A melancholic Ella strolls through her thoughts, recalling the first time her sisters arrived in Manila, the emotional reunion after their separation, the painful letter from Lilian, and the cherished memories they shared. Overwhelmed, she starts to cry, questioning why she’s so affected by them instead of just letting go.

Juday notices Ella watering the flowers and approaches her, concerned about her tears. She wonders if Ella is upset over Mayi and Lenlen. Ella, frustrated, hurls her school bag to the ground, stomping on it and the flowers, prompting Juday to try to console her.

In a fit of anger, Ella lashes out, expressing regret over seeing Lilian as her mother. Juday, trying to calm the storm within Ella, attempts to help her process her feelings. But through her tears, Ella accuses Lilian of being a fraud—a mother in name only.

Juday, defending Lilian, insists she truly loved them, but Ella dismisses it as mere deception, vowing never to see Mayi or Lilian again, which leaves Juday reeling as she walks away. Meanwhile, Mayi struggles to understand Ella’s reactions, reflecting on the past as she returns home with Ruben.

Delighted to see them, Lilian offers to fetch something to eat. Once she leaves, Ruben comforts Mayi, apologizing for Lilian’s strictness while Mayi expresses her desire to connect with Ella and Lenlen. At the Claverias, Jaime intercepts Ella as she heads to her room.

She speaks to him harshly about Mayi and Lilian, causing Jaime to urge her to manage her emotions. Ella mentions seeing Mayi at school before storming off, ignoring Jaime’s attempts to call her back, oblivious to Brianna, who is eavesdropping on their exchange.

Excited, Brianna rushes to tell Kendra about Ella mentioning Mayi at school, shocking her friend who struggles to believe it. Kendra asks Brianna if she’s sure, and upon confirmation, she’s left wondering how it could be true. Jaime confides in Agaton about Ella’s sighting of Mayi and the possibility of Lilian’s close presence.

Lilian proposes transferring Mayi to another school to sever ties with the Claverias and offers to fetch her transcripts from Northshire, leaving Ruben to suffer through a moment of intense headaches. The next day, Kendra visits Northshire while on the phone with Henry, who chuckles at her ghost-hunting mission.

Undeterred, Kendra hangs up after firmly reminding him to ensure the spirits are indeed gone. In the office, Ricky hands Ruben his medication, advocating that he should consult a doctor. Ruben insists he’s fine, not wanting to concern Lilian.

He receives a call from her about picking up Mayi’s transcripts, responding with an okay as Ricky offers to grab coffee before heading out, leaving Ruben deep in thought.  Lilian is thrilled to reconnect with Nolan at the school.

Meanwhile, Kendra is also there, determined to uncover the truth about Mayi and Lilian. She accidentally bumps into Brianna, who playfully mocks her for her ghost-hunting escapades. Kendra insists she’s only checking in but Brianna reminds her not to go near her father.

Kendra argues it’s essential, and as their conversation wraps up, Brianna heads off to class, leaving Kendra with a few parting jabs. Kendra continues down the hallway, only to spot Lilian, her heart racing as she ducks for cover, intrigued to confirm if it’s really her, blissfully unaware that Lilian is completely oblivious to her presence.

Lilian attempts to reach Mayi on her phone, sharing that she encountered Nolan, who mentioned seeing Donnabelle, despite her warnings for Mayi to steer clear of her to avoid meeting Brianna or Kendra. Unfortunately, their conversation gets cut off.

Meanwhile, Kendra relentlessly trails Lilian, but Lilian suddenly vanishes, prompting Kendra to search for her. Back at home, an upset Lilian chastises Mayi for ignoring her advice and meeting with Donnabelle. She reminds her of the harsh way the Claverias treated her as Mayi, in tears, recalls those painful memories.

Mayi expresses her inability to distance herself from Ella and Lenlen, but Lilian insists that she’s only putting herself at risk. Mayi, frustrated, walks away, dismissing Lilian’s calls. In another part of town, Kendra informs Henry and Darcy about seeing Lilian, but they dismiss her claims as impossible.

Darcy insists that Lilian is dead, suggesting Kendra may be experiencing paranoia. Yet, Kendra argues she saw her, noting that Lilian appeared different and more polished. Darcy insists that it can’t be Lilian, as she couldn’t afford nice clothes, while Henry adds that both Lilian and Mayi are gone—unless, of course, they are spirits. Kendra remains unconvinced.

At a nearby pond, Lilian feeds the fish, lost in thought about her conflict with Mayi when Ruben arrives, asking if she’s upset over Mayi meeting Ella. Lilian turns to him, asking how he could allow that, and they delve into a serious discussion. Ruben tries to help her understand that Mayi still sees Ella as a sister.

Nolan feigns ignorance, but Brianna, frustrated, accuses him of lying since she’s sure she saw Mayi. Nolan remains coy as Mayi discretely observes them. Back at home, Ruben sips a drink, lost in thought as familiar headaches resurface. Mayi returns and greets him; he offers her a seat, inquiring about her day while they engage in light conversation.

Ruben feels relief at Mayi’s decision to heed Lilian’s advice and steer clear of Ella, tenderly wiping her tears as she heads upstairs. Meanwhile, when Lilian returns home, Ruben brings up Mayi in conversation. Lilian, however, urges him not to play the hero, as her main focus is keeping them safe from Kendra’s meddling.

Ruben suggests involving the police, but Lilian quickly shuts that down, worried it will only put her and Mayi at greater risk. Kendra then reaches out to Henry, sharing that Brianna claimed she saw Mayi.

Henry dismisses it as unlikely, but Kendra insists they need more evidence; seeing them together is the only proof that matters, and he should act on it.
