’t get any ideas because is up to her to get him out of her life but she doesn’t want that to affect Hope and it’s the only reason he’s staying.
Marissa arrives at the board room while Tutti is making arrangements for the meeting, Gabriel and Ellice also arrive too while looking at each other. Cesar also arrives. Elsewhere, the workers place a bet on both Marissa and Ellice about who will win.
At the meeting, Marissa introduces their designs to the investors but Ellice suggests they use their classic designs. Marissa then said it’s better they introduce new designs and modern ones but Ellice said she understands her but classic ones are timeless.
The investor said he likes the classic designs and he can’t take his eyes of it and that’s why he chose Ceñidoza (meaning Ellice has won over Marissa) as the meeting ends .
Gabriel stands somewhere thinking when Cesar interrupts him asking him if he is affected by what’s going on and Gabriel said sure but Cesar asks if it’s related to work or there is trouble at home as he smiles telling Gabriel not to worry.
Marissa enters Ellice’s office asking if she has a problem with the designs she made or she’s just making it personal. Ellice tells her there’s nothing personal because its all related to work and what make her think or say that.
Marissa said unless she tells her because this is why she wants to humiliate her during their meetings.
