The episode starts with Toshu telling Vanraj that he had doubts about Meenu because she used to visit Asha Bhavan. Pakhi comments if Meenu had found only that poor guy in the whole world. Baa overhears and is shocked. Dimpy comes in and mentions Sagar and Meenu’s video. Titu tries to stop her. Pakhi says their father saw the video. Kinjal asks what happened. Pakhi says they were caught. Toshu tells Kinjal not to say he is a god and is not like this. Pakhi replies that Meenu is not a goddess.
Kinjal suggests it might be a misunderstanding. Baa sits down, worried about what she will tell Dolly and Sanjay. Pakhi expresses concern about what they might do when alone. Vanraj sees Meenu coming and confronts her, saying that freedom doesn’t suit her and she has broken his trust by going to Asha Bhavan. He insists she will not meet Sagar and won’t step outside; if she needs to go to the hospital, Toshu will take her. Meenu stands her ground, declaring her love for Sagar and that he is a good man. Vanraj, frustrated, leaves the room.
Meanwhile, Meenu changes her clothes but remains at the ashram. Anupama asks if she is scared. Meenu admits she is frightened despite being a psychological doctor. Anupama reassures her, sharing that she understands how she feels. Bala treats Sagar’s injuries and asks why he fought with so many goons. Sagar responds that it was about a girl’s respect. Anupama stitches Meenu’s dress sleeve and urges her to change. She encourages Meenu to tell Vanraj what happened or she will do it herself.
Vanraj and Toshu see Meenu coming out of the ashram with everyone. Kinjal and Titu reassure them not to worry. Baa expresses her concern that Dolly and Sanjay will end their relationship with them, emphasizing that taking care of someone else’s daughter is much harder. Kinjal suggests Baa should relax, but Baa feels they have faced nothing but problems since arriving.
Vanraj asks Meenu what happened, noticing she has been crying. Meenu insists everything is fine now. Vanraj invites her to come home. Meenu, sensing the tension, explains everything to them. She recounts how Sagar saved her from trouble and mentions she went to Mami because she thinks of her in difficult times.
Vanraj calls Dolly, saying he is sending Meenu back as she refuses to listen to him. Meenu takes the call and pleads with her mother not to send her back. Anupama and Nandita are packing tiffins and discussing Indra, who hasn’t called or responded to messages since leaving. Nandita notes they only have four tiffin orders, while Anupama suggests they should try to get canteen orders from the college.
Vanraj reassures Meenu not to touch his feet, stating she is not just his niece but his daughter. He reflects on how he had her feet on his forehead when she was born, taking her blessings. He expresses disappointment with Toshu and Pakhi but higher hopes for Meenu. He tells her that his reputation is at stake and that he doesn’t want her to associate with the auto driver.
Meenu agrees to follow his wishes. Vanraj leaves, and Toshu and Pakhi warn her before exiting. Baa tells Meenu not to ruin their reputation. Meenu cries and hugs Kinjal, expressing her confusion about why relationships come with conditions. She shares that she feels a maternal connection to Mami and considers Sagar a good friend. Bala tells Anupama about someone needing to save Anuj from an electric junction and advises her to find Aadhya to ensure his safety.
