Julio’s Reign of Terror, Emilia’s Determination & Ivy’s Dangerous Game. Tensions Rise As Alliances Shift In the Ardiente War.
The celebrations continue, but the atmosphere is tense. Ivy is furious at Julio for ordering an attack on the protesters, her eyes flashing with anger as she warns him, “Next time, Julio will know who he’s dealing with.”
Diego returns to his headquarters, where Fernan and Loring fill him in on the latest developments. Jepoy brings news of Cora and Divine’s deaths, adding that Emilia’s case is going to be dismissed due to lack of evidence.
The team is worried, and Jepoy suggests they fight back, but Diego is hesitant, asking how that would make them different from the Ardientes. Jepoy’s eyes gleam with determination as he says only another “demon” can take on the Ardientes, and he’s willing to be that demon.
Ana tries to stop him, but he refuses to listen, and Emilia is seen walking into a restaurant, where a man spots her and calls someone, reporting her presence.
The man orders food for her, but when Emilia sees him, she takes off running. His colleagues catch up to her, and she’s taken to a house, where she’s told she’ll have a visitor soon.
The visitor turns out to be attorney De Jesus, who informs her of Cora and Divine’s deaths and the dismissal of her case. Emilia demands to know who’s behind it, but De Jesus just smiles, saying she’s being taken to Pablocion Ardiente.
Ivy is seething, convinced Julio must be behind Emilia’s sudden freedom, but attorney Fisher disagrees, suggesting it might be Jaguar. Emilia is taken to Jaguar’s new headquarters, where he’s waiting for her.
Jaguar denies helping her, instead suggesting she use the opportunity to gain Julio’s trust. Julio, meanwhile, is in Arnaldo’s room, throwing money on the ground as he vows to keep the family in power.
He eyes Ivy suspiciously, unsure if she’s an enemy or an ally, and warns her he’ll k!ll her if she’s betraying them. Ivy’s eyes narrow, but she plays along, agreeing to accompany Carnal Sangano, on a mission to kidñap Diego and his supporters.
However, she has a different plan, and when Julio orders her to follow through, she refuses, pointing a gun at him. Julio’s men surround her, and she eventually backs down, but not before extracting a promise from Julio to involve her in all his deals.
Emilia is reunited with Julio, and she promises to cut ties with Jaguar and support him. Ivy watches them, her expression unreadable, as she says they are alike. Damian is confronted by Camia, who’s suspicious of his intentions, and Emilia starts to piece together who might have helped her.
Julio orders his men to investigate, determined to find out who’s behind her release. The tension builds as Ivy is forced to make a choice: loyalty to Julio or her own survival. Diego tells his supporters to stand down, but they refuse, determined to fight.
Emilia’s attorney informs her that the house and car used to help her are registered under an alias, and Julio’s men set a trap for Diego’s supporters, kidnapping them and taking them to a warehouse.
Ivy arrives just in time to rescue them, and they escape, but she’s left facing Emilia, who’s revealed she has evidence of Ivy’s betrayal. Ivy’s eyes flash with anger, and she knows she’s running out of time, as Emilia says, “You should’ve k!lled me when you had the chance.”
