Julio Orders for Diego to be Dealt With. Arnaldo Struggles With Disturbing Voices. Ivy’s Finds Cause for Alarm.
At the Ardiente mansion, Julio gazes sadly at his painting, reflecting on the doctor’s recent news that his cancer has returned. He also thinks about Arnaldo and the weight of their family legacy.
After gathering his thoughts, Julio informs Emilia and Claire that they must leave the mansion, as it holds too many painful memories for him. Despite their protests, he insists that the house is merely a roof over their heads.
As they pack their belongings and prepare to leave, Julio’s voiceover emphasizes that the Ardiente legacy will continue through Arnaldo. Once settled into their new home, Emilia decides to visit Arnaldo, anxious about his condition.
At the rest house, Ivy is frantic, demanding an ambulance for Arnaldo, who is in distress. Emilia arrives, trying to comfort him, but he angrily slaps her hand away and tells her to leave.
Meanwhile, Julio discovers an article about Arnaldo and calls him, expressing that the public eagerly awaits his return. However, Arnaldo admits he is far from okay, leading Julio to consider reaching out to Emilia but ultimately deciding against it.
Instead, he calls Carnal Sangano, instructing him to teach Diego a lesson, indicating a brewing conflict. In the meantime, Arnaldo is in his room, hearing disturbing voices that drive him to madness.
As tensions rise, Jerry, a man who previously approached Emilia, arrives at the rest house wanting to see Arnaldo. Ivy allows him to speak, but Arnaldo, in a fragile state, aims a gun at his own reflection, struggling with his mental health.
Emilia knocks on the door, and Arnaldo cryptically responds that it is not over yet. Jerry gives Arnaldo a broken cellphone that supposedly contains incriminating evidence about Ivy.
While Ivy tries to eavesdrop, she learns from Emilia that Jerry is just a fan, although Ivy remains suspicious. As they discuss the hidden truths surrounding Emilia’s past, Ivy confronts her about the commissions she received during her time as mayor, revealing the layers of deceit surrounding them.
Later, Ivy discovers Jerry’s body in the garden, prompting her to return to Arnaldo’s room. She finds a photo of herself with her real name written beside it and a cellphone containing a video that could expose her. Determined to eliminate any evidence, she deletes the video before Arnaldo can see it.
Meanwhile, Diego and his team successfully refile the case against Arnaldo, while Raul warns Diego about Julio’s deadly intentions. As Arnaldo and Ivy go swimming, he expresses his løve for her, but later, he becomes increasingly paranoid.
In a moment of confrontation, Arnaldo prepares his weapons, vowing to make Ivy pay for deceiving him, while Ivy readies her gun, intent on k!lling him before he uncovers her true identity. Read Next Episode on Wildflower Episode 74
