Arnaldo Rescues Julio. Helena’s Tragic End Fuels Emilia’s Vendetta Against Lily’s Camp. Camia Inspires Lily.
The episode begins with the dragon ladies digging a deep grave to bury Julio who’s lying on the floor as if he’s already dead. Arnaldo observes the scene quietly.
When it’s time to dump Julio into the pit, one of the ladies betrays the others and Arnaldo joins the fray to take out the others. He thanks the loyal dragon lady for her help before mercilessly executing her on the spot. He then proceeds to go and revive his grandpa by injecting him with a remedy.
Julio curses and vows to k!ll that witch Helena. In the meantime, Lily and Emilia have their trade-off at an isolated location and after Camia is out of harm’s way, she quickly notifies her daughter that it’s an ambush.
Without taking any action, Lily merely tells her that Diego and Damian are with her. All this time, Helena has been urging her daughter to shoot and as she hesitates, she snatches the gun and fires.
Lily shields her mother with her body and gets shot, and she returns fire before her body gives in.
Unfortunately, Helena gets hit multiple times and Helena cries out as she tries to get her to hold on. As goons swarm the area, Diego and Damian resurface and take them on, with the former helping Camia to carry Lily away to safety.
A moment later, Lily is attended to by some paramedics. As Helena is being taken into an ambulance, she is shocked to see Julio. Julio comes over to taunt her and she tries to butter him up and assure him that she really løved him.
Julio indulges her and ki$$es her on the cheek, saying that he’ll always løve her. He urges the medics to take Helena to the hospital as she starts to get delirious. As the ambulance drives away, Julio joins Emilia and assures her that her mother will be fine.
Ironically, the ambulance suddenly explodes without warning, shocking everyone. Emilia breaks down in disbelief. Sometime later, Julio and Emilia go to the morgue to see Helena’s remains. Julio drums into her head that it was Lily who planted the bømb that k!lled her beloved mother.
Emilia then vows to pay her back in kind. While Diego mourns the loss of his father, Ana hugs Marlon in relief after hearing that everyone is safe. Coming upon the scene, Jepoy stares for a while before leaving silently.
Ironically, Arnaldo joins Diego in mourning Raul’s death and Diego consoles him as he puts on quite a show. This is the same person who had mocked and cursed at his father when he found his dead body, go figure.
Lily and Camia discuss Raul’s death while reflecting on the past. Lily blames him as the root cause of all the mess in their lives; he was the reason her father died and their family was torn apart, and she can’t easily forgive him for that.
Camia reveals that Raul was the one who saved her and it’ll help them heal from their wounds if they learn to forgive him since he had genuinely wanted to change.
Jepoy makes his way to his car, quite forlorn on account of what he witnessed earlier. He recalls some memories with Camia. In that very moment, Natalie pesters him with phone calls and she gets upset when he doesn’t pick up.
Damian goes to see Camia at their new house. Camia expresses her utmost appreciation for everything he and Diego and Raul did to ensure their freedom. She however points out that he needs to own up to the mistakes he did.
Damian says he’s going to turn himself into the police in order to pay for his crimes and be deserving of her love. He urges her to wait for him, and they share a ki$$ and a hug.
Lily has a heartfelt conversation with Diego, promising to show him how much she løves him. When Jepoy returns to his place, he’s irritated to find Natalie waiting on his bed. She asks why he’s not been picking her calls since she’s his boss.
Jepoy whines that she doesn’t own him and when he asks why she keeps bugging him, Natalie declares that it’s because she løves him. She urges him to give her a chance and løve her back and as Jepoy begins to resist, he sees Ana’s face in hers.
Jepoy eventually gives in and begins making out with her. This is messed up on so many levels. Anyway, Julio tells Arnaldo about his plan to claim all the wealth of the Red Dragon now that she’s no longer alive.
While Emilia reflects on some memories with her mother, Diego and Arnaldo lay their father to rest. They both speak in honor of Raul to finalize the funeral ceremony and everyone looks on as the coffin is lowered into the grave.
