Can’t Buy Me Love Episode 15

Bingo’s Tantrum. Office Politics Between Ling & Irene Gets Completely Out Of Hand. Wilson Takes Action.

Grandma Nene and Monching leave the table as an obviously upset Bingo questions Ling about why she’s there at his house. Ling offers some crappy excuse and Bingo whines about how she had rejected his OPIP proposal.

Ling justifies her actions and stating that he’s drunk, she gets up to leave as Bingo continues ranting. But then she turns back when the guy pukes on the floor. Ling offers him her personal handkerchief, going on about how she’s never given up in spite of all the difficulties she had faced.

Bingo takes the handkerchief and uses it to clean the floor to spite her. At home, Irene whines to Bettina about how Ling is trying to overshadow her by working overtime at the office. As Cindy works on her laptop, she’s inadvertently startled by the nanny.

Carlo has a talk with his mother about his plan to impress his father. The next day, Caroline discusses her charity project with her father. Carlo points out that the 300 million budget is too much and they haven’t recovered from the hacking incident.

On the phone, Gina criticizes Cindy for trying to put the squeeze on Caroline’s project so her own daughter will outshine her. The neighbors begin to get concerned upon learning of Grandma Nene’s eye condition.

In the meantime, Cindy sneaks into Charleston’s office and searches through some documents. She eventually finds a briefcase lying under a chair and she pulls it out and tries to open it. Caroline goes to see Edward in his office and learns that he’s already heading home.

Charleston receives an update from his buddy regarding the investigation into the GLC. Apparently, a notorious hacker known as Jaime de Guzman could be behind it. Meanwhile, Edward meets up with the guy in question at the parking lot to pay him for his services and he assures him that the hacking is untraceable.

Coming upon the scene, Caroline moves closer stealthily to eavesdrop but only hears bits and pieces which doesn’t make sense to her. A phone call gives away her position and she quickly slips away before Edward can see her.

Charleston catches his mother coming out of his office and when he questions her, she begins going on about how he’s changed since he came back. She asks if he’s involved in the GLC hack to sabotage his father. Charleston is in disbelief  and Cindy tries to convince him that she’s on his side.

Caroline stalks Edward on social media in an attempt to identify the guy he met up with at the parking lot. She’s taken by surprise to discover that the land she’s been asking from the Liaos has been given to Irene for her casino/hotel project.

She goes to confront her and Irene taunts her and makes a mockery of her and her late mother.
Caroline gives her a piece of her mind and turns to leave after calling her a pathetic person. Upset, Irene pulls her down by the hair and the other workers look on as they fight.

Snoop takes Bingo to meet a cheaper illicit dealer for his grandma’s eyes. They flee when the cops begin to raid the place. As security tries to separate the Tiu sisters, Wilson comes upon the scene and calls for order. Irene tries to blame it all on Caroline. Predictable much.

Anyway, Kenny confronts Bingo and warns him not to double cross him because he’s the only one who can get him the eyes. At home, Caroline and Irene are scolded. Wilson decides to take them to aunt Cathy his mentor as punishment for their actions.

A fire breaks out in the barangay and Cathy helps to deal with the situation. The old woman scolds a parent for leaving their child unsupervised to play with candles. The next day, relief items are provides for the residents. Wilson takes Ling and Irene to aunt Cathy’s restaurant.

He catches up with the old woman and she agrees to take his daughters in, though they would no longer enjoy the perks of being Tius. Wilson says he wants them to learn the value of respect and hard work just like how she had taught him.
