Lily Navigates A Web of Deceit with Helena. Damian’s Loyalties Are Tested As Alliances Are Forged in the Shadows.
The episode begins with Lily’s surprise visit to Helena’s place. She offers her a gift and she accepts it and welcomes her. Lily begins taunting her, going on about how she can’t fathom the fact that she’s related to the crazy Ardiente family.
Helena retorts sharply, saying that it’s a long story but Lily doesn’t mind. In Sitio Onse, Ana has a talk with Arnaldo about his family and the return of his grandma. Camia asks Damian about what he knows about Helena and the Red Dragon as his actions raise suspicions.
Evading her questions, Damian states that Lily will be victorious against her new enemy on account of how she singlehandedly took down the Ardientes.
Helena and Lily engage in a battle of words over the latter’s resentment against the Ardiente family. They eventually agree to have dinner together to talk some more. Later, Lily talks to Diego on the phone about her encounter with Helena.
Emilia desperately tries to take Arnaldo with her to see his grandma but he resists. Diego’s interference doesn’t help matters and Emilia storms off upset. Helena gives Jaguar/Damian the job of eliminating Diego per her daughter’s special request.
While Lily and Helena simultaneously prepare for their dinner date to further their agendas, Camia catches Damian with her handkerchief which she had lost during the charity event.
When she asks why he has it, Damian asks where Lily is. As Lily is on her way out, Damian tries to reveal to her the identity of the Red Dragon. However, he refrains from doing so and merely urges her to be careful upon spotting Mercedes spying.
After Lily leaves, Damian goes to confront Mercedes. Lily proceeds to her dinner date with Helena. Both women put on a friendly as they converse. In the meantime, Emilia calls Jaguar on the phone to question him about how he reacted when they gave him the assassination job.
She doesn’t know that there are two Jaguars and it was Damian whom they had given the job. Anyway, Raul is shocked at this but he quickly recovers and puts on an act, promising to serve Diego’s head on a silver platter.
Damian tells Camia about his past connection to the Red Dragon. He expresses his worries over Lily’s safety and decides to leave for obvious reasons.
Helena is delighted that she and Lily can still be “friends” in spite of her differences with her daughter. They trade cards and goodbyes. On Lily’s way out, she sees a suspicious woman she thinks could be Mercedes.
As she spies, Helena notices and puts on act to confuse her. Raul calls Diego on the phone to caution him against the Red Dragon. Diego doesn’t take it seriously and hangs up on him.
Raul resolves to protect him the only way he knows. Natalie reflects on how Jepoy had ki$$ed her and left her hanging. She gets upset over it and realizing that she has feelings for him, she begins to ponder over how to make him løve her back.
While Julio reflects on the past, Natalie calls for Jepoy to make him a proposal; an alliance with Lily. Apparently, she wants to do the right thing and place her bets and resources on the winning team. Jepoy takes the bait.
Meanwhile, Emilia sends her lackeys to go and retrieve Arnaldo for a family reunion. Again, Arnaldo refuses to go home with them and Diego takes on the men when they try to force him.
Lily continues to investigate Mercedes,determined to figure out who she is and her connection to Helena. Emilia is exasperated over how her men had failed to bring Diego. Her mother charges her to do something about it.
As Camia tries to convince Damian not to leave, he receives a phone call from Mercedes who makes use of threats to urge him to accomplish the job he was given.
