Annie’s Secret Past & Vendetta Unfolds. Bingo Has The Most Shocking Encounter of His Life. Armed With The Truth, Caroline Flies Into A Rage.
The episode begins with Annie talking to Caroline about her interest in her car. When Ling begins questioning her about Edward, she feigns ignorance.
A flashback reveals that Annie was actually the mastermind of the GLC hacking and Edward had followed his orders to pay a debt his family owed her.
Anyway, Ling is taken by surprise to learn that Annie knew her late mother. Before she can ask anymore questions, Annie decides to cut their meeting short after learning that Pato has been released.
All this time, Bingo who had arrived at the place a moment ago had been trying to find Ling. He was compelled to leave because of the strict dress code. While waiting outside, Bingo ends up getting knocked down by Annie’s car.
The driver scrutinizes him, thinking that he’s a con artist. Annie steps out of the car and apologizes and Bingo is shocked. All he can do is to just stare in disbelief as Annie presses some cash into his hands telling him to have himself checked at the hospital.
In an interesting turn of events, Pato contacts Caroline and they meet up. Clearly upset over the encounter with his runaway mother earlier, Bingo drinks at a bar. When he notices another drunk guy mistreating his son, he punches him and disses him.
The guy’s friends join in on the fun and Bingo holds his own against them. Eventually, they all gang up on him and beat him up. Caroline saunters into the mansion the next morning and observes as her family enjoy each other’s company at the dining table.
Flashback: Pato tells Caroline about Cindy’s involvement in her mother’s mürder, adding that she had bought her silence and compelled her to sign a NDA. To add to that, she was abducted by Balong who was also behind her (Caroline’s) kidñapping.
When Ling asks why the old man did that, Pato reveals that he wants revenge against the Tius whom he blames for his wife’s death. At present, Caroline confronts Cindy and without much of any hard evidence, accuses her of k!lling her mother.
Wilson reprimands her and Bettina and Irene lash out at her, telling her to stop with her theatrics and just move on. Ling throws one back at them and reveals how Cindy had made Pato their former maid cover up for her.
Of course Cindy denies this and Wilson tries to make Caroline stop with her accusations but she declares that she’ll never let Cindy get away with what she did to her mother. Appalled over how her father continues to defend his wife, Ling decides to cut ties with the family.
After she leaves, Irene recalls a nanny called Pato who had worked at the mansion before and when she asks why her mother had denied knowing her, she puts on an act. Wilson, Bettina and Charleston urge her to stop making things worse with her questions.
Cindy continues to play the innocent card, acting quite offended over Caroline’s accusations. Grandma Nene and Monching reprimand Bingo for getting involved in a bar fight, only to learn of his encounter with “that good-for-nothing woman”.
Bingo laments over how his mother had left him for money and didn’t even recognize him. Nene and Monching try to console and calm him down. Following the altercation at the mansion, Bingo finds Caroline crying and getting soaked in the rain at their favorite spot.
Ling tries to run him off but he hugs her and tries to calm her down. After a while, Ling wiggles out of his embrace and ditches him. Cindy and Gina get increasingly desperate to cover their tracks and deal with the trouble with Caroline and Annie.
Speaking of, Bingo observes quietly as Aunt Cathy takes Ling into her place. Having received an update on the investigation whereabouts of her son, Annie is shocked to realize that he’s the young man she had encountered after her meeting with Caroline.
She breaks down and recalls her fruitless search for him all those years ago, as well as her momentary attempt to end it all. Silently, Annie promises that she and her son will be together again when the time is right. Meanwhile, Bingo tells Snoop about his encounter with his mother.
