Lavender Fields Episode 8

“Zandro keeps a careful watch on Lavender, trying to uncover any connection to Max’s case, while Lavender slowly earns Iris’s trust.”

Zandro arrived at TLGT (The Luxe Grand Terrace) to look for anything that could help his case. With nothing solid to go on, he was about to leave when Lavender pulled up. He quietly photographed her car’s tire, noticing something suspicious.

Meanwhile, Dahlia vented to Tommy about Lavender, complaining that every time she gets close to winning Aster over, Lavender shows up. Tommy explained that Aster’s bond with Lavender makes sense, they both lost a child.

At the same time, Lavender told Aster she believes she’s finally gained Iris’s trust. Aster asked if she’d found anything against the Buenavidez family, but Lavender said that for now, Iris’s trust is all she has.

Lavender then revealed that Iris wants Jasmin Flores dead, and she’s sure Iris means it. She told Aster she isn’t scared, because getting close to Iris brings her closer to her daughter. Aster warned her to stay careful.

Pascual and Zandro discussed the Buenavidez family’s lack of cooperation in Max’s case. Pascual suggested that Zandro speak to Aster since she’s connected to the situation and might be more open.

Pascual also noticed the photos of Lavender’s tire, prompting Zandro to explain that the car belongs to her. He mentioned her mysterious behavior, including seeing her at the hospital the day Max died.

He asked Pascual to compare the dirt pattern on her tire to the marks found where Max was dragged. Elsewhere, Myrtle showed JP a video of Max pointing a gun at Lavender.

JP grabbed the phone and told her to delete it or give it to the police. She refused, saying the video reminds her that he protected her. As she talked, she noticed him staring at another girl, smiling.

Since Lavender is looking for lots, Iris showed her one she used to live in. Iris became emotional remembering her happy days with Tyrone. She asked if Lavender thought Tyrone would’ve stayed if they’d had a child.

“Stayed? Did he leave you?Didn’t he pass away?” Lavender asked, pretending not to know.

Iris confessed she discovered Tyrone had another woman and was planning to leave her. Lavender pushed a little, pretending to ask about Tyrone’s case, and Iris admitted she had never truly known her husband. She mocked her own stupidity.

“I trusted too easily,” Iris said.

Lavender chuckled. “Same here. I trust easily too.”

While they continued talking, Iris went to get Lavender a gift and bumped into Angel, scolding her before walking away. Lavender comforted the child, and Iris apologized for the mess.

Lavender brushed it off, joking that maybe they weren’t given kids so they wouldn’t have to deal with little nuisances. Iris agreed, both laughing at the remark. Lavender left the house silently burning with anger.

Later, while Lavender was buying flowers, a thief grabbed something from the vendor. Lavender chased him down and fights him until he returned it. Zandro watched, impressed, and tried to approach her, but Lavender gave him little attention and walked away.

At an eatery, Lavender discussed Camilla’s birthday with Iris, promising to make it her biggest celebration ever. While waiting for her order, Zandro sat at her table. When Lavender stepped away, he wiped the waiter’s fingerprints from her juice glass so he could collect hers.

When she returned, he insisted she drink the juice and even offered her a bottle. She politely refused, explaining she was fine. He asked about her business, and she showed him their social media page.

Her order arrived, and she got up to leave, but before going, she took the glass of juice and thanked him. Zandro quickly bagged the glass, relieved and satisfied.
