Lily Returns With A Vengeance, Triggering The Downfall of the Ardientes.
The episode begins with the people of Pablocion Ardiente celebrating their province’s 100th anniversary, with the Ardientes basking in the glory. Camia decides to crash the event with her companions and they’re stonewalled by security.
Julio makes it clear that they’re not welcomed there. When Camia points out that they’re taxpaying citizens of the province, Julio retorts, saying that it won’t be for long. He orders his men to arrest anyone who tries to force their way inside.
As the celebration progresses, Emilia gives a speech in honor of her father before opening the floor for a dancing troupe. She sees the leader of the group as Ivy and as she stares in disbelief, one of the guys bring her a package someone had left her.
Emilia opens it to find the phone she had buried Ivy with, ringing. She gets all worked up and dashes out of eyesight. When she answers the phone, Lily taunts her before hanging up on her. As Emilia strives to recover from the shock, Raul comes to check up on her.
Julio is called up to address his town and constituents and he goes on about how he would never let any of his enemies win against him. The lights suddenly go out as he blabbers about his legacy.
Out of nowhere, some stuff begins to fall from the sky, and before the Ardientes can begin to fathom what’s going on, armed men in black surround them. There comes a white fog and out of it Lily emerges in gold apparel, shocking everyone.
In disbelief, Julio states that she should be dead and Lily declares that Ivy is indeed dead. She declares herself as the real Lily Cruz, adding that she’s indestructible like gold. A flashback reveals how she had survived the ordeal she went through.
At present, Julio scoffs, saying that Lily is too late because he’s already the king of Ardiente. Just then, Diego storms in with the police. He drops Julio’s bribe money right at his feet. After some taunting from Lily, the police serve Julio an arrest warrant for the attempted mürder of Camia.
Outraged, Julio resists and as he jabs his walking aid at Lily, she snatches it and breaks it into two. Julio falls and has chest pains just as Arnaldo begins to have a seizure. They’re both taken to the hospital where the doctor assures Emilia that her son is okay.
Meanwhile, team Lily look forward to having Julio banned from standing for any position in the government. Diego thanks Lily, the vice governor and everyone else for their help in the downfall of the Ardientes.
Emilia and Raul receive updates from the doctors about Arnaldo and Julio who’s still not regained consciousness yet. Emilia breaks down over her father’s condition, urging him not to let Lily win.
In the meantime, Lily reflects on the past, grateful of the chance to start over with her mother. She has a heartwarming moment with Camia and Diego and the others give them some privacy as they bond.
After regaining consciousness, Julio whines about what happened, refusing to let someone like Lily or anyone else bring him down. He vows to reclaim his position once he’s discharged and bailed. Emilia points out that he can no longer return to his position.
