Andres Makes His Move, Determined To Get His Hands on the Master List. JB Enlists Max.

JB calls Max on the phone, telling her that he needs her help. Meanwhile, Andres receives information from Kaleb on a CIB agent involved with the Escaleras. Without wasting time, he tails CIB agent Pagundayaoa who’s going to meet up with Lorenzo.

With his mask donned, Andres manages to blindside the rotten officer even though he had tried to give him the slip. Andres overpowers him and compels him to admit his involvement with Timor’s group.

He also makes him reveal the location of their safe house where the master list could be. Andres then let’s the officer go and he ends up getting knocked down by a car in his hurry to get away. Lorenzo comes upon the scene and Andres spots him.

A moment later, Andres surveys the safe house of the Escaleras. At the precinct, Tom G tries in vain to explain things to the officers and convince them that his money is clean. His uncle’s visit does more harm than good.

When Gab sees news of missing cockfighters on TV, she goes to confront her father over their disappearance, scrutinizing him and his illegal business. An exchange of words ensues and Phillip demands for his daughter to leave.

JB picks up Max outside her house and tells her about his request, for her to breach the military system and get him his father’s files. Max mentions that it won’t be easy but it’ll be possible once they find an access point into the system.

Gab tries to call Tom on the phone following the unfriendly encounter with her father. Having been detained, Tom desperately tries to convince the officers to let him have his phone, but they just ignore him and set their eyes on the money they had confiscated.

Andres continues to monitor the safe house, all the while making plans to breach. Clover leaves after Lorenzo updates him on what happened to Pagundayaoa. Before JB can leave, Teddy and Lorena, two fully fledged women, show up and introduce themselves as Max’s parents. Eww.

Anyway, they excitedly invite him to join them for dinner and Max frustrates their efforts. Andres’ attempt to infiltrate the Escalera safe house goes awry as he sets off an alarm, exposing his position.

The enemies come at him in full force and he’s compelled to retreat. While Andres reaches out to his buddy Kaleb for more information, trouble brews back home as Emil Manalastas  confronts Grandma Esang, asking for the whereabouts of her grandson.

Though the old woman says he’s not around, Emil searches the house anyway. Miguel goes to see his estranged son after school is over and the boy tries to pull away from him. Christine comes upon the scene and stops Miguel.

Miguel pleads with her to let him be a father to his son and she talks down at him and threatens to take him to court the next time he pulls such a stunt. Andres updates JB on the things he’s learned so far about Timor’s group. He asks for his help and JB obliges.

The next morning, Gab poses as a lawyer and she uses her wits to get Tom G out of prison and reclaim his money. Uncle Phillip is really impressed with her and he expresses his utmost appreciation. After he leaves, Tom thanks Gab and asks how she had gotten wind of his situation.

Without giving him much to go on, she tells him that she needs him for a job. Tom is impressed when he sees Gab’s house, and Gab briefs him on what she wants him to do – infiltrate the house of an illegal gambling operator in order to teach them a lesson.

JB goes to Max’s house in search of her and when he learns of her whereabouts, he tracks her down and asks her to her help with Andres’ personal mission. Max agrees to help since she owes them. She asks if the Contractor knows about it.

Ultimately, Max joins JB and Andres, and the latter thanks her for agreeing to help, confident that he’ll finally be able to find his brother once they have the hard disk containing the master list. Max points out that they haven’t gotten it yet, and JB declares that they’ll succeed as long as they stick to the plan.
