The Tiu Brothers Cook Up A Sinister Scheme. Caroline Stands Steadfast. Annie’s Freedom Takes A Turn For The Worst.
The episode begins with Caroline telling Bingo that she would have said yes if he had asked her way back then. She makes note of the problems they’re both dealing with, stating that the timing isn’t right. Bingo understands and relates.
They agree to never give up on each other, with Ling promising that they’ll be together once everything is okay. Meanwhile, Charleston and Carlo ask Balong to testify against someone in exchange for his freedom and the opportunity to start over far away.
At home, Bingo gives Snoop a token to invest into his business and he expresses his utmost appreciation. Later, Snoop hangs out with Irene and he teases her when she gets curious about his family.
They decide to go and have dinner together and Snoop urges Irene to have her boyfriend join them so he doesn’t get the wrong idea. Charleston drives by and sees them together.
Bingo arrives at GLC in his corporate attire and Sherwin charges him not to be intimidated by the Tius when he makes the announcement at the board meeting. Ironically, Wilson bans every member of the family from attending the board meeting, refusing to acknowledge the new owner.
He plots to get GLC back by hook or by crook. Gina mentions that Annie’s ownership of the company would be revoked if they find loopholes in her acquisition. Snoop and Irene arrive at the restaurant and a waiter mistakes them for a couple.
Aldrich soon joins them and the interaction between the trio goes from ridiculous to awkward and right back. Caroline goes to see Bingo to inform him about her family’s plans. Bingo doesn’t take it well.
Back at the restaurant, Snoop asks to invest in Irene’s bar but she declines, only for Aldrich to give his approval, revealing that he and Irene are business partners. While Wilson meets with the Tanhueco couple, Stephen tells Caroline about her father’s deal with his parents to reclaim majority shares of GLC.
Stephen states that his parents had requested for something in exchange for their help. Bingo is alarmed when he doesn’t find his family upon his return home. At the mansion, Wilson spells out the plan to get back GLC provided Caroline agrees to marry Stephen.
Ling flat out refuses, and even more so when Cindy and the others try to convince her. When Bettina accuses her of being selfish, she shrugs it 5 off, declaring that her heart is not for sale.
After Ling storms off, Carlo recommends Irene and she objects to it and resorts to criticism, telling Bettina to go and marry Stephen if she wants. Bingo finds Grandma Nene and Monching back at their store selling, and he takes off his suit to help.
Carlo is worried to learn that Annie stands a chance of making bail. He urges his mother to do something so she doesn’t get released. Charleston confronts Irene over how she had reacted earlier, as well as her friendship with Snoop.
Irene defends herself and ends up blurting out Snoop’s connection to Caroline’s kidñapping. Charleston leaves as something sinister clicks in his devious mind. A moment later, Balong answers a phone call in prison.
Having no shame, Wilson offers to buy back GLC from Bingo for any price. Bingo however declines since he believes in what his mother has been fighting for. He’s glad to hear that she’ll be getting released tomorrow.
While Snoop hangs out with Irene, police officers show up to arrest him for Caroline and Irene’s kidñapping. Annie is finally set free and Bingo and Irene are delighted.
However, their happiness is short-lived as some other officers show up to arrest Annie again, together with Sherwin for Caroline and Irene’s kidñapping. Balong is set free and Bingo confronts him when he sets eyes on him.
As if that’s not enough, Snoop is dragged into the precinct in handcuffs for the very same crime. Meanwhile, Caroline confronts her father, accusing her of framing Bingo’s mother in order to get what he wants.
Wilson denies it and Cindy and the others go on about how Annie was really the mastermind of the kidñapping. Just then, Irene storms in to confront Charleston since he’s the only one she told. Confused, Caroline asks what she means.
Annie confesses to Bingo that she had given the order for one of the Tius to be kidnapped, but only to scare them. However, Balong had other plans of his own. Bingo leaves, exasperated over the revelation.
Balong walks in town with his son, gloating over how they had regained their freedom. Out of nowhere, a motorcyclist pulls over and guns them down. When Bingo meets up with Caroline, she asks him about the things Charleston had told her.
Bingo confirms that his mother was involved in the kidnapping and Caroline laments, asking how she’s to believe that she didn’t k!ll her mother too.
