Helena Puts Plans In Place to Cover Her Tracks, But Can She Outsmart Lily? Diego’s Vengeance Takes A Deadly Turn.
The episode begins with Diego crying his heart out in misery. After the burial of his foster parents, he stands at their grave and reiterates his promise for vengeance. Lily observes from a distance with the Camia and Jepoy.
She refrains from approaching Diego and decides to let him be. Julio gladly looks forward to getting back his position in the government, and Emilia taunts him, saying that she doubts it’ll happen because Diego wouldn’t let him have his way.
Jepoy tells Lily about his worries for Diego on account of how he’s changed suddenly. He recalls how Diego had stopped him from k!lling Arnaldo before. In spite of everything, Lily believes that Diego isn’t capable of k!lling anyone.
In the meantime, Arnaldo dreams about the chaotic wedding with Lily and after he startles awake, even more confused than before. He decides to go and see Lily for some answers.
Diego reflects on some memories with his foster parents as he stares at the wall of photos. As he fishes out a gun, Lily shows up and tries to talk him out of crossing the line by commiting mürder.
She tries to take the gun from him but Diego resists and merely apologizes before walking away, determined to have his revenge on Sanggano.
Lily consults with her lawyer on the case against Julio and it’s noted that there’s the need for a credible witness so the case doesn’t fall apart. Lily declares that she knows of a witness and where to find her.
In the meantime, Julio celebrates with his attorney, confident that he’ll be able to reclaim the power he lost now that his name has been cleared.
Mercedes receives some cryptic notes from Helena, ordering her to burn all the documents linking her to the Red Dragon in the dead of night. Meanwhile, Lily confronts Mila and demands for her to testify against the Red Dragon.
Later that night, Mercedes proceeds to carry out the boss’ orders with some others deemed trustworthy. Sanggano has a couple of drinks with his men, whining about how Julio had treated him after the job he did for him.
He brags about the cowardly k!lls, stating that he would send Diego to go and meet his foster parents one of these days. Nearby, Diego observes casually for a while before slipping away.
When Emilia goes to see Mercedes, a couple of the dragon ladies try to stop her from entering the chambers. Diego sneaks up on Sanggano and his crew, gun blazing… but he’s aiming to wound, not k!ll.
Sanggano gets hit in the arm, and takes off running, adrenaline kicking in, while his buddies are down, groaning. Diego’s got a clear shot at the wretched guy but misses as he escapes on his motorbike.
Ironically, Lily spies on Mercedes as she reads more notes from the Red Dragon. A flashback reveals how she had contracted someone to plant a camera on Mercedes’ suit. Emilia whines to Raul about her mother’s predicament.
She evades his questions about her, making Raul more determined to uncover Helena’s secrets. A moment later, Raul goes to see Diego to check up on him. Refusing to listen to reason, Diego insists on making Sanggano pay.
A moment later, Raul dons his Jaguar mask and finds Sanggano at another bar with his lackeys. He subtly incapacitates his lackeys while Diego blindsides Sanggano and holds him at gunpoint.
As he lingers, Sanggano reacts and they begin wrestling for the gun which soon goes off. Sanggano taunts Diego and walks away, only to fall to his death. Diego picks up his gun and looks on with resolve.
