Ling Solves Edward’s Mürder Case. Bingo Is Left In A Tight Spot. Annie Initiates The Next Phase of Her Plans Against The Tius.
Bingo drowns his sorrows at a bar and reluctantly replies to Caroline’s text. Meanwhile, Snoop checks up on Irene and urges her to have a proper pregnancy test carried out for her own piece of mind.
Irene objects to it, saying that she doesn’t want her father to find out. Snoop then proposes for them to have the test carried out in a different town, promising to take responsibility if she really is pregnant.
When Ling finds Bingo at the bar, she apologizes to him for the incident with Stephen earlier. Refusing to listen to reason, Bingo begins acting out but eventually, he’s compelled to behave himself so Ling doesn’t ditch him.
On the phone, Annie talks to Sherwin about her plans against the Tius. After Sherwin reveals that he’s close to getting through to Bettina, Annie orders him to have his men release Pato in order to use her to throw the Tius into disarray.
Meanwhile, Ling lectures Bingo about his behavior and admonishes him, saying that he shouldn’t be that difficult with her. She promises to make it up to him with dinner, right after their mission tomorrow.
Wilson prepares breakfast for his family the next morning. Cindy decides to skip breakfast and leave early for the office, supposedly to take care of some pressing matters. But we all know better. Just then, Ling leaves the table after receiving a message confirming her meeting with Annie.
Later, she meets up with Bingo and they tail Olivia to her spot again. They notice a suspicious guy who had been there the last time and after Olivia leaves, they confront the guy and come to learn that she’s Olivia’s supplier and stalker.
Charleston and Carlo begin to get suspicious when they realize that both their mothers have taken their lunch break together. Speaking of, both women meet Annie and confront her over what she’s up to.
Annie taunts them and when they scrutinize her, she brings up the attempt on her life, adding that someone had tried to silence her for good because she knows who k!lled Divine (Caroline’s mother).
Cindy throws a fit and insists that she committed sùiçide but Annie won’t be taken for a fool. In the meantime, Ling ponders over everything she’s learned so far in relation to Edward’s death.
Flashback: Olivia sneaks into Edward’s condo and switches his meds. Later after the altercation with Bettina, Edward pops some of his pills to calm his nerves. He reacts and ends up falling to his death.
At present, Ling deduces that it was Olivia who k!lled Edward by lacing his pills with cyanide.
In no time, the police trace the origin of the cyanide poisøñing and Olivia is arrested for Edward’s mürder. Wilson calls for a family meeting and urges everyone not to cause anymore scandals now that they’re all in the clear.
After Snoop lets slip that Bingo made a lot of money because of her, Ling is taken by surprise to learn that Bingo had deliberately taken up the job at Aunt Cathy’s warehouse in order to train her to work well with others. Stephen’s warning begins ringing in her head.
Bingo tries to talk things out with her but she snubs him and leaves. Bingo later confronts Snoop for blabbering his big mouth to Ling. He admits that he likes her and he doesn’t want her to get the wrong idea – that he’s using her for money and business.
Snoop gives him a piece of his mind. Ironically, Ling whines to her best friend about what Bingo did and Jersey teases her, asking why she seems so hurt. Ling says she thought he was different but it seems Stephen was right all along.
Acting on Annie’s orders, Balong orders Paulo to set Pato free and unscathed. While Caroline meets Annie at a restaurant, Bingo desperately tries to contact her on the phone.
He soon reaches out to Jersey and after taking in her ranting, he pleads with her to tell him of Ling’s whereabouts because he needs to talk to her. Speaking of, Ling puts on an act as to why she had called for a meeting with Annie. Read Next Episode on Can’t Buy Me Love Episode 38
