Mayi Hides Her Sisters In The Claveria Mansion. Lillian Encounters Jaime. Brianna Manipulates Her Father.
Mayi takes her sisters to the Claveria mansion with the intention of sneaking them inside. However, when she sees lady Prima’s car approaching, she has them hide.
When the old woman reaches her, she asks what she’s doing outside and Mayi comes up with a cover-up story. Ironically, Lillian passes by a filling station where she spots Jaime in his car being driven away.
She calls out to him but he doesn’t hear her lol. Once the coast is clear, Mayi leads her sisters through the mansion and she stashes them in a storeroom, somewhere rarely ventured.
During dinner, lady Prima makes it clear that if Jaime is hesitant about pushing through with the wedding, then it’s okay to postpone it until he’s ready. Brianna makes a pathetic attempt to prey on her father’s goodwill and make him reconsider.
While Kendra meets up with Victor to tell him about her encounter with Lillian, Ella and Lenlen recognize Jaime from a wedding photo and Mayi cautions them about the evil scheming Brianna. They recount how he had tried to help them earlier.
The girls catch up and bond over their prayer ritual. When they hear knocking at the door, Ella and Lenlen quickly hide. Mayi goes to the door and when she sees that it’s only Juday, she pulls her inside, only for her sisters to restrain her with a cloth.
Mayi calls them off and introduces them to Juday, making her excited. In an interesting turn of events, Jaime finds Brianna crying and staring at a framed photo of her two “mothers” (Maita and Lillian), apparently grieving over her loss.
Jaime sympathizes with her and consoles her. Once he’s out of sight, Brianna wipes her face and calls her actual mother. The next day, Carmencita figures something going on with Mayi on account of how nervous she is.
She questions her and Mayi spills the beans and receives a much needed lecture. Carmencita warns her of the trouble she’ll be in if lady Prima finds out. Prima comes upon the scene with Jaime and Brianna and overhears the last part.
She confronts Mayi, asking what she’s done this time. Carmencita helps to cover up for her. A moment later, Ella and Lenlen witness how Brianna orders their sister around as they set off for school.
After a meeting at the office, Jaime approaches Kendra and asks for a second chance with her. The calculating woman plays hard to get for a moment.
Lillian heads over to an Internet cafe with her friend where she searches for and acquires Jaime’s house address. Ella and Lenlen decide to leave the storeroom and explore outside.
Lenlen practically keeps Ella from jumping into the swimming pool in excitement. They hide behind some flowers as they hear Agaton approaching. Lady Prima decides to water the garden and the girls end up getting soaked from the spray of water.
Jaime has dinner with Kendra and he reaffirms his intention to marry her. Unfortunately, Brianna begins to suspect that Mayi had lied to her family earlier. She calls her driver on the phone to come and fetch her.
