The entire family gathers for a song and dance program. Saras and Kumud exchange glances, and a sweet tune plays in the background. Vidyachatur suggests playing a game, saying he and Gyan will sing while everyone else hides, and Kusum will search for them. Everyone eagerly hides, except Saras and Kumud, who remain seated until Vidyachatur encourages them to join. They walk side by side as “Piya Re…” plays in the background.
Vidyachatur blindfolds Kusum, who begins searching. Meanwhile, Kumari cleverly leads Saras and Kumud into the same room, asking them to hide there. Kumud is surprised to find Saras already in the room. As she struggles to free her dupatta stuck in the door, “Kuch Na Kaho…” plays softly. Both feel awkward as their proximity creates tension.
Kumud accidentally hits her hand on the door, and Saras rushes to help. Concerned, he examines her bleeding hand and applies ointment while the song continues to play. Saras begins to speak, but Kumud interrupts, saying, “I know what you’re about to say—that you’re leaving tomorrow. I won’t stop you.” Saras is taken aback, silently thinking that if his presence causes her pain, it’s better for him to leave.
Later that night, Kumud lies awake beside Kusum, restless. Meanwhile, Saras packs his luggage, including the kite he found in the pond, and gazes at Kumud’s sketch. Early the next morning, he leaves his room. Kumud, standing on the terrace, sees him walking away and runs to stop him but hides behind a pillar.
Saras hears her anklet but, unable to see her, ties the kite to the gate and walks away as the theme of Saraswatichandra plays.Back home, Kumud ties the curtains while Gyan practices music. Badi Maa offers everyone prasad, and Nanaji asks about Yash, who’s sleeping after practicing all night to become a hero.
Kumud, lost in thoughts of Saras, enters his room and finds the sketch he left behind. Heartbroken, she confides in Kusum, saying her dreams have ended, and she must face reality—her father’s hopes for an alliance are now shattered. Vidyachatur jokes about how some people remained hidden during the game, referring to Kumud.
Her mother tells Kusum to serve tea to Saras, but before they can talk, Kanti Bhai arrives, and Vidyachatur takes him to his room.Meanwhile, in Dubai, Ghuman searches for her visa documents and accidentally drops a pile of files. She picks up one, reads its contents with amazement, and smiles slyly. Didi enters and questions the mess, to which Ghuman cryptically responds that it’s Vidyachatur’s misfortune.
She reveals her excitement about returning to India, saying she has found something that will double the fun.Back in India, Saras walks aimlessly through the streets. Sunny calls, concerned after trying to reach him for two days. He asks if Saras has expressed his feelings to Kumud, but the call disconnects, leaving Saras with a pained expression.
