Imlie looks at divorce papers, picks pen with her shivering hand, and thinks she is not sitting for an English exam that her hands are shivering. She tries to sign divorce papers, but the pen doesn’t work. Keya praises Chini for her wicked move and acting. Chini says a coat of goodness is her favorite outfit, even Keya should wear it to get into the family’s good books; she describes how she acted as being good with Arto and Imlie and convinced Arto to divorce Imlie. Imlie walks in and says she knew Arto himself cannot think all this.
Chini taunts her to leave her self-respect aside and shamelessly not divorce Arto then. Imlie warns to expose her truth, shows their confession video, and leaves room locking it from outside. Chini tries to run behind her. Keya says they should get via window and stop Imlie.Arpita feels sad that she is letting Imlie’s divorce papers and says she can’t face her brother and SIL when she goes up. A chandelier repairman gets busy pairing it. Imlie walks towards family. Atharva hopes Imlie would have signed papers by now.
Chini loosens the chandelier rope and it falls on Imlie’s head. Imlie shouts Atharva ji and falls down injured and unconscious. Atharva and the whole family rushed to her concern. Keya and Chini silently join the family. Devika and Arpita scolded the chandelier repairman for his mistake. The repairman says he doesn’t know how the rope loosened and pleads to forgive him. Atharva lifts Imlie and heads towards the car. He finds all cars locked and asks for keys. Chini silently runs back in and hides keys. Family searches for keys. Rudra books taxi. Atharva is Imlie towards the hospital. Chini wathces from behind and thnks Atharva will lose the race.
Atharva walked on the road pleading passing vehicles for help and Imlie to open her eyes. He panics when no one stops the car and Imlie doesn’t open her eyes. He lifts her again and passes by a holy procession. A lady asks what happened to his girl. Atharva says she suffered an injury and needs to reach the hospital. Lady asks him to lie Imlie on a cart as Seeta maiya will protect her. Atharva says Imlie also loves Seeta maiya. They ask if he loved her so much, Seeta maiya will protect her for sure. He pulls the cart towards the hospital pleading Imlie to wake up.
He goes into flashback which discusses with Imlie how much he loves her poems and requests her to continue writing poems. He asks her which is her favorite poem. She says she can recite this poem even in her sleep and recites the poem. Out of flashback, he asks to wake up and recite the poem as promised.
Atharva reaches the hospital. Doctors treat Imlie. Atharva watches from the glass window. Roke Na Ruke Naina.. song plays in the background. Atharva pleads Imlie to wake up for him and recalls quality moments spent with her. He smiles and says her memories made him smile, she is a fighter and should fight for her life, she had climbed a rope for him and even took a bullet on him, etc..
Atharva looking via an ICU room’s glass door pleads Imlie to wake up as she promised to leave his house and not the world. Ranas and Rathores reach the hospital. Keya comments that visiting the hospital has become a weekly outing for the Rana family. Shivani scolds her and says even she doesn’t like Imlie, but her life is in danger. Chini murmurs Imlie’s will leave the world soon. Shivani asks her why she came to the hospital while she herself is injured. Chini acts and says she wants to stay with her sister and can’t see her in his condition. Shivani walks in. Chini thinks she can’t miss to see Imlie writhing in pain.
Atharva asks peon about Imlie’s condition as he didn’t get any update from the doctor since long. Peon informs that the doctor is busy checking other patients in his cabin. Atharva angrily barges into the doctor’s cabin and shouts at him for being busy with other patients to earn money instead of treating Imlie. The doctor says he is worried for his wife while the other 2 persons here are worried for their mother and daughter. Athaarva apologizes to the doctor and requests to be Imlie.
The doctor says he gave a desired treatment to Imlie, now they have to trust god and wait until Imlie gains consciousness. Atharva walks back to the waiting room. Devika tries to comfort him. Rudra asks Atharva if he is worried about Imlie so much, why he is divorcing her. Atharva says to keep her away from further pain. Rudra says his concern is his love for Imlie and asks him to accept that he loves Imlie and can’t stay without her. Atharva denies and leaves from there. Chini thinks Atharva should continue his adamancy and get Imlie out of his life soon.
Family continues to wait. Devika says doctors should have informed them about Imlie’s condition by now. Imlie walks to them. Atharva shows his concern and asks why she came out. He makes her sit and calls the doctor. Imlie says she is fine. Arpita tells Imlie that though she is brave Imalia’s daughter, she shouldn’t show so much bravery. Imlie says even she is papa’s sister and should show some bravery. Sundar says she should go back to her hospital room and rest. Imlie asks how she will perform post-wedding rituals if she lies down. Chini asks what kind of rituals and whose marriage is.
Imlie says she got injured and Chini lost her memory instead, it was her and Atharva’s wedding yesterday and they need to perform their post-wedding rituals. The family stands shocked hearing that. Atharva asks Imlie to go in and rest while he goes and meets a doctor. Imlie asks why are they all looking at her like this. Everyone stands silently.
The family then visits the doctor and questions the doctor. The doctor informs that Imlie suffered a short-term memory loss and she doesn’t remember the events after her marriage day. The family is more shocked to hear that. The doctor says Atharva should behave with Imlie like a newly married couple and they try to forcefully revive Imlie’s memory, her condition may get critical due to stress. The family walks out of the the doctor’s cabin. Imlie ready in her normal dress apologizes to Atharva for troubling him on their first post wedding and asks if they can return home and start post-weddinng rituals.
Atharva nods yes. They return home. Rudra asks the family to welcome Imlie in a proper way. Chini says Imlie must be feeling weak, so she will help her till the room. Imlie frees her hand and says she forgot her graha pravesh and hence she wants to perform graha pravesh with Atharva again. Rudra and Devika smile while Chini and her team frown.Atharva asks Imlie if she is sure about it. Imlie says she knows it’s an old thing for him, but it’s a new thing for him; she asks if he will start afresh with her.
Atharva holds her hand and walks in. A romantic song plays in the background.Atharva asks Devika to go to her room and rest. Imlie says she is Imlie’s daughter Imlie and can’t rest. She says they had decorated the house so beautifully, why did they remove it. Sundar says since she was injured, they removed the decoration. Imlie says they can get ready for the rituals though. Shivani tries to speak. Atharva stops her and says he will perform all the riutals. Ginni says let us start with a ring finding ritual then. Imlie thinks she is ready to answer all the evil moves against her.
